I would definitely recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone looking for a custom computer Their site is very user friendly and has tons of options to get exactly what you want in your computer They were very quick to respond to any inquiries I had and to resolve one small issue I ran into The only bad thing is that it took about a month to actually get my computer from the time I ordered it I didn't need it immediately so this wasn't a big deal, but they do offer rush service if you need it fast The computer arrived very well packaged and everything worked great I will definitely go to them the next time I need a computer

My consumer experience with CyberPower was incredible, and I was able to get a more powerful computer than I had originally intended for a cost which was less than anything I could put together on my own I was updated at each stage of the ordering, building, and shipping process by email, and my computer came very well packaged I ended up changing my mind on a component and they made the change with no issueI also got free components included for the sale that was going onI would recommend anyone order from CyberPower

Great selection, reasonable prices, and my new computer runs very smoothly and fast

CyberpowerPC has one of the worst customer service departments that I have had the misfortune to deal withFrom beginning to end, the sales experience at CyberpowerPC ranged from mildly irritating to extremely infuriating, as if the sales support staff gave zero concern to the customer and expected the customer to resolve every single issue on his/her ownA brief timeline of my own experience follows:
Placed order on Friday morning
Did not receive notification of purchase via email listed with the order
Went back to check on the order through the website a week later, after becoming concerned that the order was not processed properly and no charge incurred on credit card
Was informed by the website to contact a salesperson directly as there was a payment issue with the credit card used
Attempted to contact the salesperson five times within the listed business hours on the website to no reply
Left a voice mail for salesperson, who returned the call the next Monday (despite having Saturday hours as listed on the website)
Was informed that the billing address did not match the shipping address so the order was put on hold
Was informed that I should have received an email informing me of the issue on the day of placing the order, despite receiving no such email
After informing me of such, the salesperson basically claimed, "If you don't like it, I can cancel the order."
The salesperson then hung up on me
Had to rectify the situation myself with a different credit card, then call the salesperson again to fix the issue
I will never again purchase anything from their business, and I will warn off everyone else I know who may do so in the future

System purchased on Dec 2015, received on Dec Missing the Antenna for the wireless network card in the systemCalled and spent 1+ hours on hold to finally speak to customer serviceCustomer Service rep "Jeffery" explained that they need to review the shipment prior to sending out the antennaI also need to send in pictures of all components receivedPhotos sent and receipt of photos acknowledged, while on the phone with Jeffery Explained to Jeffery the urgency regarding the receipt of the antenna for the system purchased -
(System is for a child, I will be traveling as of Jan for 2-weeks)
Jeffery then stated, I should expect to receive the antenna 4th or 5th of Jan
Called times today, Jan hung up on twiceThird call, spent 1+ hours on hold again, before finally talking to "Carlos", who explained that the RMA has NOT been shipped yet, and I should expect that the antenna will be shipped by Jan Asked why it hasn't been shipped, explanation was that this company need to do inventory before processing any RMA's
This was not explained during the first phone call with Jeffery
I am now expected to wait for a component that is PERTINENT to being able to setup the system and connect to the World Wide Web
THIS is Unacceptable! The lack of concern for customers that have already purchased from this company is APPALLING!

I ordered a C Series computer on the 18th of AugustThe computer was built and received three weeks later, though production on the computer did not begin until more than a week after the order was placed after I emailed to ask for a status on the buildIn the first week the CPU cooling fan started rattlingI emailed customer support and they shipped me a new part for me to installA few weeks later the computer stopped waking from sleepI again emailed customer support and was asked to do some troubleshooting steps including moving around the RAM sticks, running memory tests, and unplugging hardware peripheralsWhile moving the RAM sticks I noticed that there was damage to the motherboard (a RAM retaining tab was broken off)Also, the memory stress tests failedI provided all the results and pictures of the damage to customer supportI was informed that because I did not report the damage to the motherboard in the first days that it could not be repairedI was provided an RMA number for the wake from sleep problem, but told I needed to pay for shippingI asked if they would pay for shipping and after escalation they didThe case was damaged during shipping and I had to replace it, even though the shipment was insured (by them, their shipping label)Cyberpower had the computer for three weeks and replaced the hard drive, reinstalled Windows, and shipped it back to meUpon checking to see if the wake from sleep problem had been fixed or the damaged motherboard replaced, neither were fixed (the computer still does not wake from sleep)I contacted them again and was told that they would issue me another RMA, but they could not guarantee that the problem would be resolvedAnd if the problem turned out to be the damaged motherboard they installed in my computer that they would not fix the issue because the damage wasn't reported in the first daysDuring all this their customer service has taken days to respond to my issuesAside from this problem and the company's unwillingness to fix their damaged parts or resolve my issue, they have been professionalI will not order another computer from them

I was trying to buy a PC for about 3kmy bank declined itI called customer service and he was really rude over the phoneI cancel my orderI read reviews about bad customer services, with bad computer componentsNow I know it's true

My experience with cyber power was great, they are very friendly and helpful to get your order correctThey also have an accurate ship date which is important when dealing with expensive purchases

CyberPowerPC is a great company to work with when building your next laptop or desktop They use quality products and the personnel are the best My son was looking at laptops and I was letting him try to figure it outHe was looking at all types of laptops, *** ***, and many othersI asked him to take a look at CyberPowerPC I bought my desktop from them a couple of years back and he knows how this box still runsHe was very pleased with the build we designed for him, the ease to build, working with the personnel on a couple of phone calls and emailsHe is so happy with this laptop and the experience was so pleasant that the laptop has gone every with him except to workWe'd recommend CyberPowerPC to anyone and think the people working for CyberPowerPC make the company what it is with their dedication to excellence and providing a quality productThanks again for the effort you put forth for the customer and the name behind your products

Cyberpowerpc is a very professional company when it comes to computersI just received mine the other day and it is basically plug and playI'm loving every minute of it

The overall quality of the build and packaging used was greatThe website was super easy to use and my sales person *** was really helpful with any questions I had after purchase

I purchased a Gamer Infinity Pro SE on 3/10/ The machine was shipped out within the - business days as promised, and arrived in perfect working condition! After placing my order I had a question about a particular component, so I replied to my order confirmation email and was very happy to have an answer back the very next day! The only (very small) complaint I have is the "order status" screen was not a great source of information for me after I placed my order, and the lack of info did cause me to worry a little bit about my purchase With that being said, there was no need to worry because my computer showed up on time and fired up like an absolute BEAST! I am very happy with every penny I spent in my shopping experience with CyberpowerPC, and will definitely shop with them again in the future

This is the 3rd PC I've ordered from CyberPowerPC On every occasion I've had good service and a perfectly running PC delivered on time I've recommended them to family as well and they've had good luck ordering

Craptastic is the best way I can explain the whole customer service experienceGot my computer back had to hit the power button three times to get it to come on
The rubber pad on the bottom of the comp is still missingThe CD cover is still looseThere are still scratches in the screenThe battery lasted less than an hour unpluggedThe "new" wifi adapter that was
replaced actually clocks slower than the factory card
Downloads are slower and takes longer to get to websites
The entire time you had my computer I had no communications from youNot one callnot one email backAt least not till after you had already sent my computer and that was days after it got mailedWhen I called customer service to see what was happening to my computer all they would tell is is that the wifi card was replaced and that should fix my problemsWell I guess that was a lie seeing I still have problems with it
It took them days short of a month to find and replace the wifi card and not fix or repair any other problems with the machine

I ordered a new desktop (close to $100) The machine got to me on time but the condition it was in was horribleThe case was broken and wires were hanging loose and the pieces of were also rattling around in the case
I called tech support who said I needed to return the machine to them and they would repair itThey would only pay for ground both waysFor me that's weeksThen, they would take approximately days to repairSo the machine I paid for would take about weeks to get back to medays into their repair process, I decided to return the machine to them for a refundIf you return for a refund, they don't pay for shipping so that cost me $Once they got the machine backThey say shipping charges, is not refundable so that cost me an additional $total
So in total, it cost me $$for a machine that arrived in a non-working state with broken pieces loose inside, that was poorly assembled and did not have adequate packagingYou would think a company would do everything in their power to make things right after shipping out a piece of junk but not CyberPowerPC!I ordered a new PC from another companyIt arrived in perfect condition and working order and dealing with this company was a pleasure rather than a nightmareIt is really not worth the money you might save if you do get a working machineBetter off paying a little bit more to a company that doesn't make their profit from partial refunds, terrible service, and poor customer concern policies
