I ordered a computer from their website on the 9th of JulyDue to a delay in parts, it did not get made till August 10thI called multiple times for a status update which they did give meI bought the computer with paypal credit and when time came to ship and pay for the systemDue to the delays, the payment was rejected by paypal and they sent me an email saying that I would have to give them a credit card or wire transferI chose to pay with paypal cause I could pay it off with payments since I don't have a credit card that highThey would not accept paypal again and refused to cancel and reorder the computer with the same deal I was givenI would have to cancel the order and resubmit an order online for a higher price and I wouldn't get the free stuff they had at the time of the saleThe Manager, Steve, was very rude and refused to help me in any way for something that was their faultI was very understanding about the delays and I didn't even careI got upset when he refused to help meThis company doesn't care about its customers

CyberPower PC has been a great experience for meI'm actually surprised at the immense inventory they have and the endless ways to customize your own pcI have heard a couple of horror stories when it comes to the shipping of the products, but fortunately mine came with no broken boxes, everything in its place and on timeI would definitely recommend them to anyone who might be looking into customizing their own pc or students who might not have the time to build their own pc but would like to have one they can build on and/or upgrade components in the future

The product is better than I had hopedIt works like a dream and I have had no problems with it even when I was told things might be coming later then expected, I was not upset about that thanks to there customer service and response to any question I had

The website is set up to allow an astute, tech oriented customer to make intelligent decisions in choosing a custom made to order computer
They have drop down boxes that provide descriptions of each device to be added
Shipping is handled with care and the computer is adequately protected without the additional packing charge

Everything from customer support and shipping was greatPC came in perfect condition and so far seems to be running excellent! Was a little weary of buying a custom built PC but it seemed to pay off very well

For those of you that don't know this, they are awfulIts pretty hard not to see it immediatelyThe "fixes" they do never work, their usually not attempt to help at allIn the past the have screwed me over and continue to do it all throughout the warranty periodIt easy for me to say I have no gotten anything from them since my last purchase and I will never again
I urge you all to go check on your liquid cooling system immediatelyIf its like mine(which they told me they do this to every system) you will see some weak zip ties holding the tubing togetherNot clamps like the systems actually come with and need to prevent dripping and leaking in the safest way possible but just some plastic zip ties and not even two per tubeThe system leaked for me after no movement and the damage that caused has caused my system to go downNot only that but it could have been much worse to my home and my well being and safety
They also have no idea how to assemble your pc even if you buy the professional wiring service to maximize airflowI did that and they still put my wifi adapter right below my graphics card despite there being other placesIt blocked the fan and caused such massive amounts of heat that it bent the port on my motherboard
Its my fault really for trusting a company like thisTheir customer service score on any website is just awfulI should have noticed the zip ties earlier, and I should have noticed the blockage of my fan
*** is a horrid tech lead and his mistreatment of my situation was really the last strawI hope he sees this just to know how much of an *** he has proven to be
I hope some people see this before the buy anything from these people and will be posting to other social media and customer review facets

CyberpowerPC was the first vendor in a long time to give me a system with zero functionality issues The build is very clean save a loose fan screw that was the result of a design flaw in the case and not the builders fault I will/have recommended them to several friends

Substandard customer service and practices Customer support is cold and analytic, and seems to expect you to know as much or more than they do about the PC in question I have had a PC from this company for less than months, and problems from about a month in with it At first, simply reinstalling windows helpedBut now, in less than six months, both my case fans, the only way of the PC COOLING itself, are dyingI have to manually spin them around several times before they will do so on their own Under warranty, these is expect you to keep every baggy that every little piece came in, in order to work on your pc, and send them EVERYTHING that came with it, discs and all, in order to cover things; I dont trust this practice, as many reviews I've seen online state that items sometimes never return after work is done, and the problems often get WORSE or persist On top of this, if it is under warranty, and I have DEFECTIVE parts, I should NOT have to pay these is to ship my computer to them from across the country, when it is THEIR fault they used faulty parts! I will NEVER buy a thing from these incompotent fools again They do not care about their quality, and obviously do not do testing on their parts properly or extensively enough, as there are hundreds of reviews stating similar or much worse issues than mine on the netI implore the Revdex.com to reconsider this 'A+' company's rating If this is what an A+ company is expected to be like, I think we need to make a new scale with some levels above it, because Cyberpower is NOT a good company

I love the computer I got from them.They were personal to me when I had trouble with my orderThey were quick to fix the problemI was giving call backs with minutes of them checking to the problem I had with my paymentI will buy all my pc from this company as long as they are open

I am a first time custom pc buyer and had been doing research for monthsOn the advice of my nephew, I checked out Cyberpowerpc's website and found massive upgrades from what is available locally (MS) and a sale every weekBeing able to choose a base system that is already built to most gaming recommendations or take that pre-build and customize it to your liking is fantastic and something I couldn't find anywhere elseThe build took three weeks with a no-rush checkout code and delivery was daysThe package came in without a single sign of damage by way of UPSI invited my nephew over for the unboxing and was pleasantly surprised that my GLASS CASE was NOT damaged in any way whatsoever! I have been putting this thing through the ringer and it just won't slow down! I am very satisfiedIf and when I need another pc, I will definitely give them another visit

I have ordered two computers from CyperPowerPC over the years Both computers worked great The newest computer arrived a few days earlier than promised I have received excellent value for a reasonable price

Worst Company everA family member ordered a PC for me(as a Christmas present) and I received it at the end of NovemberThe graphics card was defective and it took calls to tech support to figure it out, mainly because they hung up on me many timesAfter they realized the card was faulty I sent it to themThey took weeks to process it( they probably forgot about it until I called due to how disorganized they are except when it comes to accepting your payment) and then refused to give me an express shipping date which was only a dollar differenceBefore the part shipped out I noticed an error with my address so I contacted them and was told that the change would be taken care ofWhen the package reaches my local UPS facility I find out that my address is wrong and that so called changed...Yeah never happenedThe PC was not fully operational until JanuaryYa so much for my Christmas giftA few days later I heard a rattling sound long story short, it was caused by a sloppy wiring job which when I contacted Cyberpower I was given the impression that this is their standardFollowing my review on new egg they told me not to hesitate to contact them for any issuesVery hypocritical of them because when I did to express my concerns they did not respondIf you want to waste your money then Cyberpower is perfect for you, but even if you have money to burn don't give it to them, they don't deserve it, give it to a better cause such as cancer research that way it'll save lives instead of turning every second of it into a hassle

I enjoyed the quick and easy customization process with the websiteThe sales person with whom I communicated solely via email for this purchase was concise and informative as well as very helpfulI appreciated his availability in answering any questions I might have had about the systemWhen I was informed of a possible delay due to the laser-engraving machines being out of operations he gave me the option of taking that off my list or waiting(I chose to take it off my list)Overall I am very satisfied with my purchasing experience from their main site

The system arrived in excellent orderWell packaged and professionally wiredAll of the parts I had ordered were in the system with the exception of some laser engraving (due to the engraving machine being down, and not something I would hold against their company in any way these things happen.) The "CFI Boreallight Gunmetal" case is big and beautifulWindows which was only recently released was installed and operated smoothly with my hardware selectionsThe system runs quietly and coolIt is fast fast fast! Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase
