Great customer service and completely satisfied with the productWorks great!!

I have to say that I'm in love with my new computer from cyberpowerI play all my favorite games at the best quality and I'm really relieved that I chosed cyberpower to make my first gaming computer

My experience with cyberpowerpc has been goodI would highly recommend friend to check it if they are in ever need of PC gaming gear

POUND PAPER WEIGHT!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE!!! I ordered a full custom pc system from Cyberpower PC to the tune of $Everything I'm about to tell you happened within hours of receiving the PAPER WEIGHT PCSoI receive the computer on Monday morning at 10:00am, I'm so excited that I could finally afford a high end computer that I took off work to receive the deliveryI pull the computer out of the box and no damages, well packaged, then I opened the case to remove the packing foam and noticed the HORRIBLE wiring job, my year old could have done a better job, I was a little upset since I paid additional money for their QUOTE: "Professional Wiring"But this wasn't a deal breaker for meSo I hooked everything up and turned the computer onFollowed the onscreen steps, profile setup etc., Then I get to the product key installation for windows The code sent to me was invalid or previously used, and the recovery disc Cyberpower sent was a FAKE, not genuine windows, just some copy that they burnedSo I call CyberpowerAfter an hour long wait and after being sent to different deptartments, I speak with Paul in their tech deptI explain to him that windows is locked and the product key they provided to me is invalidPaul tells me that's not our problem call Microsoft!!!! Really? I purchased this from you, not MicrosoftAfter abruptly hanging up the phone I call Microsoft, explain the situation to them, then Microsoft remotely accessed the computer to verify that the product key is invalidMicrosoft tells me that the Retailer "Cyberpower" is responsible for providing the correct code, there is nothing that they can do....At this point I am rather frustrated that Cyberpower will not honor their obligation to provide me with the code that I paid forAt this point I decide that I will never do business with them again, and decide that next paycheck I will just buy another product key directly from MicrosoftSo I load up my steam account to the computer and start playing a gameTHATS WHEN THINGS WENT SOUTH QUICKI had the game on medium settings and the screen froze!!!( I4790k with Dual GTX 970's sli and 16GB Ram) so I immediately reboot the system and enter the device manager to see that gtx 970- has failed, so unfortunately I immediately had to get back on the phone for another hour long wait to talk to Cyberpowers tech dept againThis time tech tells me no problem, we will CHARGE you for another graphics card, just send the old one in and we will credit you back!!!! Old Graphics Card??? I said this thing is hours old!!!! So like a fool I agreed to the offer and hung up the phoneSo I continued to play a less demanding game since the computer was only running on graphics cardor hours go by and then the computer locked up with the BLUE SCREEN of death!!! At this point, I've had enough!!!! I immediately called CyberPower back and told them not to send a graphics card, I explained that between the fact that they ripped me off for Windows product Key, Failed graphics card, and Majorly Defective Computer internals, that I do not want the computer repaired, I want a refundThe technician assured me that if I return the pc that it would be repairedI told him, NO THANKS, I don't have any confidence in their ablilty to build computers, much less repair them!!! So he transfers me to their RMA return department, another minute waitI explain all of the problems to RMA and am assured within hours I will have a return label at my expense!!! So hours go byno labelI call back, another minute wait, I speak with Mikeexplain to him that I haven't received the return label, and ask him to email it while on the phone with him, he refuses too!!! Says he will submit my request to management!!! I said okay, and asked for the managers name that will be contacting me? Mike tells me that he cannot give out that information!!!! Immediately I feel like this is a SCAM, and they are trying to rip me offI tell Mike Quote: "You can tell your Manager, he can send a return label if he chooses, but I am putting a Stop Payment on this computerAnd I didTo sum it all up, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, JUNK COMPUTERSDon't make the same mistakes as I didBUYER BEWARE!!!!

My computer is fast fast fast very happyThe only thing I'm unhappy about is the video card went bad after weeks and I had to pay to ship it back but other then that I'm very happy thanks cyberpower

After a year of having my fangbook laptop, the hinge broke and the laptop began to seperate in the cornerI filed with visa's extended warranty program, but my claim was denied because cyberpower stayed they wouldn't have covered the damage under the original warrantyCurious, I emailed cyberpower to ask why it wouldn't have been coveredI was told it just wouldn'tWhen I probed for further information, they told me they wouldn't cover anything involved in an accidentI explained the laptop has not left my desk and that this only happened when I opened the laptopI was asked to send photos, which I did, and was told it wouldn't have been coveredI still wasn't given a clear explanation whyI asked why the hinge wasn't considered a "part", and received no explanationI'm extremely dissatisfied with this company and their customer serviceI will not buy a another computer from them again

CyberpowerPC is the best! My computer came on time and in perfect conditionI turned it on and there was no problems at allI love the computer I had received and also all of the specials deals that I got from CyberpowerPC's websiteI received a free mouse, headset and PC game along with my computerI would definitely recommend this to anyone trying to purchase a top of the line PC for a fair price!

Computer processor and motherboard failed after just 1/years The computer is now out of warranty and CyberPowerPC refuses to replace the parts Given that CPU's generally do not fail after just year, I believe that power quality parts were installed that caused the CPU/motherboard to fail The technical support staff were extremely unhelpful and basically blamed me for not buying their warranty Given the both the CPU and motherboard carry a year warranty, I am extremely unhappy that CyberPowerPC's one-year warranty will not cover the parts Buyers beware that you will face unhelpful support in a technical failure, and really unfair warranty policies I am a computer technician who deals with computer part failures often I have never faced such unprofessional support or anti-consumer policies I will never recommend this company to anyone, ever

Amazing customer seviceGreat product

I recently ordered a customized pc from CyberPower Everything that I changed was installed into this buildThe quality of the build was good, neat and looked pleasing I have been using this pc for the last wksand is working very wellThe building process provides great brands and quite a few choicesI have looked at a lot of other custom pc build sites and found the choices maybe comparable or less, but none have offered better prices than CyberPower So far I am very pleased with my purchase and will do business with CyberPowerPC in the future

My new pic is awesomeThe people working at cyber power helped answer all the questions that I had and were very helpfulI would definitely recommend this company to a friend as they really put time and effort into the machines they build

I was looking to get a gaming computer and looked into a lot of places to build oneCyberPower by far has the most options in every category to choose fromAlso one of the easiest to useI am very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to everyoneI emailed them about time frame to build and when it would ship and they respond by the next day and were very professional

User friendly website that was easy to navigate in order to create my custom built gaming PC The customer service provided by Bobby Wwas truly outstanding and the computer I ordered came just ahead of the time-frame promised I had a slight issue with delivery due to it coming early and I hadn't planned on being home to receive the package, but they were great about that too and I was able to pick up my package at the [redacted] facility that very evening I couldn't have asked for a higher quality product or better customer service

I had a pleasant experience buying my computer from CyberPowerPC Throughout the process, they kept me updated with the statusWhen I had questions, I just had to reply to the email and got help within hours from the same person who also gave me his phone number The person would also get back to me within hours when I called him

This was my first experience in buying a gaming pc...and I could not be more happy with my purchase, not only is my pc perfect for what I play but the quality,performance and entire buying experience has surpassed my expectations and an fantastic customer service, I would and have without hesitating recommend cyberpower to friends and family10/

Bought a high-end computer two months ago and have been very satisfied These are not your mass produced, cookie cutter, computers and you need to know what you want or ask for help when purchasing The sales folks can guide you and the forum is also helpful When I had a minor problem with my new unit, the service staff was quick to help If you want a powerful computer that meets your needs, at a fair price, this is a great company My experience with them has been very good!

My personal experience of ordering a system through CyberPowerPC was overall greatI have a limited knowledge of internal computer components; however, CyberPower's website made to process easier then expected I have only one concern regarding reconnecting the cooing fan's wireI did try reaching out by calling the help desk but I was unable to reach a staff member CyberPower was recommended to me by a friend and I would do the same

I had placed my order for my new computer on 2/19/2016, I spent a month atleast looking through the changing options on their web siteEverything was very easy to understand and it was a great experienceAfter my order was placed I recieved a coupon in my email for a percentage off and order over a certain amountI am pleased to say they honored it even though I did not have it at the time of orderI was in constant contact between them (and the person assigned to my order is awesome) Even though my order was help up due to high order volume I was always kept in the loop about every step of the way My only negative comment would be that their site never would recognize my order number so I could check on my order onlineA very small deal to say the least Packing was excellent and worth the extra money to safeguard my investmentSystem is out of this world! I would definatly suggest everyone to order from them no matter your budget it will be the best experience you will find!

I recently ordered my second computer from CyberPowerPC to replace my year old computer from the same company Their website is easy to use, has many hardware and peripheral options to choose from, and allows you to experiment with different configurations The forum is active and helpful, with many people willing and able to take a look at your proposed build and suggest improvements The ordering process was easy, the computer build and shipping went flawlessly, and the computer that arrived is high quality and FAST I had one minor issue with a fan in my case, and the tech support people were friendly and VERY helpful They resolved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction I highly recommend ordering from Cyberpowerpc The prices are great, and I'm really enjoying my computer I will definitely use this company for a third time when the time comes around again
