Location gave him a free alignment and free install for customer satisfactionThe location never put any parts on the vehicle only the tiresThe customer did sign the invoice for the tiresCalled customer to review this and it went to voicemailLeft a message and never heard back from him

We were awaiting receipt of our third party inspector's findings. Please be advised we have resolved this claim to the customer's satisfaction, we apologize that we inadvertently didn't respond when we received that inspection report

As we previously stated, our Goodyear Auto Service Center did not intentionally put screws in of the customers tires in attempt to make a saleWe do not have these types of screws in our shopWe do not need to review any tapesTherefore, we are not going to offer the customer any assistance. We are closing this claim

We sent Mrs *** a settlement check once she returned her Release. We have advised her that in order to pay her rental she must forward to us a copy of that invoice, which we have not received as of this date. Mrs *** also advised Goodyear several times she only wants to discuss her
claim via email, and we have complied with her wishes. She needs to forward her rental bill(s) to our office for payment consideration. Thanks for allowing us to address this complaint

We area currently in the process of investigating this matter and are awaiting results of a third party inspection to determine the next step. The customer is aware of this

I spoke with the customer on 8/12/and the issue has been resolved

I am rejecting this response because: I have Not received a check as of August 20th The rental we're to be paid by Goodyear using their Corporate Credit CardDoes not make any sense in me paying out $1,in rentals and waiting for another refund checkI asked that all communication be in writing due to the fact that *** *** was telling me one thing and doing anotherOut of the emails I have sent he replied once! We have explained the reason for our decision to this customer. He claims our store damaged the bead on his tire during our service. If this was the case the tire would have been unable to hold air for any length of time, yet it did hold air for more than two weeks after our service. While we understand the customer is unhappy with our decision, we are not responsible for the damage to his tire and therefore unable to offer any assistance
