I most definitely do not except their responseTheir most recent story is that the technician did not feel he could lower the spare tire mechanism without damaging the bumper! I have unsuccessfully tried to upload pictures of the truck, one with the tire in the raised position and the second one with it in the lowered, accessible positionReview of the picture would so no damage having to be done to the bumper with no sledge hammers or crowbars needed in the process
At this point I can only come to the conclusion that a fraudulent sales technique was used to sell the tireI did accept the piddly amount of $offered buy the corporate office as a payment towards the full amount owed
I have done business with various Goodyear stores in the past but never been subjected to this type of treatment, which apparently is condoned by its corporate officeProfits do roll uphill of course

I am rejecting this response because:
I went to the location that me and the woman at Goodyear spoke about I get there and the
lady told me that I have to pay installation charge when Goodyear called they said the replacement would be no charge.so the tire has not been replaced and the vehicle still pulls into oncoming traffic

I spoke with Mr*** today and offered a good will refund which he accepted. Goodyear considers this matter closed

vehicleIt was not drivable for over monthsGoodyear ordered the wrong model, size and tread even after they had a record of tires they ordered the first time for my vehicle which I brought back to them to order two more of the same tiresThey did not refer to their records as I thought they did and sold me wrong tires, againBecause of their neglect, I had to get new front differential and new transfer case which costs over $ Their mistake could have cost me my life be a use the 4wheel drive stopped working properly, and the steering was so bad
