When our tires have a mileage warranty and they are prematurely worn, Goodyear always prorates the tires according to how much mileage was used. We do not have a contract that says our tires will be warrantied for no charge up to three years. The customer used %of the tire so that is
how we prorated. For customer satisfaction, we cut the proration in half to %20. Ultimately the customer is paying $per tire, which was approved at the Goodyear location. We will not be giving a set of free tires when the tires were usedThis is our final offerThanks

Considering this is a "satisfaction guarenteed" it's a joke, buyer beware and avoid Just Tires (plenty of other options)After Trips, 7+ hours across them (when they quoted me hour for each), nearly $total spent, used PTO day which I get paid out for over the summer, and considering the fact the final time I went for a job, they couldn't even do (even after calling ahead to verify they had the parts for all four tires they didn't and could only get 1/of them), the pushed initially for me to come back to themMy time is more valuable than to go back and spend more time "correcting" the problem, not to mention I don't trust them to do it rightThey want a written estimate, for which I would have to pay a $deposit to have the van looked over at the dealer (who I can trust) or put up front the approximate $to fix itI also have to find the 2+ hrs (depends on wait) to do soI don't have an extra $(I'm a preschool teacher in the ghetto of *** for crying out loud) nor hours to spend at the present momentThey had THREE chances to do the job right and failed to do soAnd want me now to put up front MORE money for their mistake and wait on themAs I am only asking for the cost of the final (partial job that should have been complete), not anything else, not my time and not even the full price the dealer would charge for original OEM parts, I feel I am being complete reasonable while they are unrealistic, inconsiderate of the time and money for the working class, and not to mention presenting horrible customer serviceNot only has Just Tires lost my business (I was going to get the other 3/of the tires "fixed" as well as received a quote for a new set of tires which I was going to get this summer) but so has GoodyearAfter years of me and my family for three generations ONLY buying Goodyear tires (what's funny is it could even be proven by looking up me, my father and my grandfather in their database ha), it's time to give our hard earned money to someone who cares and has good customer service

this damage we will not be paying for the oil pan gasketThere was no wrongdoing on the locations end. We are closing this claim

We apologize for the customer's issues but our position remains that we did not cause his issueWe have no further response to this matter

I am rejecting this response because: They are not offering to refund the that was paid during the time the vehicle was originally repairedThey are also not agreeing to pay the full cost of the repairs for my sister for $up front to pay the cost of repairs for her vehicleShe should not have to pay anything to get her vehicle fixed when Goodyear is the reason behind the damages

it is acceptable and I have gotten a clear explanation as to the terms

I am rejecting this response because:
The tires that were on my car were the original tires when car was purchasedI have paper work from Toyota indicating there was a nail in ONE tire with no mention of screws on any other tiresToyota has reviewed the video tapes and showed no tamperingI have photographs of the NEW screws in the tires when at Goodyear (with no scrapes or wear and tear)I am now in possession of the tiresAfter driving from Goodyear, there is evidence the screws were in there from the short distance I droveThe manager from this particular Goodyear location stated having cameras and reviewed, when asked corporate to review tapes they stated there were no cameras at Goodyear, I find that contradictoryI would have never bought tires from them after this awful experience
