As your earlier message stated the below"We are in receipt of your complaint concerning * *** concerns regarding removal of his e-mail from our marketingWe apologize for not responding to his original requests to be removedOn November 23, the email address [email protected] has been removed from receiving emails from Bed Bath & BeyondPlease allow to weeks for this to take effect.As of today, we consider this complaint closed."You stated to me that you considered the case closed, so I threw away all the mailings I had been sent from your companyYou indicated to me that you were NO LONGER GOING TO DO ANYTHING, so that is NOT my problem. Since YOUR COMPANY INDICATED the CASE WAS CLOSED, I no longer have the information.

I am rejecting this response because:While it is true that I finally received a belated refund, it is also true that the company sent boxes with the same shipping label, thus making one of them undeliverable without paymentIn my humble opinion this is a shady practice that should be investigated

Good Evening, I had sent an email to you regarding payment on May 19, for the full $overdraft fees deposited into my account by Bed Bath and Beyond. I think I sent is around May or 22. It seems that you did not receive itIt was very nice of Bed Bath and Beyond, especially when I was told that my situation had been escalated by management. Also want you to know that I received a check in the mail for $just yesterday, June 4, 2016, which I intend on returning. Thank you so much for your help! You really do make a difference!
