I am rejecting this response because: I actually haven't been refunded all of the prior tax that was withheld. I had several receipts and there is one that wasn't addressed for $2. I am also not completely sure the issue is resolved since tax was charged online. I will say, Kim H*** contacted me and has been AMAZING to work with. The store sold out of syrup, and said they no longer carry it, nor do they have the ability to order it, but Kim was able to help me get more syrup ordered and waived the tax that was charged during the online process. She also explained what information I need to provide to the store so they can order it for me in the future.
