The complaint was filed because mail is being sent to the address mentioned in the original complaint.  The email address is NOT the issue!STOP sending mail to the street address mentioned in the complaint!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Although tacky they offered me the same coupon I used for the initial purchase of 20% off as though they were doing something to make up for what happened, they simply offered me what they mail to thousands of customers each day by email and mail. It was not anything special and less than an equal exchange. Alas, I am satisfied with the simple refund and happy this whole thing is over.
