Unfortunately, I cannot explain why the address was not removed at the time of the request 6 months ago, as stated in the complaint. We can certainly understand the frustration.   I have forwarded the information to our Marketing department and I have been assured that the name and address included in this complaint were opted out of our mailing at the end of September. Because Marketing begins printing weeks in advanced, this will not take full effect until January of 2017. I am rejecting this response because: It has been 2 months that I have been unable to get my money back form the store. I have never received an apology for their rude behavior. I told them I am not at home during the day - and will not be singing for the mail. The company now owes me what they owe plus interests since essentially they have continued to use my money,

I am rejecting this response because:Even though the numbers wete given out this is not a valid excuse. I will continue to attack your company until you make this right. Whoever used the numbers were able to do WITHOUT the cards itself, the barcode OR the pin. I WAS TOLD by a Revdex.com reptesentative that if a customer lost the physical card, they would need to verify by drivers license and/or original receipts
