As of January 16, a refund was processed to the credit card on file in the amount of $60.27. A replacement was also shipped and delivered on January 26, 2016 fedex tracking[redacted]5. Due to a backorder issue, our rebate company was unable to fulfill the amount of requests we received for this offer. Therefore we were able to place a warehouse order for [redacted]. As of today, [redacted] has been in touch with our eService Manager, Debra, regarding the receipt of his pans.
