I ordered a unassembled upper on 8/13/2020 that says it's in stock and it's now 8/28 and order DD-*** hasn't shipped or even been updated on status. I have emailed twice now about what is going on with this order and I've only gotten there generic reply email which doesn't answer my question at all. I purchased similar items from 2 other companies on 8/15 and 8/16 who are going through the same covid pandemic as everyone else but we're able to keep me updated and I have already received those items days ago. Sadly it seems that you can only receive any kind of service by going through Revdex.com (which to me seems like it takes 3 times longer then just replying direct to to customer.... But maybe not) Can someone please ship this UNASSEMBLED (I'll do the work) upper that was in stock and purchased on the 13th? Thank you

I ordered a complete assembled AR-15 upper on August 8; when I ordered, there was a disclaimer that it could take 20-22 days for the item to ship due to supply problems on the seller's end. My credit card was charged for the entire amount of the purchase $261.23 at the time the order was submitted. I have reached out 3 times for an order status update using the provided customer service link, and have received no replies. I called the phone number listed on their website, and was directed to another phone number allegedly used to resolve on-line purchase issues; when I called the second number the voice prompt reported that "there are no service representatives to answer your call at this time, call back later". This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If the company isn't able to provide an update on the shipment of goods that the consumer has already paid for, then why have a customer service department.

We buy a lot of gun parts and Davidson was the first website we started to use. They were great, cheaper than most and shipped stuff pretty quick. Right now I am waiting on about 6 misc parts that I ordered a month ago to be shipped I have emailed quite a few times and sat on hold with no response. they have just about lost my business this is unacceptable. I ordered parts at the same time from 4 different websites and had everything in within the week except from Davidson and according to their website shipping times it should have shipped within 1-3 business days I am not happy

I was referred to use omega tactical for some parts I wanted to order from a customer service agent at delta team tactical. I went through the trouble to set up a dealer account and had a question about the prices of the items that were in stock at the time. I was told I was going to receive a quote with the prices, that never happened. Multiple phone calls later and numerous emails bantering back and forth I requested multiple times to speak to the owner of the company. I was told the owner was in and out and he was unapprochable by anyone in the company. And it would be impossible for us to talk. We have reached an impass and I really want to speak to the owner

We have been working to try to assist this customer for some time now. He is upset that we do not have the items he is looking for and we understand the frustration there. However, since we do not have the parts he is looking for, we obviously cannot ship something we do not have. After informing the customer that we do not have the items he is looking for, the customer became very upset and began berating our customer service agent that was attempting to assist him in placing an order. At this point we request that this customer no longer attempts to contact our business as we have a zero tolerance policy for this type of treatment of our employees. We have no pending orders with this customer and ask that they take their business elsewhere at this point. I wish to speak to the owner of the company to clarify what actually happened in this situation as I asked multiple times. Catlin is not the owner even though she acts like she is. Her story is convoluted and refuses to take responsibility for how business was handled in this unfortunate situation.
Simply, I just want to talk to the owner.

I ordere an AR LPK and Upper on August 4, 2020 and it is now August 26, 2020 and I have not received and update or shipping information.

Hello,
Do not make the mistake that I did and buy from this organization. I thought they were an upstanding organization and honor's their warranty but they don't go to ***, *** or anyone else. I ordered the side charger and at the range the Bolt locked with a 5.56 round and after I un-jammed it the Bolt had been damaged. Because I didnt' send the entire Bolt Carrier Group back the warranty was voided. I used and extra bolt I had and because of this the warranty is voided. Now they claim their bolt is industry standard but you can't use a different bolt because that "Alters" the product. I thought AR15 parts were interchangeable I am not talking about putting a Bull Pup bolt in it but a standard AR15 Bolt. They do not stand behind their product go else where.

Per our terms and conditions, we were unable to replace the item since the customer had disassembled and or altered the product. Our policy clearly states that this will void the warranty. https://davidsondefense.com/terms
"We offer a limited warranty on materials and workmanship in parts that are NOT considered normal wear type items. The warranty timeline is 30-days after delivery for unassembled products and 60-days after delivery for assembled products. Therefore, normal wear items include things that are normally replaced periodically or parts that may wear out during normal use such as firing pins, extractors, and barrels. This warranty DOES NOT include ANY part that has been modified, abused, disassembled, or altered in any fashion. This includes modifying for install, painting, abuse, or taking items apart that are not normally user serviceable beyond normal field stripping, such as scopes, sights, and barreled uppers. Using Loktite or other thread locking compounds or non-standard gunsmithing tools such as a pipe wrench on parts automatically voids the warranty on those parts. Our returns department reserves the right to inspect ALL returns and determine a value, if any, for replacements and refunds."
" Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing and materials only. This warranty DOES NOT include dropping, hitting, abuse, use of non-standard or reloaded ammunition, parts illegally modified, and damage incurred by the user on installation, modification, assembly, or damage caused by the ammunition."

Ordered bolt carrier group and charging handle august 6 it is now august 23 and order still hasn't shipped and there parts take 3 to 5 days to ship and its been 17 days, sent emails and called and still no response, shipping has always been on time, been a customer for months never had this problem til now, don't now any other way to get in contact with them

I placed an order on July 28, 2020 and I have not received any shipping confirmation. I was charged for the order and have tried calling and sending numerous emails. It is going to be almost a month Since this order and that is just not right

Placed an order on items that they had listed as "in stock" after 30 days with no word or shipping information tried contacting them with no response. Next step seems to be filing a formal complaint for deceptive advertising practices.

I am very disappointed with this business. I placed an order on 6 Aug 2020 and have not received anything as yet. I them an email on 12 Aug 2020 for a status update on the parts, and the next day I got a reply, stating that the order was being shipped along with a tracking number from USPS. Well, the USPS label was created on 13 Aug 2020 and then cancelled on 13 Aug 2020. What's gong on? My credit card has been charged and they have gotten their payment, I have not received anything, let alone a simple status update that I requested. I have also called their customer service number and stayed on the phone for 30 minutes with no response from a representative.

Order#DD- *** I ordered an AR-15 complete upper and lower kit which I received but the bolt carrier group and charging handle I ordered were not sent. I called customer service for two days and finally got someone on the line. I sent photos of my packaging like I was asked but I was informed that as far as they could tell the BCG and charging handle were included in the package. I am now out $ 120.00 and I'm missing my products.

I placed my order 08/07/2020 payment was taken immediately and was told I would receive email with tracking number when shipped. The item I ordered showed in stock, it is nine days later 08/13/2020 and still no email . I have called four times and three emails with no answer or response to emails. I just want what I paid for a response would be nice with tracking number.

I ordered a 9mm upper bolt carrier group & charging handle, plus buffer tube and spring for this company 07-10-2020, after the 19 day's came and went I called they said they were waiting for the upper to come in.

I waited another week called back and was told that they were waiting for the BCG group which they said the week before it was the upper. the CS gentleman was very nice and said he was sorry for the confusion...so I called back again on the august 6th after waiting another week talked to a nice lady she stated that it was the upper that was on back order and it should be in by the 10th of august !!!!! But if it was not in on the 10th it would be another 2 weeks before another shipment comes in...and if not on that shipment another 2 week's.

So we are over a month and nobody can give me a straight answer. now when I call I get nothing I request a call back nothing, I have emailed and get nothing,,,
when I ordered the part's EVERYTHING was in stock it should be if you have it in stock and you order it with a credit card it should be pulled from the shelf and shipped, DD said your put in a QUE and when they part's are in they ship them... TOTALLY not ok....if it say's in stock ship it if it's not in stock simple fix SAY OUT OF STOCK....
come on Davidson Defense fix your problem's because now your poor management issues are starting to become mine.

I placed an order on July 5th for an upper and a parts kit. I saw on their site the expected shipping times were about 15-19 days, after the 15 days, I contacted them and was met with the automated response system. A few days later I tried again, same outcome. Another couple days go by and I try yet again, the same outcome. It is not August 11th and I have not received any emails from anyone regarding my order.

I placed an order DD-*** On 7/1/20 and another order DD-*** 7/13/20 they have yet to ship either. I have asked through email 3 times to cancel with no reply besides automated. I cannot reach them on phone either. I would like them to cancel the order and refund the money they already took. I know their industry is busy but they seem to be lacking big time in processing times and customer service.

I placed an order with Davidson and after 6 weeks emailed them for a status update. After three emails with no reply I called but they never would answer the phone. I even told them I was going to dispute the charge on my card if they didn't reply. Not a word. I placed the same order with another company and within 5 days it was shipped.

Ordered parts payed over $500.00 and was told 13-15 days. Its been 25 days I have called emailed and used the support ticket with out talking to anyone. Requested my money back 3x now with out anyone calling me emailing me or returning me my money. Do not order from this company

Going on 3 weeks on my order of a bolt carrier group from this company. Havent shipped the product yet, or replied to any of my emails trying to solve this problem. Completely in the dark of what this company is doing with the money I sent them and at this rate not even sure theyll send my bolt. Would not reccomend this company. Ive never left a bad review before on anyone ive done buisness with. Extremely disappointed with my experience so far and will not be doing any further buisness with them.
