On January 3rd 2020I ordered a charging handle. On January 16th I received the charging handle and installed it into my gun but it was slightly out of spec so did not function properly. On January 19th I called the customer service number was on hold for nearly 30 minutes and then was hung up on by the system. I then emailed service at Davidson defense detailing my want for an RMA. On January 21st I received a reply with an attached FAQ which said nothing about obtaining a RMA. On January 22nd I responded to the email stating that I needed an RMA and the FAQ did not specify how to obtain it. On January 26th I sent another email stating that I needed an RMA. On January 28th I sent another email stating that I needed an RMA. On January 30th I follow the link in the email that contained the FAQ asking how their customer service was and detailed that I needed an RMA. It is now February 5th and I have yet to have a response from Davidson defense

I placed order DD-*** with Davidson Defense on 01/19/2020. As of 02/04/2020, I have not had a response to phone calls (which are never answered) or emails. My order was $174.99 and I would still like to receive my order. If Davidson Defense would at least acknowledge my existence after me contacting them, I would at least know what is taking so long.

I ordered a Polymer 80 on Jan 14, 2020. On Jan 16, 2020 it said it was delivered and signed by someone I don't know. I never received anything from this company! I first contacted this company on Jan 27, 2020 about this big concern and was told it needs to go through claims, trust me I understand that, but I was told if I don't hear anything back by Friday Jan 31, 2020 call back. I called Monday Feb 3, 2020, I was told by first employee he would look into it and call me back in 10 minutes. No call back so I called back again and once again waited on hold for at least 30 minutes finally someone answers and then tells me their boss is going over to the claims department and I would get a call by the end of business today. Once again I never received a call or anything. Please anyone Thinking to buy from this company just pay the extra money somewhere else! I'm sorry to say this but this Business if you could call it that Should be and I hope it gets shuts down, goes out of Business. At this point I just want this transaction even though I never received anything just to be done. I will never order anything from this company again.

I am sorry for all the trouble. We shipped this order the day we got it, and it was delivered two days later. Unfortunately, we have no control over what the post office does, and once the package leaves our warehouse, we can consider the transaction done. However we do not want to do that, and are helping file a claim for the package trying to help get a resolution. Unfortunately again, we are left to waiting for a result from the claim from the post office. But we will get this resolved, and will be in contact as soon as we here from the USPS.

We have a risk of loss policy that you agreed to when you placed the order. This policy states that the liability of the product is placed to the customer at the time it leaves our warehouse and is into the carrier's possession. We as a company do not physically deliver the packages ourselves and rely on the carrier to obtain a signature and deliver. We are not in control of whoever is at the residence and signs for the package. Unfortunately USPS will not stand behind the delivery because it was signed for. If you feel like this is unjust, go to the police station and file a report for a lost or stolen package.

Unprofessional. No honesty. This company exists to make a quick buck and they do not care about the customer or even the employees it seems. I feel sorry for the people that work there.

I purchased a BCG from Davidson defense and it was bad from the time I put it in the rifle, it would not feed at all tried to get it to feed for magazines, nothing! I borrowed my buddies BCG and gun shot like a dream! I’ve tried emails and tried calling set on phone for a total of 2.5 hrs now and no luck at all!! I need this resolved ASAP tired of play games trying to contact them

Worst customer service ever. Ordered two lowers, one upper and on BCG from them assembled. About $700 worth. They sent a bucket of unassembled parts to my FFL. After many phone calls and emails to which I received little to no response I shipped them back straight from my FFL. I'm still waiting for a refund or assembled parts to be returned. I sincerely doubt I will get either. I was even told to take my business elsewhere because After about 20 emails to everyone I could find on their staff, I finally cussed them out. Basically I'm out $700 bucks as it stands. They are hand in hand with Omega Tactical....if you're smart you look elsewhere

I have ordered an upper receiver from Davidson Defense on December 27th, product was in stock. I then sent an email 5 days later asking for update on shipment, they didn’t reply for about two weeks, I have tried emailing serval times and have called there Main number for about a week with no one picking up, just put on hold. I then sent a 4th email stating to please give me a refund as the product hasn’t even shipped after 3 weeks when they said it will ship in 4-5 days. Finnaly after about another week and a half they replied saying they will refund me my money and it will take 3-5 days. It had been almost two weeks with no reply and no refund. Total of more then a month since they took my money and no product or refund. Tried emailing multiple times asking where my refund is with no reply.

Order has been received.. but now it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard anything back from them.. I’ve sent 3 emails.. and I’ve called a total of 7 times at 30 minutes on hold.. after 30 minutes they cut you from the line. I just wanna ask simple questions about my my order.. I’m getting pretty annoyed with them too the point Im thinking I’m gonna ask for a refund!! I’ve even called them minutes after the open and was told rite away that the call volume was too high and too call back..... minutes after they open... do they have 1 person taking phone calls.... worst customer support.. I just want answers!!

Placed an order on Jan. 4, 2020. Company withdrew money (credit card) the following Monday. Have not received product from company, and they do not respond, other than computer generated emails that claim deliveries take 10-12 business days. Was on hold for 15 minutes before company just hung up on me. Have never spoken to a customer service agent, nor have I been contacted by other than computer generated, generic response. Company still sends out emails advertising product in question, although for a higher price.

Bought an upper reciever from them on the 27th of December. It is the 22 of January and my order still says new. The customer service responded in email at first saying it was being built. That was two weeks ago. I've tried emailing them since and nothing. I've tried calling and I sit on hold forever with no answer

After 3 weeks waiting for any response I have given up. Disputing charge on my credit card. Repetitive robot responses from email contact. Endless time on hold. Stay away from them. Not really sure if they really exist. Hope I get my money back. Not the way to run a business unless you want a business to fail.

While we cannot defend the lack of communication which was clearly an issue on our end, the customer's order was delivered and refused 21 days after the date the order was placed which is well within our estimated shipping time for a custom build. We do our best to respond to customer inquiries as quickly as possible but unfortunately things do get overlooked from time to time and we sincerely apologize for that.

I placed an order on January 4th in the amount of 189.99, they withdrew the money on the 5th. I have reached out by email with no response, I have also called but only get an automated message saying to call within normal business hours (of which it is according to the message)

I ordered an item from here on December 29, 2019. Money came out of my account right away and I received a confirmation order. It is now 1/21/2020 and I haven’t received a shipping email yet. I have tried contacting them via phone call and email and have not got through. Terrible customer service.

My wife ordered a 300 blk out upper receiver on Dec 28th, for 169.00 got the email order confirmation immediately, paid 15.oo for them to put it together, have not received the product, never got an email saying it was sent out, I have sent 3 different emails, and called them a few times , an automated answering machine puts me on hold, after 20 minutes on hold it's tells me to send an email and hangs up on me. They send me emails trying to get me to buy other products every other day, but can't answer my phone calls or emails I send them

I placed an order with this company on December 21, 2019 understanding the turn around time would be 1-2 weeks. It has been almost 4 weeks, no product in mail, no replies to emails, no answering my calls. I have called twice so far today and have been on hold for almost 17 minutes before having a voice message say to email [email protected] and hang up on me. I sent the email and it was undeliverable. I have emailed 2-3 other email addresses and have not received a reply.

I ordered and paid in full for a complete lower receiver on 12-6-19. All of the necessary information was provided. We are now 1-9-20 (over a month later) and I have not received any new information about my order. The FFL dealer I am using for shipping has also not been contacted. I've checked my inbox, spam, and other folders and have not received anything from this company. They have (however) taken my money for the order. I've reached out via email on 12-26-19 and have not received a reply. I've called both Davidson Defense customer service and Delta Team Tactical customer service (because both businesses are listed at the same address) only to be disconnected after 30 minutes of being on hold. I've tried to be patient but this business is not doing their part to send information about the purchase.

We have called the FFL holder 4 times, and emailed them twice asking for their FFL. I just called them again from my personal cell phone, left a message, and sent another email requesting their FFL. Also, how is it that I call and he answers every phone call but you seem to not be able to get in touch with him? He always answers the above number (which was put on the order). We have called and emailed weekly since the order was placed. We received emails with nothing attached. FFL was received on the 19th, and order will be shipped by end of the week.

I am missing a barrel nut and hand guard screws. It’s small parts that should have been provided in the “trans am” build kit. The order number is ***. I’ve sent emails that have been ignored. I mentioned it on another order placed at a later date. I called customer service multiple times only to be hung up on after about 15 minutes of waiting . I’m also having issues with 2 other orders placed at later dates *** missing major parts and *** that hasn’t shipped at all. I’m currently awaiting responses to those orders.

We apologize for the multiple issues. I just refunded the $134.99 for the OOS barrel that the customer had been waiting on. That should appear in his account in the next few days depending on his financial institution. I contacted the Customer service manager to get in touch and help take care of the other issues on his other orders.

On 12/11/2019 order # ***. Part # Pl-31961 for the amount of $119.99 + S&H. I received my item and there was one part missing in my kit. It happened to be a 7.5" barrel Which I Did Not Receive. I had emailed them that day the item came in and 6 other times since 12/31/2019. I have called them everyday since and still I can not reach anyone. Still to this day 12/31/2019 I have tried to email and call them and I can't get anyone to answer the phone about my missing barrel part that was included in the kit. I have dealt with them plenty of times before this and yes I did have some problems but they were resolved. Now I can't get any action done. I'm not happy about my missing parts in my order.

I made a purchase with Davidson Defense on Dec 2 2019, They took the money out of my account on Dec 3 2019 for $449.47. I have not received any type of notification from them on my order, I have tried contacting them several times by phone and email with no response .

I placed my order for a complete AR-15 piston upper in 300 Blackout on 12/3/2019. I received an acknowledgement of my order via email but no other correspondence. After several days I contacted the company and was informed my order would be shipped the next day (12/6/2019) and would arrive on Tuesday (12/10/2019). On Wednesday (12/11/2019) I attempted to contact the company via phone again but kept getting referred to using email. I emailed the company but have not received a reply. I finally received my order on 12/16/2019, BUT the order was missing a very important piece (#41315 SBA3 Brace), which the packing slip claims is back-ordered. The missing item is part of the complete kit ordered (#41316-2).

Had I known the missing item was back-ordered, I would have cancelled the order and made other arrangements.

Their customer service is abysmal.
Communications with customers is practically non-existent.
Either their phone reps are being fed invalid information to feed to customers or they are out-right lying to the customers on the phone.
