I placed an order (DD-***) on 01MAY20 for an upper receiver. It has been 18 days, and I have only gotten one email (a week ago) back from this company regarding where my order is. I have sent multiple emails, and have called many times, yet have not heard anything. Judging by the complaints on the Revdex.com, this seems to be the only way to get a hold of this company. Im tired of being left in the dark. I understand the Coronavirus pandemic is impacting production and shipping, but replying to an email or answering a phone takes only a few minutes out of the day. I want to know where my order is after almost 3 weeks of waiting and no communication. I spent over $200 with this company, and the least they could do is communicate with their customers that are keeping them in business when so many other places are going under.

I have emailed the customer with an update on their order. Our current lead time on assembled uppers is 15-17 BUSINESS days. So we are still within that time frame. All that remains is assembly on their product so it should ship out in the next day or 2. Thanks

I have made several attempts to make contact with this company to get an update on my order and have not been contacted or been able to get through to any type of customer service. They wasted no time in taking my money but make it impossible to get a hold of them is a very bad way to conduct business

Have 2 outstanding orders with them have tried calling numerous times and left emails that I have ticket #'s for which still have not been responded too. Have defective parts from another order and I can't get a hold of them after waiting on hold 30 min you get disconnected very frustrated with them

I purchased 3 items , a 7.62x39 barrel, a 223 Wylde barrel and a 5/8”x24 muzzle break. I ordered it on the 28th and it was shipped out on the 29th. Really quick, maybe to quick, anyway when I received it on the 1st and opened it all that was inside the box was a 5/8”x24 muzzle break and a 7.62x39 barrel no 223 Wylde barrel. I looked at the invoice to see if it was back ordered but it was listed like it was in the order/box. I emailed them right away and got a audio mated email. I have tried to call several times, sent numerous emails all saying the same thing. Several days ago I called and left a call back and finally got to talk to someone but as soon as I told him what happened I was either hung up on or disconnected. Haven’t heard anything since. The phone # you have listed is a storefront and I called them and they actually answered and told me that they dealt with the walk in not the online service. Even though they have the same address. I sent them a picture of the invoice and what I received and the 223 Wylde barrel was not in the box. I told them in the email that I didn’t want to have to do this and that I shouldn’t have to. All I want is what I paid for nothing more nothing less. If I have to I will call my credit card and try to get them to get a refund. If they would just talk to me I have purchased several different parts from them and hadn’t had any problems until this and the reason I never emailed them before is because everything I ordered was received except for this time and I think I have given them plenty of time. I ordered an AR 15 complete upper receiver on 5/6/2020 for $174.98 totally assembled. I have yet to receive an email confirming a shipping date. I hope to resolve this problem ASAP. Thanks.

Ordered A product from the company about three weeks ago on April 28 to be exact and still have not received a confirmation shipping email I’ve spent $220 with them and I have no clue where my item is that I ordered every time I try to call customer service it says there are no agents available to take your call or I just get put on hold for 40 minutes. I cannot get a hold of anybody and I’m just trying to find out where my product is at

I received an incomplete order over a month ago. It was purchased online. Some of the items purchased were listed on the packing slip but not included. The single most expensive item purchased is not listed on the packing slip and not included in the package. I have sent about a dozen response emails. I have attempted calling weekly with zero response from the business.

I ordered an Upper receiver on 4/10/2020 (Assembled which takes about 18-20 Business days) I waited and I emailed them on May 11,2020 at 12:06 PM eastern time , their customer service just directed me to see the shipping times on their website which I knew about and it’s passed the 18-20 day period, I replied and gave them my order number and no reply . I haven’t received no tracking or any kind of shipping info, or anything helpful I even called and a automated machine said that they aren’t taking any calls

So this circus show started on 04/15/2020 when I placed an order for two items that showed available and it stock. I immediately got charged the cost (no biggie). A few days later I was wondering when my order would be shipped since I hadn't received an email yet so I go on their website and read that it is like a 8-14 day lead time, once again ok no big deal. As the 14th day comes I attempt to call (no response) wait a day or two and call again (no response) wait a few more days 05/04/2020 and send an email inquiring about my order (no response). So I call a few times either getting some elevator music or an automated answering service stating that there isn't anyone available to speak with me. 05/13/2020 I call 3 times, one time no one available to speak with, the second time same thing and then the third time after waiting for a few minutes I finally get to speak with someone. I give him my order number DD-84960 and he says that the wait time is 14-24 days so as he is looking at the inventory I am counting days on the calendar....(I'm past 24 days) dude comes back on the line and states that the barrels and rails are not in stock but he can substitute....that's going to be a negative ghost rider...I ordered exactly what I was looking for and that's what I want. So 28 days after ordering a in stock and available item (actually 2 of them) its now out of stock and you cant provide what I paid for???....I promptly asked for my money back in which he stated it could be up to 3 days before I get it back.
In summary of this...I will not and would not recommend this company to anyone. Stick to places that can ship your items within the next day of being ordered. The little bit of savings isn't worth the bull*** you have to deal with, with this company. First and absolutely last time I will deal with this company.

We apologize for the delay and out of stock items in the customer's order. We sometimes receive orders that show the items in stock that aren't actually in stock due to our system not updating the real time inventory. The customer should have been notified but a mistake was made and they were not contacted. We refunded the customer's order once we heard back about the substitute items. The refund process was done immediately but takes a few days to process. We are working to get things fixed in customer service in these trying times.

My order number is DD-***, I emailed the company within 2 hours of placing my order to cancel it and have not received a response from the company since. I simply want a refund before the product is even shipped. This seems like the only way to get ahold of this company

On 3/18/20 II ordered buffer tube assembly online at $19.99....$4.32 shipping....one dollar and some change.....................totaling around $25.50..............AND THEY CHARGED MY CCREDIT CARD FOR $29.98...........NUMEROUS CALLS AN EMAILS SPEAKING TO RUSS AND A COURNEY BOTH STATING SOME ONE WOULD COUNTACT ME AND THEY NEVER DO.........ABOUT TWO MONTHS AND A LOT OF WASTING MY TIME OVER A FEW DOLLARS....I AM FIGURING NO ONE NOTICES OR FIGURE ITS NOT WORTH THE AGRAVATION MEANWHILE THEY TACKING ON CHARGES ..................

Ordered several items online recurved 1 item of the 4 resulting in a loss of over $300+ tried multiple times to contact by phone and email with no response at this point I just want my money refunded if products aren't being sent

Reference orders DD-*** and DD-***. Company does not respond to phone calls. I called twice today and Davidson's phone service adviced it would only take about 9 mins to get help. I was on hold for approximately 30 mins on each call and their system disconnected me. Also their website clearly states they will send you tracking information "when you complete your order". I did not receive any tracking information but Davidson's immediately charged for both orders. NO PHONE RESPONSE, and so far NO EMAIL RESPONSE either.

Substandard parts, substandard service. I ordered about $500 worth of parts for an AR pistol build. As I advanced through the build the lack of quality became glaringly apparent! First of all, when I installed the hinge/takedown pins the holes and slots in the pins were machined so deep that when the pins were pushed in they would not slide back out. I ordered high grade titanium pins from DD that evening along with a "woops" kit. The "woops" kit was necessary because it contained the buffer retainer pin missing in the original assembly kit. Today as I was finishing with the upper, the roll pin for holding the forward assist plunger was missing. On the original order I had purchased an upgraded drop in trigger group which I discovered had no pins, so I ordered pins from DD. I was notified today that my order of three items had shipped. Not only was I charged for the replacement parts, which I had no problem with because some were upgrades, but the $10.00 shipping charge...not so much!
The barrel I had originally purchased was back ordered because it was out of stock by the time my order was processed. Instead of contacting me with an offer of substitute, they just back ordered the barrel. Obviously, a pistol is useless without a barrel so I purchased a substitute and asked in the comment box to cancel the original barrel and apply credit toward the substitute. I made several attempts through email and phone to contact customer service today with zero response. Needless to say, I'm not very happy with Davidson Defense at this point and if they continue to charge shipping for parts that I'm replacing because original parts are defective or missing, then I'll probably run out of bad words. Now when I press the leave your review button I get an error message prompting me to provide a star-rating. I DID! Zero stars! The one star rating is only because this review won't process without it.

Business rises and falls on good customer service. You can have the greatest product line but if you won't talk to your customers, then your done. You say above you are working hard to get your service team up to speed? That should be old hat. Right now selling product without regard for the end user will destroy you.

This I seems to be the only way to get ahold of this company I have tried emailing and calling over the past week about my order I placed on 4/4/2020 order number DD-***. When I placed the order on the two upper receivers it said 12-14 days now it says 18-20 days which now is out of both time frames. would just like some information on when I will be receiving my order

I made an order on 04/17/2020 (With completion and shipping time being 15 days). Order numberD "D-***". I have made several requests about an update on shipping or even the product itself. I have received absolutely no response back at any point in time. They "Davidson defense" have changed order times repeatedly since my purchase was made.

I paid for a new rifle barrel. I received a used damaged inoperable barrel.

I ordered my AR-15 build from them, they told me my shipment would be sent out by Friday 5/1/20, and I still have not gotten an email saying it has been shipped out, I’ve tried contacting them numerous times and I keep getting hung up on, very irritating because they have $400 of mine and I have no idea what’s going on with my purchase

Not sure what is going on ive done business with this company and Delta Team Tactical (same) before but when I say ive called everyday for the last week and waited over 30 min each call to later be hung up on by the automated woman. Ive left call back messages multiple times and wmailed both conpanies many times. My order # DD-*** and order # DT-*** for my order with each company placed at the same time. Id like a update on when my items will be shipped and if its not in a reasonable time frame id like a refund on each of them

I placed a order on the 04/09/2020 from this company and at the time of the order there was a notice of 10-13 days of delay until shipping. There web site currently states the status of any order will have a 18-20 day delay. It is past there noted delay and still not response or notice of shipping of my order. Since the order I have not been able to contact them via phone or email to respond. It seems to be intentional in there lack of response to my attempts in contacting them.

Assembled uppers take some time as we work on them in the order they are received and we are experiencing some delays as the number of orders we have received has increased dramatically over the past month or so. I created a customer support ticket to reach out since we have no record of the customer emailing us with this email address, giving them an update on their order. Everything except assembly had been completed on this order so it should ship out tomorrow. There is also an issue with the shipping address that will need to be addressed before shipping. I have included details on this in the email sent to the customer. We look forward to a response to that email so we can get this resolved and the order shipped as quickly as possible.
