I ordered an AR 308 upper kit assembled. I received the item and discovered the head spacing was not correct. The gunsmith checked the head space because the rifle would not cycle. They told me it was unsafe to fire and the action would close on a no go gauge. I reached out to Davidson Defense several times my phone was hung up on every time also submitted for an RA online several times and no response from the retailer. I was intentionally delayed over 60 days so I could not dispute this on my debit card. I know of other people to have the same issue so you are definitely scamming people. Ordered an upper from davidson defense over a month ago and have not received it. Tracking info shows it in the state they reside. Wrote my first email to them while on hold for an hour to talk to them..... never had an answer from phone or email. Reviewing the complaints here, Looks like delivery and customer service is a challenge for this company. I don't think I'll be buying here again.

We apologize for the issue with the customer's order. It was originally packaged and shipped on 6/30, but due to a shipping label error on our part, the shipment was rejected/lost by USPS. We did not know about the issue until today unfortunately. We were able to get a full replacement order put together and shipped today. We refunded the total for the missing item on 7/13. It processed fully on our end on the 14th. I have attached the refund info that I sent to the customer with their personal info blacked out. The remaining time will just depend on the customer's bank as far as how long the refund will take to fully process. We apologize but there is no way for us to speed up this process as electronic transactions are not instant. We ask them to please allow sufficient time for that refund to process. Thanks

Don't tell us electronic transactions are not "instant". thats how you got our money! Lets get real. You are just a seller of parts. If you don't have an employee keeping track of orders, and tyeing them to emails, then your sunk.

Ordered DD-*** on 5/20/20 took a month to ship out, not a big deal. However I reached out to "customer service" via every outlet DD has, phone, email, their zendesk. Absolutely no reply, they just closed my inquiry. After opening my order I quickly realized that I was missing all related hardware for my order. Sent another ticket through zendesk, this time with a reply stating that they are waiting for my reply. I look and there is no message from them about anything other than asking for me to reply, I did on June 25th and have heard nothing back from this company. I would like my missing hardware so I can move on with my life and write this company off and never deal with them again.

Davidson Defense has Horrible customer service & Zero Support. Multiple emails & calls. Nothing. The Weapon was unsafe and not built correctly. Leaking gas block, finger tight screws etc. short cycles. (Dangerous) I finally went to the Provo location and asked for a refund. The gentleman that looks like Santa said they are too busy and cant provide reasonable support right now. Christmas time Sales rate. TRANSLATION, no quality Checks on a FIREARM. It's like selling tires but not checking the lug nuts.Deemed the upper unsafe, they would not offer a refund only a repair when staff are available. Stevie Wonder is building the uppers along with Ray Charles. NO QC process. If you can't make a quality upper, don't sell as many and do it right.

We have ordered a lot of our products through Davidson and they have been great. Shipping has been delayed but I understand there has been a very high volume due to COVID-19. I ordered a gift for my boyfriend for our anniversary and the BCG was missing from my order, I got on the chat and the lady was very helpful in getting a replacement sent to me. She told me it was going to be a whole week before a new one was shipped and I was a little disappointed and two days later my replacement part was here. We are very pleased with all of the products from Davidson.

I placed order DD-*** on 6/10 and paid it immediately. I have tried contacting customer service by email and phone to no avail. It is almost a month now and I have still not heard anything from the company at all.

I ordered a "Pilum" 308 upper receiver and a 308 Bolt Carrier Group from Davidson Defense on Saturday, May 2, 2020. I received an email confirming my order (DD-***) and saying I will receive another email when my order has shipped, which I have not received. Since then, I have gotten no updates on my order. I have tried calling and emailing Davidson Defense using the contact info listed on their website and have only gotten automated responses or been left on hold on the phone. They charged me $476.97 and I have not received what I paid for and it has been 2 months.

Very good first experience with DD. I ordered a "Tallyhoo"(complete minus stripped lower) kit on 6/12/2020. I ordered the stripped lower from PSA hour earlier. I also want to say that every single online seller and brick and mortar store have been swamped since covid-19, and now add on top the protests and riots. The shipping advisory on the DD website estimated delivery between 13-15 days. I received the well packed, discrete package in exactly 13 days. The lower from PSA arrived 4 days LATER. As I was building I thought they had left out the barrel nut, so I opened a support ticket online. They use zendesk, (that may be the best avenue for service since it can be tracked by multiple people) and I quickly received an acknowledgment e-mail back. Then I found the barrel nut in my hand guard, so I wrote them back to close the ticket. I completed my build last night and I was super happy that every single part and bit was there. I'm happy with the fitment and quality of all the pieces. But I'm really happy with the price, especially during these "sellout" times. I guess I got lucky? I'm rooting for DD to make everyone as happy as me. I will buy from again.

I had problems with an item I purchased and Davidson asked me to return it along with all other parts which I did. After several weeks they returned only part of the items I returned. I contacted them and they claim they returned my items. I have continued to email them but with no satisfaction

*** p.s.the only problem I have is how Davidson continues to not admit the screw up they made and continue to say how they out of the goodness of their heart they sent me a new magwell adapter even after I sent pictures of my broken one they returned to me instead, and how they still claim that my parts were returned in the return shipment.All this makes me out to be a liar which I am not.

I ordered upper assembly parts for an AR-15 from DD. When they arrived I noticed that all of the parts were very dirty for being brand new. I cleaned everything up and after assembling it all I noticed a giant gouge inside the barrel. Approximately halfway down the barrel and deep enough to catch a tool on. I have emailed DD with no response and have been on hold for over an hour in total. I’m very displeased with the customer service and products of this company.

I placed an order with Davidson Defense, and then promptly attempted to cancel my order, and collect a refund, as the piece was no longer something that I needed. I have emailed the company, and created a ticket in their system, as well as asked for recognition from a person that my email had been received. I have also called the company multiple times, with their automated system telling me that a representative would be available in roughly two minutes before waiting on hold for 20-25 and then being hung up on. It seems impossible to get in contact with this business and receive the refund that I have requested due to my cancelled order.

Ordered complete, unassembled, 9mm parts kit, and never received the upper receiver. Immediately tried contacting customer support and have been trying to do so for over 2 weeks. Have gotten NOWHERE with multiple tickets, emails, and calls. Zero responses other than a single email stating only that they were waiting for MY response, of course I never received anything in the first place or since, having replied to that a week ago.
I can't imagine running a business that actually does not have ANY customer service and simply ignores its customers. Completely inexcusable especially since orders are routinely messed up, which is evident from the constant stream of complaints on Revdex.com. I will be warning everywhere I can to stay away from this business until something changes.

I ordered several items from Davidson Defense on 5/13/2020 ticket number DD-***. All of the items I ordered except one had a 7-11 day shipping time and the one item had a 18-21 day shipping time. I was hoping the majority would come in the shorter time as was stated at the time I placed the order and it did not so was not a big deal I just figured they were trying to save money on the shipping cost. I finally was given a tracking number for the products and on 6-8-2020 and only one of my items were in the box even though it was sent with the order ticket with all products purchased. I tried many times over the next week with several emails trying to resolve the issue with absolutely no response from Davidson Defense. So after several days of also trying to reach them by phone with call back system no one ever reached out to make contact so on Friday 6-12-20 after numerous calls a 3 1/2 hours on hold I finally got someone on the phone (Mrs J) with customer service and she stated everything was there and it would be sent off on the following Monday and they would contact me then. I never herd back from her even after I tried emailing her several times. So on that next Friday 6-19-2020 I began trying to call and again after 2 hours of calling and being on hold I finally got another customer support person (Mrs I) who looked into the order put me on hold and when she came back she said the truck was already gone for the day and that they would do there best to get it out on Monday 6-22-2020 and that she would contact me on Monday to give me a update and like the previous person there still no contact from her either. I waited till Tuesday to contact her by email and it now Thursday 6-25-2020 and still have had no contact or shipping information sent. I don’t except anything but what I purchased in the time frames given by Davidson Defense. Which also leads into my other issue with this company. I used there credit option with credova and I am under contract with them and paying interest on products that I don’t have. If there is anything you can do to assist me in would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered a complete lower and paid the fee for it to be assembled; as I do not have the necessary tools. The lower arrived un-assembled at my FFL. I have left call back requests, emails, and been on hold several times only to be cut off. I am still trying to resolve ORDER DD-*** as the package is still with my FFL. I had intended to use the lower for a hunting trip next weekend. Still hopeful this can be resolved.

I had obtained an RMA from them, waited weeks and then they advised me they did not have particular parts to fix but were going to address the problem and get me my upper back. I was in correspondence with a Keri roy lance who said my items would ship. 3 weeks later It still has not shipped and I do not have my upper. my rma number is

Did not receive order. Tracking number from FedEx stated that my order was voided by shipper. Ordered was canceled without explanation. Tried contacting Davidson Defense but no response.

We did not get to the customer's request for information until today as the issue occurred just before the weekend. On may 13th I placed an order #*** for an assembled lower. Had my FFL send out the proper paperwork and received shipping confirmation on the 21st of may, after nearly 3 weeks with no shipping updates I received an FFL request again so I resubmitted that. Again nearly 2 weeks after the second time submitting the forms I still have no updates, I've sent emails and submitted messages on the website just trying to verify that all the paperwork was in order and have yet to hear anything back, no response from emails or website tickets or phone

I have emailed the customer an update. Their order shipped 5/21 and was delivered 5/28. It appears the fedex driver may have signed for the package and left it. I am filing a claim on the package now as it appears the customer did not receive the package. Thanks

on tues the 16th I made a purchase, I have not recieved an item, or notice of an item. even though I selected assembled, it showed as disassembled. I asked for a refund 3 days in a row with no response. when I tried to call I got an automated message and at this point I will drive down there and personally take my money back.

This customer first reached out to us June 16th to let us know that HE created an account/order with the incorrect name. The customer then reached out Friday to let us know he intended to place his order with assembly included. I offered to send a Paypal invoice to cover the assembly fee and get the order shipped out. The customer was unhappy with that solution for some reason and asked for a refund. I went ahead and refunded the order in full immediately. That is when the threats began to come in. We have no control over the amount of time it takes for a refund to fully process. Anyone who has had a refund from ANY company knows that an electronic refund CANNOT be instantaneous. We continued to receive extremely rude an unnecessary threats that I have included in the attached screenshots. We have blocked this customer from purchasing from any of our sites and do not take these threats lightly. There is absolutely no reason these words should have been expressed toward our customer service agents who were only attempting to correct the mistake make by the customer. These derogatory words are completely unacceptable under any circumstances. That refund that was issued Friday should be returning to the customer's account any day now.

I placed and order on the website then 1 day later filed to cancel the order. I received an email saying they received my cancel request. 10 days later I got an email saying my order is shipping. I tried to call them and can't get past the recording. I emailed them to say I already canceled the order. a couple days later I received the product and have tried to call them several times on different days and at different times. I can't get past the recording or it says no one people are available to answer the call and to call back later. They NEVER pick up the phone and don't respond to emails its always an automated email response.
