Took advantage of their no hassle returns and refunds, it’s going on three weeks now since I cancelled an order a requested a refund with no return funds in my account. I have contacted customer service twice now, and both times have been told that I would receive my refund within a week. No luck.

Bought a 10.5 300blk "Satellite" upper receiver and paid the assembly price. Tried to take off the barrel nut to install a BCM KMR 10 rail(which cost more than the entire assembled upper)...in the end destroying the upper receiver due to 24 hours of continuous strain to get it off. I tried nearly every application to get it off using 2 sets of hands as well and it wouldn't budge. The one time I got on the phone with someone, they told me they do use "a little" loctite and that I would get a call back from the manager to resolve the issue(which never happened). I called multiple times the following day adding up to about 2 1/2 hours of being on hold before I was constantly hung up on. Emails also went unanswered after I got an email stating they don't use loctite, even when I was clear as day told over the phone that they DO. And from the way the upper receiver turned out..they used red loctite and over torqued it!! In the end I'm left with a scuffed barrel, bent upper receiver, and and insanely scuffed/dented barrel nut that still remains stuck. I'm beyond pissed and will NEVER order from this company again....EVER. Stick with more reputable sources. Davidson Defense is a terrible business!! One star since I can't leave it at nothing..

We're very sorry about the lack of communication. Our customer service department has been short staffed as of late. In response to this customer's issues, our customer service manager emailed one day after this was submitted, and offered to send a pre-paid return label to have the upper returned and looked at by our builders. The customer has not responded to that email as of yet. To clarify, our builders rarely use loctite, and they never use it on this particular build, due to the nature of the parts. We never recommend for a customer to unassemble a pre-assembled build, as it voids their warranty, and we apply 180 lbs or more of pressure to insure the builds' security, so special tools are needed to take it apart without damage or struggle. If this customer would like our builders to take a look at his build, please respond to our customer service manager's email, and we will get this sorted out. Thank you!

On 18 Aug 2019, I ordered $447.88 worth of equipment from Davidson Defense Inc. located at 333 N. State Street in Oren, Utah with Zip Code 84057 over the internet using the company's e-commerce website. The order number was DD-*** and I paid in full by credit card.

I received the package from the company in good time and in good condition. However, after opening and upon inspection of the box I found that 2 items of the order that cost $137.90 were not in the shipment.

I made numerous phone calls to the company always receiving a computer generated voice that said to use email for an alternate contact. There appear to be 2 email addresses that are used for customer service, [email protected] & [email protected]. Over the next week I sent 5 emails to the company, using the 2 email addresses provided, seeking an answer to why the shipment was short the items in question or if the items were sent via a different method. I have yet to receive any reply, in any form, from a representative of the company.

This company also goes by the name or has a close relationship with a concern named Delta Team Tactical. The shipping paperwork I received in the box was marked as from Delta Team Tactical and both business concerns share the same address.

Bought several guns from Davidson's Defense/Delta Team Tactical. 3 different AR 15 Rifles, both assembled and parts I have assembled. All three guns run/cycle great, good groups.

I ordered a complete upper kit for a ar15 rifle on the 24th of february , supposed to take like 2 or 3 buisness days for one unbuilt , takes 2 weeks if they build you one , I have tried calling and never a response , first response was on the 4th and yesterday another saying it was a error on their part , they didnt have the products and were ordering or getting them in within a week or so , I just wanted someone to speak to and would like my money back worst service ever ...

on feb 24th 2019i placed 2 seperate orders from davidson defense. I bought 943.00 worth of items from them on one order and 79.98 on a seperate order directly after the 943.00 order. both placed online with in minutes of each other the first order was placed and second directly afterword. both orders with a 3-5 day shipping window per their website. its been 7+ days have contacted several times sat on hold no voice mail option sent 2 sepperate emails per their instructions on their phone hold message. have spoke to 3 different individuals, the last being at around 10am on the 4th where I was told all items in the order were in stock and ready to be picked. the previous was told my items were going to be shipped on friday in their after noon shipment. that every thing had been picked to be shipped and it was in their out going shipments as of march 1st. this morning no shipment confirmations on account so I called them again, was informed it was inline to be picked and shipped. asked top speak to a supervisor and was told that it had not been picked or shipped and that it should go out today or tomorrow. 03/04/2019

Ordered a complete upper was told it was in stock . Waited 2 weeks for shipment never arrived. Called davidson Defense spoke to customer service .was told it would be at least another 2 weeks . At this point I told them I wanted to cancel my order .Called 1 week later to find out where my refund was .and was told that they only refund on certian days. I asked when that was and the reply was it will take 5 days for the refund and another 5 days to be put back in my account. Here we are 2 weeks later and still no refund

I ordered merchandise from this company on 10 Dec. The merchandise was listed as in stock. On 14 Dec, the order was not fulfilled, let alone shipped. I contacted the vendor via their site twice 15 Dec and 16 Dec. On the afternoon of 17 Dec, I contacted the vendor and asked for the order to be canceled and a refund issued. The vendor agreed they would do this. On 19 Dec, no refund was issued, nor was the order listed as canceled.

When calling the number that this vendor lists at this site https://davidsondefense.com/ the service representatives will answer as Delta Team Tactical Davidson Defense. These appear to essentially be the same company.

Reviewing Delta Team Tactical's feedback will show many of the same issues.9

We are so sorry for the inconvenience of this order! Our customer service agent refunded the order when emailed by the customer, and asked to be notified the credit wasn't processed. We didn't receive an email back, so hopefully everything was processed correctly. Thank you for your feedback!

I ordered a "complete" ar pistol kit from them that took them 10 days to get in the mail. Ok whatever. When I finally get the kit it's missing the gas tube and the dust cover spring. I contact them to get me the parts they neglected to send and I get a generic email saying they'll get back to me in 3-5 days. After 5 days I get another email saying they'll get back with me soon, then another email after that saying they will get back with me in 3-5 days. I just want the product I paid for.

We are so sorry that this wasn't dealt with in a timely manner! We would recommend referring to our shipping ETAs before ordering, to ensure that your order can be shipped according to your needs. To add, our customer service emails saying that they would get back to the customer (as the customer described), were emails apologizing for the wait, and saying that if the customer would reply directly to the email that was sent, it would be forwarded directly to the manager. Unfortunately, the customer did not do so, therefore the issue was not solved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your feedback!
