it seems this is the only way to get in contact with this company,emails unresponded call on hold for 40 minutes to automaticlly get disconnected multiple tries , I want to know about my order DD-*** placed on 4/13/20

The customer had some mags that were illegal to ship to their state so that was holding up the order. We have cancelled/refunded that portion of their order and the rest of the order shipped 4/28 via Fedex. I have emailed the customer with the details. Thanks

I have made multiple orders with this company and I have not had an issue untill now I made an order and have not been updated on the statute of my order while other orders I've made after the fact have already shipped I can not get them to answer my emails or phone calls

I purchased an upper reciever from the Davison Defense website on 4/8/2020. Order # DD- *** When I placed the order I forgot the house number. One of the staff emailed me about the issue. I responded immediately with the correct house number. After the email I never recieved confirmation of the the address issue being corrected nor did I receive an email informing me that my purchase has shipped. I have since reached out to the company to aquire any information about my order. I have yet to hear back. I submitted a trouble ticket, sent two emails with about a week in between, tried to contact them in regards to my order telephonically with no response, and used the tactical service support center portal that one of davision defense’s emails pointed me to, the link went to a glitchy webpage that didn’t work half the time and the other half wouldn’t let me login after registering.
I realize that with the Current pandemic deliveries and shipping is delayed extensively, and I understand most of the nation is in a lockdown with minimal manning underway. the initial handle of of my order way great timely and responsive. However since I provided my correct address, I have not received any information if my order shipped or if there is any tracking information. I am concerned about my investment of over $300.00. As originally stated I realize that I made the first mistake with the incorrect address which is why I am still expecting the order to arrive a little late, however I am expecting it to arrive and without an updated status of my order, it is impossible to know if it shipped out, or to track it if it did ship. I genuinely feel that I have exhausted my resources trying to get a hold of the information I am fequasting. After reading some of the other complaints submitted to the Revdex.com I see that customer service and communication is a large issues with his company.

Since the customer responded by creating a new support ticket instead of responding to the ticket sent by our shipping department, that info was not seen by our staff. I have tried to reach this company on multiple occasions. On 4/6/20, I placed an order of their Giga Wing pistol upper and prompted them to send it unassembled so I could do it myself. I received my order on 4/11/20. I immediately opened the package and discovered that the actual upper was not in the package. Also, it was not even on the packing slip, so somewhere something got messed up. I immediately sent an email, was responded to by their generic email that does not pertain to anything, and I responded back to that email explaining my problem and attaching a picture of the packing slip. I then received a second email stating that my request has been received and that it is being reviewed by their support staff. This is the last contact that I had heard from them. Since then I have called countless times, requested countless call backs, I sent a second separate email re-explaining everything, and I have even gone on their website and filled out the chat thing they have and I have still not heard from them. There is zero contact or effort made by Davidson Defense. On 4/13/20 at approximately 3:55pm, I contacted the actual storefront and spoke with the guy that was running the counter. He explained to me that he has nothing to do with this, but he took all of my information, my order number and said he would hand deliver it to the customer service department (kudos to this guy, I do not remember his name, but he definitely gets my appraise for actually trying to do something about it). Since then though, I still have had zero contact with the customer service department and I have tried to call and call and call. This is as simple as looking at my packing slip that I sent (should you need to review it to make sure im not lying) and putting my upper I need in a box and shipping it to me! I understand that it has been a hectic time with everything going on in the world, but it should not take 10 days and counting for the customer service department to get back to me. Side note... I sent an email in regards to some questions to Palmetto State Armory and they responded to me within a day to get it resolved. If they can do than so can you.

Made a order for a part, paid, and submitted, the order was responded to by email that it was Being processed,, and money exchanged for service, what seems like the normal business response..
it was decided after reading many many complaints about the products being very undesirable, and service not very good,,, the decision was made that I would ask them to cancel the order, approximately a week has gone by, no answer on their phone, and what seems to be automated response to emails, I just want a refund, per their policy, and will never do business with them for the simple reason of feeling they do not care about customer service, which is important for me. I do not care if I was on hold for 2 hours, just answer the darn phone, and do not be deceptive, and hide behind computer responses.

I ordered an upper reciever from Davidson Defense on 4/11/2020. My order number is DD-***. When ordering it clearly stated 12-14 business days to ship. I called them yesterday (04/20/2020) because I have never heard anything from them or recieved an email yet my account has been debited for the purchase. My purchase doesnt even show up online under my account. I spent the better part of yesterday trying to contact them with no avail (would get a recording saying "no one is available to take your call please call again later") then they hang up. So I called their store front and as soon as I told the guy I had an online order he instantly got mad and told me I had to call their online dept and that my part would get here when it gets here. Their website now says 22-24 business days. Ive contacted my credit union and canceled the card used requesting a refund and out an addition $10 for the new card.

They took my money and have not sent my order and will not respond to any of my attempts to resolve this problem tried by phone and email numerous times I've been patient with this company and after over 20 calls and over 8 emails still no reply from them I'm at wits end with this

I have been attempting to follow up and ultimately cancel my order placed with Davidson Defense. Two tickets and attempts to reach them via phone have proven entirely unsuccessful.

From the time I purchased a receiver from Davidson Defense, I have purchased two other receivers from other companies with likely equally high (if not higher) order volume. Palmetto and BCA. Both of which shipped my orders within 2 business days each.

Placed an order with davidson defense on 3/31, with the understanding that due to the massive demand on products, orders could take up to 11-14 days. 18 days later and still no update, emails replys are auto responses telling me to look at the website for the same latest shipping information. Spent hours on the phone trying to contact a single customer service rep, either get hung up on on first ring, or sit on hold for 45 minutes only to be hung up on again. This would be perfectly acceptable had they not already charged my account 600 dollars for the order, and were waiting to charge me when the order finally ships. But since they already have my money, a simple courtesy return email updating me on shipping would suffice. The website is good, prices are great, products are good, but customer service is nonexistant.

I bought a 5 parts from them on March 30, 2020 and received the package on April 3. The package was missing 2 of the 5 items ordered and the packing slip had "Not found" listed next the missing items. I immediately called their CS number and waited 30 minutes before the line was disconnected. I sent them 2 emails and tried calling 2 more times within their stated business hours with the same result. I am seeking a refund for the missing items and would like to warn others about the companies poor customer service and communication.

We checked our system and the item in question was delivered on 4/24. I have contacted the customer and they confirmed the items were delivered but took an extended period of time to get shipped. Our customer service team is reaching out to start the return/refund process as the customer had already purchased the needed parts elsewhere. We apologize for this inconvenience and delay. I have tried to contact them multiple times by phone to no success they will not deliver the product that I bought on time or even update me on when my product is to be shipped I have waited 3 weeks and the product is supposed to be delivered in 2 I wouldnt even be mad if they even sent me an email or answered the phone when I call it says my wait time is 3 minutes and no one ever answers

I ordered a trigger and buffer tube assembly. I received a buffer tube assembly but no trigger. The packing list included all of the buffer tube assembly and the trigger my account on their website as well, but the trigger wasn’t in the package. My checking account shows that payment was made.I’ve literally been on hold on several occasions for about 30 minutes at a time until ultimately I got “There is no one to take your call now. Call back later.” I’ve sent several emails with one generic prefab type of response which had nothing to do with this issue. I only want what I ordered and paid for.

I have reached out to this company multiple times. I have submitted a ticket for a response and I have replayed to the same ticket almost every day. Communication with this company is impossible, It does not take a long time to write back to an email or a simple phone call or text message. I work for a small company and understand demand. Your first and sole responsibility after the safety of your employees is your customers. Once I receive the item I purchased, I will not purchase anything from them again.

Back on 1/16/20, I purchased a Davidson Defense "Wolfman" AR-15 Upper Receiver 16" in 12.7x42mm caliber. Order # DD-***. Upon receiving and assembly of this kit, I performed a bench test for function and safety, before test firing the rifle. During the bench test, I could not get the rifle to properly extract and eject rounds. I contacted Davidson on 3/17/20 by phone. I waited on hold for nearly an hour and spoke with "Abigail". I explained my issue with her and she suggested that I send a video to her for a technician to review the problem. I sent a video via email on 3/19/20. Abigail responded on 3/20/20 that the video was not attached to the email I sent. I attempted to email the video again on that date. I received no response and I emailed Abigail again on 3/31/20 and asked for a refund or send different parts, as I believed the originals were defective. I received no response. I emailed again on 4/5/20 and again stated that I believed the parts defective and unsafe. I have not received a response to that email either. I also tried to call their customer service number today during their business hour and received an automated voice message stating there were no customer service reps available and their phone disconnected me.

I was informed by our repair department that the customer is using the wrong caliber BCG which was not purchased from us and that he needs to have a BCG that is specific for the 12.7x42 caliber. That should resolve his chambering issues. Thanks

We can see that the company has had a difficult time during the COVID-19 pandemic however, there is zero response to emails and their phone message only offers a 30-60 min hold time.
We have sent a couple of emails stating that our online account does not reflect the order we placed and simply asking for our online account to be updated with he purchase information. It is very unsettling that the business has taken our money but have not updated our purchases in our login account.
I would appreciate something other than an automated email message that does not address any relevant issues to our questions and concerns.
At least update your voicemail message system and or your automated response so we do not feel like we have purchased from a scam.
We are simply looking for some kind of response or indication that our order is being processed since the money has been taken.

I made a purchase on 03/16/20 and with no update by 03/24/20 I checked Revdex.com complaints and noted the one below 03/26/2020 and the response, I also contacted DD Customer Service and received an automated reply.

On 04/01/20 I sent all the related info to [email protected] from a associated business account within another chain of emails hoping someone could respond

Today 04/07/20 I read anther Revdex.com complaint below on 04/03/20 and note a similar response as the 03/26/20 with Covid19 as an excuse, an understandable one, however the emails keep coming to solicit more sales and their site shipping times show 2-4 business days updated 04/01/20

To top this I have a partial order now, it shows shipment #2 shipped, a $12.00 incidental part, while shipment #1, the bulk and $450.00 portion still remains as unanswered for

So it appears the only way to get a response is via the Revdex.com and that DD doesn't mind soliciting new sales while unable to maintain current ones

We informed the customer that he had out of stock items in his order and could either wait and ship them when back in stock or refund the order. He chose to go with the refund. We issued a full refund and did not subtract the items he did receive as a courtesy. We understand he wants us to ship his out of stock items with no delay. We do not have a concrete time table as to when the items will be back in stock so unfortunately, we cannot grant this request at this time. We apologize that we were unable to fulfill the order as promised.

I am rejecting this response because:

The response above states:

"We informed the customer that he had out of stock items in his order and could either wait and ship them when back in stock or refund the order."

This is not true, I was given two unacceptable choices and they were confirmed as the only choices:

"I do not have an ETA on when they will be back in stock. I can split it off of your order and send it when it comes in or I can cancel it and refund the cost of the item."

and followed with

"Unfortunately, those are the only two options I have at this time."

Refunding the cost of an item, a single item paramount to the entire package I ordered with no ETA as to fulfillment when again their FAQ state:

"Don’t worry about it. If you placed an order and gave payment you’re good to go."

Was unacceptable, had Davidson Defense made an effort to satisfy in some other way I would have listened and we may have ended up in a positive experience.

Davidson Defense chose not to do that, I made it clear that refunding my order concluded this as unsatisfied, that's what they chose, where it stands and shall remain pending a 180turnaround that is not expected.

On 3/22/2020 I placed an order with Davidson Defense (DD). I have attempted to contact DD three times via email and one time via phone. I have not received a response from anyone from DD, instead I receive an automated email response telling me to check the shipping times on their website and to contact them if your shipping is overdue. My shipping time frame is well overdue and I have not had my questions answered or anyone contact me. I understand that at this moment DD is probably experiencing an influx of orders due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but I expect to be notified of shipping delays and given a new time frame. My next step is to contact American Express and dispute the charges they have made to my card.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received my refund. Davidson Defense sold my a product that they did not have. They did not indicate that the product was out of stock. They took my money, did not render services, did not inform my that they were unable to render services, did not respond to me and only responded to me after contact Revdex.com, and have not issued a refund. They sent me a return receipt last week but it has not reflected on my credit card statement. I will now be contacting American Express and reporting the transaction as fraud, I have also CCed the Utah Attorney Generals Office.

We issued a refund on 4/8 and it processed 4/9. We are unable to control the amount of time it takes for the funds to be returned to the customer's account as it varies with each financial institution. I ordered an upper kit for an AR15 on 3-21-2020 and have yet to even receive an email about shipping. I have called numerous times and each time a machine answers saying, “no one is available to take your call, please try again later” and then hangs up. I have also sent three “ticket” emails requesting updated information regarding my over $300 order. I understand we are in a mess at the moment but to just completely ghost your customer after they spent that much money, is totally and completely unacceptable. Unless there’s some great recompense, I will never do business with this company again nor will I recommend them to anyone I know.
