I ordered the, CO-21104 Adaptive Tactical LR-308 Finish Your Lower Rifle Kit ( Order number: DD-***
Order Date: 5/20/2020 ) . and there was no Trigger and Hammer Pin with the order.I contacted them on 6/7/20 and
have sent emails, created service ticket, and attempted to call the customer service and have not been responded to. The phone number listed on website has a message advising that service agents are not available and disconnects the call, I have not been able to get past this recording on multiple attempts. My emails and service order tickets ***,***, have been un-responded to as well.

I have tried contacting Davidson Defense multiple times about my order and never received a response. My order has passed the shipping time frame for its category. I would appreciate it if Davidson defense would reach out and help resolve my problem.

We contacted the customer and found a substitute item to replace the out of stock handguard. We were able to update the customer and get their order shipped today, June 12th. on April 25, 2020, I order two upper assemblies (part# PI-40244)chambered in 7.62. I received 2 good looking assemblies chambered in 5.56. I called Davidson Defense on May 26, 28, & 29 and , even though the automated system said that there was a 5 minute wait time, no one answered. I even left my phone number with their automated system and I didnt receive a call back. I also emailed on 5/26 and 6/3 and have not received a response.

I ordered a upper assembly and accidentally selected the not assembled option when I wanted to have it already assembled, I sent two emails and called more then 20 times these past few days and I have not gotten a response or any communication whatsoever

Made a purchase on may 26 for a VISM Tactical body armor with level 3 A plates only email I got was a order confirmation and order number DD-*** nothing else. It's been outside of the shipping time frame and still no email called the contact number to only wait for an 1hr and then getting a response with no agent's available at the time then hanging up, sent several emails as well and didnt get any response back.

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. First I’d like to state that I ordered a unassembled aero lower with an SBA3 stock and lower parts kit, we only received the stripped lower, customer service states they shipped and weighed everything, yet, can only give me 50% refund for order, I don’t want a refund, I just want what I ordered, first I was told the lower parts kit was shipped to my home address, then I was told it was shipped to my FFL with the stripped lower, they then want to blame fedex for taking the LPK and they want to make a claim against them. Who takes a lower parts kit but not the receiver?? To this day I still don’t know if I’m going to receive these parts. Order #DD-***, missing parts include SBA3 brace, lower parts kit complete

We reached out to the customer with proof from our system that all the parts were picked/shipped in one order. We asked for a picture of the items received and the packaging so we could file a claim with Fedex but they had not kept the items needed to file a claim. We offered a 50% courtesy credit as liability for the package falls onto Fedex after they receive the package from our warehouse.

I have sent emails, created service ticket, and attempted to call the customer service to obtain an RMA number to return my order and have not been responded to. The phone number listed on website has a message advising that service agents are not available and disconnects the call, I have not been able to get past this recording on multiple attempts. I purchased a "Laylee" unassembled upper kit and when I received my purchase the gas tube was short and the BCG was not in the package. I reached out to customer service a week ago expressing that I did not receive certain parts. I've called customer service during regular business hours and I've also called the number listed on this site. The number on this site says that the number is busy and the number on their website says that there are no representatives available. I assumed a upper assembly kit would have a barrel with the correct gas tube length and a BCG, especially for the price I paid.

I ordered a lr .308 80% lower as well as 2 magazines, one of the magazines is no longer listed on the website, and I have called and emailed to no avail, I honestly don't want the magazine anymore. It's holding up my shipment

II bought an AR-10 from them and it’s never cycled correctly. I’ve been trying to to get ahold of them since January and phone calls won’t go through and emails are not responded to. I am now fixing a brand new gun with my own money

I ordered a sba3 complete lower receiver from the company my card was charged and I got the confirmation that my order was complete. A few days later I received two emails one stating that the order was cancelled and then second I received an email stating I was getting a refund it’s been almost a week and I haven’t received any refund. I tried to call there customer service number but it keeps saying unavailable then the line hangs up.

As I already stated in the last response, a full refund was issued 5/21 and processed on 5/22. We have NO CONTROL over how long it takes for the bank to process the refund. I have emailed the customer with 2 different proof of refund documents. We kindly ask that the customer reach out to their bank if they have questions about the time frame on the refund getting fully processed. We have done everything we can on our end. Thanks

My order # DD-*** Was placed on 05/08/20 I made a account with my email and almost instantly after checkout I got a email from Davidson Defense for confirmation on my order DD-***, I have tried to track the order thru my account on their website but nothing appears I have emailed them to cancel my order or give me a update, I ordered the upper from them assembled but I have no update on it after the order placed I wpuld like to cancel or have a update on my order, they are quick to take the money from your card but after that its like they disappear no emails answered just the auto emails and no answered phone calls or returns

I ordered a rifle kit from this establishment 21APR20 totaling nearly 800 dollars. Since then there has been nothing but headaches trying to get some sort of information on where my order was. It wasn't until almost a month after I made the order that it was shipped with a very unprofessional email simply stating "we got it, its shipped". . The email was attached with a shipping number and an itemized list of my entire order that I have been following up to the point of being delivered. The order has been delivered but only partially. I am still missing almost 600 dollars in parts and I am losing my patience. I have no other tracking number for anything else. Since I have made the order I can't get ahold of anyone. The lack of communication has made this entire experience far more difficult than it needs to be. It is infuriating that I have to write a complaint here in hopes that they reply. I request I get some sort of contact back with the rest of my order in a timely manner or a refund of the products that I never received.

took 3 weeks to get a shipment, several Items missing from order, several attempts to contact both emails and called with NO response whatsoever . had to file claim with credit card company

We shipped the missing parts despite the chargeback filed by the customer with the credit card company to try to make things right. We hope we can get this all resolved after we receive a decision on the dispute on the charges.

This company must have no actual customer service department. I ordered an item on Saturday, 5/9/20 and requested that the order be cancelled on Monday, 5/11/20. This first email received an automated ZenDesk reply saying that one of their customer service team would review and get back to me. This never happened. It did state that their shipping times were 10-14 days on the particular item that I had ordered. So my cancellation request was well within a practical time frame.
After receiving no response to my first email, I sent another two days later with the same result- nothing. To more subsequent emails were sent with no results. Phone calls to their customer service line resulted in nothing but being placed on hold with an automated service for over 20 minutes.
On 5/18/20, I received an shipment confirmation email. So at that point, I began sending emails requesting a RMA number and attempted more phone calls. Same results, no email response, no answered phone calls.
The unwanted item, ordered 13 days ago, arrived at my door today. I have no idea how to get in touch with these people. I've currently been waiting on hold with their customer service line for 36 mins. I'm on hold right now while typing this. I suppose I'll try to get some remedy from my CC card company. If the quality of the products is anything like their service, buyer beware.

So like many others, I've placed my order through Davidson Defense and heard nothing, nobody replies by email, phones are NEVER answered and they disconnect you.... Most frustrating order I've ever placed...... over $300.00 spent with this company and they leave you hanging... everything is in stock, all individual components no assembly and it's been a 5 days with no response from them, a coworker ordered the same day as me and it shipped that day.... what kind of strange service is this?

I ordered a kit from them and received the wrong parts, I've tried calling, emailing and haven't heard from them and I left a call back number, I needed the parts so I ordered from another company.

We refunded him the price paid for the incorrect item received even though he refused to work with us to ship back the incorrect item. He was upset at the refund amount since he claims to have paid more for a replacement part elsewhere. We are not obligated to pay the price that another company charges and our system will not allow us to refund for more than was paid for the item. We have done all we can to get this issue resolved and it seems the customer wants to drag it out for the sake of causing a fight. We offered all the possible resolution options and the customer is still not satisfied. We apologize that the incorrect item was sent but we also would like some cooperation on the customer's end to get this resolved. Thanks

As I stated in the first response to this dispute. We reached out to the customer to have him ship back the incorrect item that was shipped to them. They refused to work with us on that so we refunded the amount paid by the customer for this item anyway to settle the issue. They were unhappy with the refund amount but our system will not allow us to refund more than was paid for the item. We are not responsible for paying the cost for a product purchased by the customer from another company. We apologize again for the mistake made on the customer's order but the item has been refunded IN FULL. Thanks

On 5/5/2020 I placed an order with Davidson Defense. Order Number DD-***. I have never received any shipping information regarding my purchase and I have tried repetitively to contact them by email and by phone and cannot seem to reach them. They took my money the minute I placed this order and since that moment I've had no interaction whatsoever. Every time I've tried calling I wait on hold almost exactly 30 minutes and then a recording says no one is available and hangs up on me.

This place is a joke and so is the customer service. I ordered an assembled lower and assembled upper. The upper was damaged and it was very clear that it wasn't from shipping. The lowers safety didn't even work. Completely locked up. Stay away from this place the quality of work is horrible and customer service is a nightmare
