I purchased an extended warranty through Liberty Automotive Protection on December 17, I went yesterday, after it was a month of waiting and driving a 1,miles to have some work done on my Mazda I had gone weeks earlier and my service rep called the claims number and they said it was too early, I couldn't have work done yet He did not make a claim So I came back after the days, because I noticed noise at the rear of my car The rep from Liberty told my service rep that we were trying to have claim done again for the same problem So I called and spoke to [redacted] he called me a liar and said I am committing fraud He was rude and belligerent to me I have never been spoken to from a person representing a company like that ever He said they are cancelling my policy because I committed fraud So I asked for a refund and he said noI just wanted it noted on record that this person [redacted] was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with over the phone I'm glad they cancelled my policy

This business calls me up to five times a day from various numbers in various statesI have asked over and over again for them not to call meIt is beyond disrespectful

I am getting multiple phone calls daily to which I have asked to be removed from the calling list I am also on the do not call registry and will be filing a complaint there also Today, I have received five calls by 1pm I was hung up on when I told the woman on the phone that I did not appreciate the calls I attempted to return the call and a automated message asks if you would like to me removed from the call list When you dial the corresponding number, the message loops and replays The next call I received, I asked for a return number and was given a number that is not currently in use I have called the number provided on this site and requested no more call, the HR person apologized and stated that there is sometimes a delay in removing a number That would be believeable except that I have been asking to be removed from this list since August 8thNumbers calling me: [redacted]

I am a working woman who has exactly an hour for my lunch break, and today I spent minutes of that lunch being bullied by a senior level accounts employee regarding renewing my annual coverage on a vehicle they had no history of Let me add that they had not updated my account in roughly years When I informed the employee that I was not interested in resubscribing at this time & that I would be trading my current vehicle next year, she began to harshly question why I was making this decision and inform me that my mechanical and franchise dealership connections ( I as well as my father have an extensive history in dealer sales) would not benefit if something went wrong with my car Understanding that she was just trying to do her job and make a sell, I informed her that I appreciated her time & was very sorry but I was not interested at this time, as well as to please remove my name from the list This employee responded by saying "OK *** Goodluck with your repairs." I along with my fellow coworkers, who heard parts of this conversation, were shocked and frankly angered by her response and her tone I do not appreciate or respond to being bullied into making a large financial decision or to being treated like I am stupid for making that decision Very unhappy with my experience with Dealer Services

For starters- I found out that extended warranties are not uncommonA coworker of mine hasn't had a vehicle since and still gets called for it
Second, Dealer Services contacted me about a week ago and left a messageNow that the holidays have passed, I decided to call them back to see what their urgent message was all aboutI currently have a 60K mile warranty on my car and am only halfway through it so I'm not desperateI spoke to people- the first gentleman had all of my information (i assume my phone number provided him with it somehow) and told me that he was going to forward my call over to another person who could go over coverage with meExtended warranties sound great and all but for "only $a month for months", Id rather keep my money instead of being on a ramen noodle diet for a year and a half just in case something possibly happened to my vehicle"JUST IN CASE"...."POSSIBLY"FOR $A MONTH....rightWhen I told her it was too expensive, she forwarded my call over to a more aggressive salesman whom offered a better price but this call all started with me just trying to get information about what the problem was, what services were being offered, and at what costInstead, I was told that I could not have a day to do research on their company so I looked them up on Revdex.com while on the phoneHe went on and on about their A+ rating but made no mention about the negative reviews (which makes up 85% of their total reviewsconvenient)After I told him id rather lose out on the "special price" they offered me and call them back after researching the company, he took an even more aggressive sales approach"So you're telling me that you'd rather pay $instead of the $deductible? So you just dont want to talk anymore because your lunch break is over?" Ummm yeaThat's exactly what I'm telling you because for all I know this could've been an elaborate scamTo not allow me to do research, pressure me to fork over $over a phone call (which was originally intended to just find out information), and then hang up on me when you realized I wasn't going to give you my money today is childish and interesting practices when all I wanted was to make sure Dealer Services was credible
To "John" (aka the last guy I talked to) You must be out of your mind lol I hope you read this and remember exactly who I amPerhaps you wont remember though because its seems like you've gained your success by bullying people into forking over money without fully understanding what they're getting intoWell, I was going to do some researchconsider your business and call you back until you decided to argue with me, realized that I wasn't going to give in, threw a silent tantrum, and hung up on me I hope your boss sees this and calls meHappy Holidays;-)
