I am rejecting this response because:I was indeed enrolled through Allenhurst, NJ office I received a letter stating they sent $84.58 to an closed account at [redacted] I haven't banked with them since I started the warranty in Feb. The Bank has no record of the payment they claim they sent plus the amount was incorrect. [redacted] Contract Manager with Dealer Services told me I was to receive my full deposit of $277 plus 3x $138.17 the monthly payments I made. I've spoke to so many people all they do is hang up on me I just want my money back this seems like a scamRegards,[redacted]

I purchased an extended warranty through Liberty Automotive Protection on December 17, 2015. I went yesterday, after it was a month of waiting and driving a 1,000 miles to have some work done on my Mazda5. I had gone 2 weeks earlier and my service rep called the claims number and they said it was too early, I couldn't have work done yet. He did not make a claim. So I came back after the 30 days, because I noticed noise at the rear of my car. The rep from Liberty told my service rep that we were trying to have claim done again for the same problem. So I called and spoke to [redacted] he called me a liar and said I am committing fraud. He was rude and belligerent to me. I have never been spoken to from a person representing a company like that ever. He said they are cancelling my policy because I committed fraud. So I asked for a refund and he said no.
I just wanted it noted on record that this person [redacted] was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with over the phone. I'm glad they cancelled my policy.

they took money $217 out of my account and with out me knowing about it. never done business with them before. when I called they told me that I did it for my 95 trail blazer. funny thing is that I never once drove a trail blazer the custermer service guy said that he would will get the manager and an hour later he came back after being on hold for an hour that he have to call me back at a time of his choosing. at this time I got pretty upset I need that money for other things and they just blue me off. never done bussness with them I canceled my cards and contacted Revdex.com help I just want my money that they stold from me back

ps how likely would I reommand this business to a friend. I wouldent recommend them if they was the last company in the wold

This company introduces themselves as “Dealer Support Services”, as if they are part of a dealership. They tried to sell me a service contract by telling me the dealership I purchased my car from, buys the service contracts from them. That is a bunch of BS. I bought my car in Dayton Ohio; this company is from New Jersey, calling me on a Columbus Ohio area code. When I ask for a manager, he tells me they have no affiliation with the dealership I purchased my car from, and they got my number from a list they bought.
This company is predatory, stay away from them.

I am getting multiple phone calls daily to which I have asked to be removed from the calling list. I am also on the do not call registry and will be filing a complaint there also. Today, I have received five calls by 1pm. I was hung up on when I told the woman on the phone that I did not appreciate the calls. I attempted to return the call and a automated message asks if you would like to me removed from the call list. When you dial the corresponding number, the message loops and replays. The next call I received, I asked for a return number and was given a number that is not currently in use. I have called the number provided on this site and requested no more call, the HR person apologized and stated that there is sometimes a delay in removing a number. That would be believeable except that I have been asking to be removed from this list since August 8th.

I've decided to cancel a policy/Warrenty before the end of the 30 day. I was told when I got my cold call that I would have 30 days to decide IF I wanted this coverage after I examined the policy. They sent me a policy book with payments all set up and everything. I never agreed to buy the policy, only to examine it. Mechanics, my fiancé and attorney all day it's a ripoff. The wording is vaugue. By the way, it doesn't cover as much as they tell you. $50 for a tow...Are you kidding me? The list goes on. The sales people are so nice to you til they get access to your money. If you change your mind it's a different ATTITUDE you get.

[redacted] purchased his service agreement from [redacted] NOT US.  Additionally [redacted]'s deposit was receipted by [redacted] NOT US.We contacted [redacted] and was able to make a refund of their deposit to [redacted]...

[redacted] deposit was refunded to his [redacted] card on February 8, 2016 at 5.24PM, transaction ID [redacted].  We have verified the refund with our merchant company.  [redacted] needs to contact his credit card issuer to confirm the transaction.
