A representative from Liberty Auto Protection named *** (claimed last name ***) called my house at 8:38PM from phone number *** on September 9th This representative was very rude and made unwarranted nasty remarks to me (the adult of the house) because I politely asked him to remove my number from his calling listI have requested this group to remove my phone number from their list approximately timesI have each time documented

I have been called by this company 3-times per day originating from Michigan, Pennsylvania or New Jersey It plays their recorded message about automobile warranty extended coverage, then asks if I want to speak to someone I cannot get to a human It immediately hangs up after any word is said, yes, no, take me off your list, it doesn't matter This is harassment and I live in Minnesota where there are strict laws against this activity I have filed complaints with the FTC, the FCC and the MN Public Utilities Commission

However we were able to contact the administrator (*** *** ***) of *** ***’s service Agreement. *** *** had called *** on August 1st and was told that he needed prior authorization before having his vehicle repaired. *** *** repaired his vehicle without authorization
If the repair facility had called for authorization the claim would have been approved for $481.96. The breakdown is hours of labor plus an additional hour of labor for diagnosis. The MSRP for labor is $per hour. The MSRP for a water pump is $189.79; total $

I would like to start by thanking *** for all the help and support, and would like to say that *** *** alone is equal to peopleThe ownership which has has taken has impressed me in such a way that I will soon be taking a policy with your company, and that’s just because of ***And a point to note is that, this (appreciation to ***) is coming from a customer (which is i) who has cancelled a policy with your company I got hold of *** after talking to many people (to be precise), and explained him about my issueHe asked all/many questions with specific dates as to when I opened the account and what happened during the span of time and what went wrongHe then explained what had happened and guided me in many waysHe took owner ship of the issue and followed up with other departments and explained what went wrong in my case and made sure that I am being reimbursed , he is very clear as to what the company rules are and how things are followed, he knows what he is doingLast but not least, thanks for all the help and supportIf a customer who called to cancel the policy would get this kind of (BEST) service by *** ***, I can imagine the care which he can take for your existing customersThanks, ***

For years this company has been calling me several times a day from various numbersUntil the last call it politely declined their services only to be hung up on without a number to return the callThe last call it led them to believe that I would consider their plan, but only if I had a call back numberOnce I got the number, I informed them that I did not appreciate unsolicited sales calls and was told to "suck a d**k" by the representativeI called the number back and demanded that my information be deleted from the fileI also threatened to call the FTC if any more calls are made to my numberThe call back number is 1-877-737-I suggest anyone having trouble to call these people back at this number

This company has been barraging me with harassing phone calls for the last months in an attempt to sell me an extended auto warrantyI have repeatedly declined and asked to be removed from their call listI eventually escalated to demanding to be removed from their call listOn my most recent call, when telling the operator that I had in fact asked to be removed again and again and again the operator proceeded to "shhhhhh" me as I spokeWhen I finished the operator asked 'if I was done'As with the many numbers they have called me from to date, this one was sent to my auto-reject listBetween the persistent harassing phone calls and the condescending callers, the Revdex.com should be ASHAMED to rate this company anything but an F
