Review: I purchased a warranty to cover my vehicle directly after buying it from the dealer in 2011. I did not make any modification to my vehicle from the time of buying it to date. I have paid for the warranty in full and have never made a claim. Just recently when I had car issues I called to have my vehicle towed and was denied. (All of the phone numbers listed in the contract to call are no good. Spent hours being passed round from person to person.) Towing was clearly covered in the contact!

Once at the dealer, it was discovered the timing chain and guide were broken. The dealer called the warranty company and verified that the contract covered those parts. The shop began taking the car apart and the warranty company sent out an inspector. The inspector agreed that the Timing belt and guide would need to be replaced. However, when the dealership contacted the warranty company to get approval the claim was denied stating that there had been alterations to the wheels. First, the wheels do not cause timing belts to fail. Second, the warranty company was happy to take my money and "cover" my vehicle as is, but now they are saying my vehicle is not covered. Why would I purchase warranty if I knew it would not cover the vehicle? I purchased the vehicle as is from the dealership and nothing has changed since then. In talking with the dealdership service department they can not belive the warranty company would not cover it and they deal with warranty companys all the time.Desired Settlement: I would like to have either my vehicle covered and repairs made or a complete refund of the warranty sales price plus interest.

Review: I have a vehicle service warranty with this company (policy # [redacted]. I took my car for evaluation in march 2014 and was told the rear axle was bent, at that time I did not repair the axle. On September 8 2014, I took the vehicle for service and found the front bearing and hub defective along with the bent rear axle. Us Dealer service refused to pay for the rear axle or any defect related to the axle, although it was reported defective in March. The bill of $603.71 was submitted to US dealer and up to today September 13 2014. This company has yet to pay full payment to the shop, they only send $303. Now I have no choice than to pay the difference so I can have my car release. I think this company is out to rob me and it customer service is very poor with agents that will not work with you. all they want is my money without holding their end of the bargain. I will be canceling this service at a price of $75, meaning I will be losing again. They never gave a reason for anything and keep giving contradictory statements to me and the shop. Overall this business deserves an F.Desired Settlement: I need my axle and associated parts replaced because it was bent in March and still is regardless if I fixed it then or now. Nothing else was damaged due to non repair of the axle. also I need the full payment to the shop or the difference with rental fees return to me.

Review: I purchased a policy with [redacted] on 02/19/2015. The representative told me the policy covers everything except The wear and tear parts such as the brakes, rotors, hoses, and my stereo. I brought my car to a [redacted] service center because the check engine light wouldn't go off after I got my oxygen sensors changed. The after inspecting the vehicle they told me it was a bunch of problems with it. The service center contacted [redacted] to tell them what's wrong with the vehicle. [redacted] said the contract doesn't cover any of the problems with the vehicle. I chose to cancel the policy which I was told I can do at anytime. And the representative got nasty and indigent he even had the nerves to say "because we denied your claim now you want to cancel". I explained to him I'm cancelling due to your sales rep selling me a bunch of lies. I told him I want my policy canceled on 4/21/15 I no longer want to do business with them. He told me I'm still a customer until I submit a written cancellation request. I also requested a full refund due to I was lied to and the company didn't pay any money towards the policy.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded all the money I paid due to I was lied to by the sales representative about what the policy to get me into the contract.

Review: Warranty Sales rep never disclosed they only pay claims for amounts upto the amount collected in payments.

I purchased an extended warranty from [redacted] Contract [redacted] and have met all the warranty stipulations for a having a transmission repair by [redacted] 2009 Buick Enclave ,Miles = 66682. The warranty company said that they would cover the cost after sending an adjuster out to review the transmission. The bill from [redacted] is $3270.85 and the Warranty Company is willing to reimburse me $2947.01. I normally would pay the 100 deductible and the warranty company would pay [redacted] directly. I was made aware that I would have to pay [redacted] first and then I would get reimbursed the $2947.01 which is less than desirable, however I would accept that. The Problem is the warranty company said that I would not get reimbursed until I pay at least $2947.01 in Premium payments of the total $3400 warranty. I never would have purchased the warranty had I know that they won't reimburse or pay directly to a vendor until you pay your police in full or at least to the amount of "equity you have paid into the warranty company." They would be holding my money plus interest for another year or so until I pay at least $2947.01. I never saw anything in the contract that state this policy.Desired Settlement: I want my rental car paid for 1 week at $48 a day and $700 in premium payment completely returned to me. I'd rather cancel the warranty and get 100% of my money back than deal with these thieves.

Review: Dealer Services contacted me in regards to my automobile warranty policy. I was traveling at the time and they indicated that my automobile warrranty policy would terminate at the end of day, which was totally false but I had no way of verifying and I agreed to pay the down payment and the monthly premium amounts. My vehicle is very high tech and if something goes wrong with just the electrical system it could cost me $20,000 so I was afraid I would be without coverage. That is the reason I agreed to accept and pay for the warranty policy. However, when I returned home and verified with the Finance Company, I found out I purchased warranty insurance through 2021. So, the information Dealer Services relayed to me was false and also they made it appear as if my policy with the Finance Company would cancel at the end of the day and offered me a down payment discount that was about 50% of the normal amount. I contacted them and they did agree to refund my down payment but they charged my bank account on 3/26/14. They claim the refund process takes 4 to 8 weeks and now says my cancellation was recorded until 4/26/14. That is 1 month after they charged my account and totally false. I cancelled my policy right after 03/26/14 and my refund should have been processed and reverted back to my bank account they initially charged. Also, everytime I contact the Customer Service department, I get a different answer regarding my refund.

I want consumers to be aware of Dealer Services practices so they won't be faced with the same problems I experienced. I would never use the company again in the future and I will let others I know and work with of their practices and to be aware.Desired Settlement: Change their policy regarding advertisement and expedite processing my refund. According to my records, it has been 8 weeks and my refund should have been processed.

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

There were 2 issues regarding my complaint. The first and farmost important complaint was how they falsely got me to accept their services. The information they provided me with was 100% false. If they are going to call you regarding establshing a warranty, they should know if you already have a warranty or not or state they don't know. Don't tell individuals that there policies are no longer valid if you dont know that information is true or false. I am more concerned about compaint 1 because if complaint didn't exist, compaint 2 would not exist either. I accept their apology but I would never use their services and I would warn others about their policies.

Review: The salesman and the boss convinced me to buy their services by telling me to charge it to my credit card. The boss said his wife uses the credit card to buy things so that if she returns it her credit card is easily refunded. He said I should take advantage of their offer and then if I change my mind they would refund the cost to my credit card. I called the next day to let them know I had changed my mind. I was told to write a letter. I wrote and mailed a letter that day. When the payment book arrived, I wrote on it and the information that came with it that I refused it, that it was cancelled, that I didn't want it, etc. I then wrote two more letters. I tried to send an email, but it was returned. They never refunded the $600 to my credit card and I have not received or even tried to receive any benefits from their service.Desired Settlement: Refund of my $600 to my credit card.

A representative from Liberty Auto Protection named [redacted] (claimed last name [redacted]) called my house at 8:38PM from phone number [redacted] on September 9th 2015. This representative was very rude and made unwarranted nasty remarks to me (the adult of the house) because I politely asked him to remove my number from his calling list. I have requested this group to remove my phone number from their list approximately 20 times. I have each time documented.

Review: I bought this insurance because the sales person I spoke with told me about the coverage it had and it seemed like a good buy at the time. In October my vehicle broke down and when I claimed the insurance the results were that it wasn't going to cover any of the repair cost. Therefore, I decided to cancel my policy and they were supposed to mail me back my refund. I've called them many times to get the status of my refund and all I get is you should be getting it any day now but no true response. It's been four months of waiting for the check in the mail and I need my money...Desired Settlement: I want my refund now and an answer on when and where i'm going to receive it without any more lies.

Review: I purchased a vehicle extended warranty contract from this company over the phone. When I had a problem with my vehicle I realized that the warranty was not worth what I was paying for it. I called the customer service department and I was told what I needed to do to cancel the contract. I mailed a letter of my intent to cancel along with the booklet that the representative told me to send back to them on January 12, 2015. According to the contract I was supposed to have been issued a refund since I never used the warranty. I have contacted the company and they told me that I should have received my refund by now and that they don't know why I haven't.Desired Settlement: I just want to be refunded the money that is owed to me.

Review: This company is a scam! How can this be rated A+???

I had back and forth talks with a rep last summer and the rep got very pushy! He was telling me I need to take the offer or it would never be available again. So I turned it down!

Well now the offer is available again. So to humor myself, I called back a few times with interesting results.

I played along like I was interested to try and get info about the company calling and the rep kept dodging the question. Finally he gave me the website for NCWC inc. He kept saying it really fast so I couldn't get it all down. Finally I got the website. Then I let him explain the plan which really wasn't that good of an offer. Then guess what, this offer is only available at this moment. I had to take it or leave it. I refused and he hung up on me. He just hung up on me. Called up a couple more times to make sure that offer was still valid.Desired Settlement: This is text books scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Legit or not, This company needs to be fined or something.

How can this company be rated A+, has the Revdex.com lost its credibility?

This company has multiple websites, the best is on the dealerservices.info solicitation policy it says "** Please be advised - this notice is intended to deal specifically with companies using "voice broadcasting", which is the use of a pre-recorded computerized voice calling consumers. This is illegal and [redacted] does NOT support this type of activity. "

I called NCWC at their direct line and talked to a rep at cooperate and she acknowledged the situation and said I didn't have to take the deal if I don't want. Are you serious? this is unethical!

Review: Phone solicitation harassment. This company continues to call my personal cell phone after being told multiple times I never want their services and to remove me from all calls and solicitations indefinitely. They call about a car I do not even own anymore and they have been told so. They are unwilling to purge my personal information from their database. Review: I received a call from a representative named [redacted] on 8-19-13. He sold me a warranty for $2799.00. He wanted payment in full. I said I didn't have that much money. He took a down payment of $1799.00. When I hung up, I decided that something didn't sound right. I immediately drove down to my back and they helped me cancel the policy. The cancellation number was [redacted] (this was all done within 1 hour of my ordering this policy). The bank manager had been assured that this policy would be cancelled. When I returned home, I received a cal from [redacted] who began to yell at me for cancelling the policy. I hung up on him. Since I don't check my account each day, I was not aware that the $1799.00 was withdrawn from my account on 8-20-13. In yesterday's mail, I received an envelope from Dealer Services. Inside was a check for $1000.00 (the balance due on the original $2799.00). My daughter called Dealer Services and was told that they were not showing the policy had been cancelled and that the payment was due 30 days from the original payment. My daughter told them that this policy was cancelled within an hour of the original call. we went to the bank. The bank called Dealer Services again and gave them the cancellation number and was told that this policy was still in effect. They had no record of it being cancelled even though we were issued the cancellation number. We had to write a short note and fax it to [redacted] to cancel the policy AGAIN and then wait 30 days for a refund. We sent the fax at 4:45 PM 9-24-13Desired Settlement: I want that money returned to my account immediately. They had no right to withdrawal the money the 1st time let alone the 2nd time. The policy was cancelled. They issued the cancellation number.

Review: In 12/14, this company cold-called our company and offered us an extended warranty on our vehicle. We signed up thinking it was our current warranty extending. In 1/15, we realized the dates didn't match up and we questioned them, realizing they were not our current warranty provider as we previously thought. They then told us that we weren't even eligible for their warranty because our vehicle is a commercial vehicle, so they would have to cancel the warranty and refund us. After numerous emails and calls, the warranty has been cancelled, and the deposit was refunded, but we are STILL waiting for the January draft to be refunded. They finally sent us a check, but it was not for the full amount due to cancellation fees. We should not be charged cancellation fees because THEY CANCELLED US due to us not being eligible in the first place. When I voiced this concern, someone was supposed to be checking with a manager to get the check issued for the full $158.29...that was a month ago and I haven't heard from anyone. This whole process has taken 4 months and is still not resolved.Desired Settlement: We want an immediate refund for $158.29.
