reference to my complaint listed above, I wanted to inform you that on Friday, September 9, 2016, a representative called from Deck Helmet asking if he could come that day to do the repair work on our deck.? Prior to noon, two workers arrived? After talking to Jorge about the warranty work he was going to do, the job was completed much to the satisfaction of my husband and me? We were very pleased with Jorge answering our questions and the quality of work that was done to our deck by him and the other worker.? ? We did not ask for nor did we expect that there would be no charge for this work.? However, this does not change our complaint about the service department? This took much TOO long to resolve than was necessary? The constant "run around" given to us was totally wrong? My husband and I still do not understand "Why?"? Thanks for your help during this process.? *** & *** ***

I have attached the contract and we did not have any details about lattice replacementThe customer has paid in full for the project making the final payment confirming the work was completedSince our tech did say he would replace the sections if lattice for you we will be out next week to
replace.?

Deck Helmet required 1/sign 1/after cleaning and 1/upon completionWe will be more than happy to waive 2nd payment and allow customer to pay full balance upon completion.?

We have not heard from this customer since August 3rdWe'd be happy to schedule a site check to review any continuing issues the customer is having with her fence or deck coatingWe can stop by her house on Monday December 5th anytime between 1:00pm and 4:00pm

I am rejecting this response because: This company is making no effort to resolve the issue / complaint re: their advertising and consumer fraud.? They are still pursuing payment $for a product/service not provided to me and continue to avoid any response or effort to communicate to resolve the issue/complaint since Nov 2014.? This has gone on too long.? They merely painted my deck with a product similar to one that I could buy in home depot to restore my deck.? Cost for that product is approximate $137/gallon which is sufficient amount to cover my deck with coats

perform the fix that the technician recommendedThe technician suggested? that the appropriate fix would be to replace and coat the boards that do not meet our expectations because they should have been replaced initiallyWe do not want additional coats of the material on top of what has already been placed.?
