understand you *think* you've fixed it BUT like the pictures I've already sent you, IT IS PEELING, BUBBLING, CRACKING AND NEEDS TO BE REDONE ONCE AGAIN! The very same day, hours after they left, it started bubbling and cracking againWe pointed it out to the person who did and saw it first hand and said it was not suppose to do that and he would tell the companyTalk to himHe saw it he agreed the product was failingSo, come back for the 5th time and redo the deckThis is a huge inconvenience for us to have to chase you down and make you live up to your own warranty and promisesWe shouldn't have to have to get the deck redone twice in less than a monthYour product does not do what it is suppose toThis is not out doingThis is on youThe work is not complete! The work needs to be redone! The pictures I sent you are now mild compared to what is happening nowCome look for yourself! Jason, Get yourself out of the office come look for yourself and respond to your customer complaintsIt needs to be redoneWe are not satisfied with the product, customer service, warranty, follow throughWe are not satisfied!!!!!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and await for the completion of the lattice NOTE: I am still waiting for the three small pieces as indicated in the photo to be replace The contractor did stop by on SAT (August 16), but had the wrong lattice The contractor said they would be back on Sunday to complete the work since it would not take long, but never showed up to finish NOTE: I do think it is mentioned in the contract to replace the lattice I never would have provided the last check, but they insisted to have the check and they would complete the work...never knew about the punch ticket process which I recently reviewed and submitted to Deck Helmet.Thanks for your help and I agree with the replacement of the lattice by Deck Helmet completing the job/contract.Regards,

I have attached the contract and we did not have any details about lattice replacementThe customer has paid in full for the project making the final payment confirming the work was completedSince our tech did say he would replace the sections if lattice for you we will be out next week to
replace

We will be out tomorrow to fix your issues.

Deck Helmet Replaced the floor boards & top rails on the painted deck boards, we did not build the deck or structureWe would be happy to fix the issues but there would be a charge

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as Deck Helmet abides by their agreement to have their scheduling manager call me tomorrow, Friday, 10/08/to schedule this upcoming weekend.NOTE to the Revdex.com and Deck Helmet - Please do NOT close this matter out until Deck Helmet has actually reported to my home to complete the work as their track record is bad for not living up to their agreements I will (as I am sure Deck Helmet will) advise once Deck Helmet actually calls and appears to complete the work Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because once again, Deck Helmet has made no attempt to contact me despite their earlier post where they stated that "my case had "been moved up to
top priority and is under review by our management team. We will get back to you ASAP and respond regarding your desired outcome of this case." Clearly this company's customer service is extremely poor, and their minimal responses and lack of follow through indicate that they do not take this issue seriously and are giving my "top priority" complaint lip service as best. I fail to see how the simple courtesy of a phone call is beyond this company's ability or desire to make. Their lack of responsiveness makes it clear they are hoping this complaint goes away - they have no intention of doing anything about it. Buyer beware
