I am rejecting this response because:
They have promised to deliver via email in May and they have promised to deliver via phone
conversation two weeks agoI am not accepting the business' response until I see them deliver as promised this week.

Deck Helmet would be happy to fix any issues that your haveOur coating system fills the cracks and resurfaces the deck we are not able to refund your money but would be happy to fix any issues that you have.

We stated as of today we will fix the failing coating on your deck

You can submit a sheet of paper and we will review and approve warranty claim

We will waive the fee and fix the issues.

As we have posted in our complaint, Deck Helmet has had their chance to fix the issues and now the contract is not only SIX months past due for completion, it was not completed as they advertised to begin with Both my wife and myself have taken multiple days off of work to schedule these reviews and Deck Helmet has not shown up to any of themI told Deck Helmet back in June that I was home after on every day of the week all year the first time they asked us to do a "site review" Have they been out once? No.We've taken time off for the employees to show up and do the job, several of those occasions they've not shown up Then one time they do show up, it's at 8AM Saturday morning with power toolsThey don't even bother to call saying they weren't coming I have email after email, over pictures of bad work and damage to my decking and property, and Deck Helmet's own contract and checklist saying they'd complete the work in daysOne of their employees was disrespectful both in talking to me and rolling his eyes at me while on my property This has been a bad experience from the get-go, and as we have posted before, Deck Helmet will no longer be welcomed on my property.The damage to the decking includes Deck Helmet cutting 1/of wood off of the side of the deck planks This damage is irreversible regardless of how many site inspections they want to do Are they going to glue the wood back on the deck?I can provide photos to evidence the damage and poor workmanship if it helps

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and await for the completion of the lattice NOTE: I am still waiting for the three small pieces as indicated in the photo to be replace The contractor did stop by on SAT (August 16), but had the wrong lattice The contractor said they would be back on Sunday to complete the work since it would not take long, but never showed up to finish NOTE: I do think it is mentioned in the contract to replace the lattice I never would have provided the last check, but they insisted to have the check and they would complete the work...never knew about the punch ticket process which I recently reviewed and submitted to Deck Helmet.Thanks for your help and I agree with the replacement of the lattice by Deck Helmet completing the job/contract.Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:I have gone through the warranty process online and via telephone 4 separate times over a six-month period and have been told three separate times that my problem would be taken care of only to get ignoredMy warranty has been approved over and over again and I've been told over and over again that the work will be complete within days of the warranty being approvedHad you read the body of my complaint you'd see that my issue is I have been ignored for over six monthsAnd I've contacted you numerous timesFor you to say you'd be happy to take care of my issues by visiting warrantee.com/deck helmet is obviously another attempt to brush me off as I have done that three or four separate times in the past already.
