***Document Attached [redacted] I received an email today with copies of deeds showing the transfer is complete for TWO of the THREE timeshare units Therefore, PART of the complaint has been satisfied, but they have not completed the transaction as one timeshare remains not transferred I was threatened by them that if I did not have this declared settled by January 1, they would deed the properties back to me and place a lien for damages caused them by my complaintPlease contact them again for meThank you(TImeshare Transfers emails.txt)

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? its amusing to see [redacted] acting like the victim hereAfter years of asking him what needed to be done, and what I needed to do to get my money back, I was given a choice of either another property or partial paymentnever was I given the choice of signing the supposed "property back" to the sellers name to get my escrow in full[redacted] : Could you please attach the email indicating where this was mentioned after 2015? since the unit was closed in right? better yet, please provide the email sent yesterday to me where it indicates I have "days" but now its 14? here ill help you outI'm going to attach today's emails where you sent me the ultimatum only after I had decided enough was enough of your lies and scamsIv'e also attached the original copy sent by you for the payment amount and what I was supposed to be paying for which was not deliveredI paid $for 84,annual points but that's not what I got was it? you still transferred the unit even though you knew beforehand that it was not what I paid for, just to get paid all the while saying nothing to me, didn't you ***?At the end of the day you can give me days for all I care, I wont sign another piece of paper from you until I have my moneyyou're a liar and a thief to the working peoplefortunately, I'm not the only one who feels that wayif the money is given to the owner ( [redacted] ) I will be coming after you legally.? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? [redacted] failed to answer the question asked yesterdayPlease provide the email sent on 5-9-where you indicated I have days to resolve the issuefurthermore, I paid the sum total of $to Timeshare Transfers to hold in escrow for 84,Annual PointsThe money was to be held in escrow till the Transfer of "84,? Annual Points" was deliveredThat was not what was deliveredthat is not what was supposed to be transferred by their company I.E your job was not done! Timeshare Transfers failed to transfer the indicated 84,annual points as stated on the credit card authorization form for the $held in escrow making the sale VOID and incompleteThey knowingly transferred the wrong product to collect their fee which is FRAUDULENT ACTS on their partThey had clear knowledge of the situationWhen [redacted] informed me that the deed was sent to Wyndham Resort on 02-05-and then proceeded to tell me to wait to weeks before calling them, I did not waitafter almost a year of waiting I didnt mind waiting the weeks before calling the resortI called ? after weeks and nothing, weeks later nothing, weeks later and im told they have a pending transfer for "84,SEMI ANNUAL POINTS! I lost it! (see attached Email for timeshare status)The resort informed me that the transfer was completed and for me to contact the title transfer company because the unit being sold was only "84,SEMI ANNUAL POINTS NOT "ANNUAL" as stated by Timeshare Transfers, I immediately called [redacted] and of course NEVER AVAILABLE ON THE PHONE!I emailed him on 04-09-and expressed my concern on What the resort just told me (see attached email for Status)Instead of immediately stopping the so called transfer of "84,ANNUAL POINTS" This is what [redacted] emailed me in return on 04-09-(see attached email under [redacted] response to wyndhams claim)He assured me that " THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A SEMI ANNUAL POINTS, THERE IS NOTHING ON THE DOCUMENTATION THAT STATES SEMI ANNUAL" Those were his exact words!I called [redacted] that same day I received his email and once more they re-verified the sale was for "84,SEMI-ANNUAL POINTS NOT ANNUAL" AND TOLD THEM TO STOP ANY TRANSFER OF THAT UNIT DUE TO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIESI emailed [redacted] and his Office manager [redacted] as soon as I was off the phone with them and told him to "STOP THE TRANSFER I DO NOT WANT TO PROCEED WITH THIS TRANSACTION DUE TO ADVERTISED INFORMATION!" (see email attachment for transfer cancellation)HE REPLIED BACK DAYS LATER! on 04-14-saying Please provide listing details as if he already knew it was for SEMI ANNUAL POINTS! and wanted to verify if I was telling the truthHe failed to do what I asked only to collect his money and be done with meThose $were to remain in escrow till I got what I paid for!.I didnt hear from him for MONTHS!! I sent emails after emails and NOTHING!, all I received were, Im out of the office, im on vacation, Ill get right on itJUST HOLDING ON TO ME AS LONG AS POSSIBLE TO COMPLETE THE [redacted] TRANSFER TO COLLECT HIS FEE!His first email in regards to the situation was "The only way we can proceed without deducting the title fee's is to provide a replacement unit to you out of inventory, we may have a contract that will work for you?" The guy was trying to get me to go on another contract for gods sake! HE KNEW HE SCREWED ME AND WANTED TO CONTINUE NOW THAT THE PROCESS WAS DONE!! NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.TELL ME WHAT IS REQUIRED IN DETAIL AND I WANT IN WRITING THAT I WILL GET MY BACK! Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] As requested I emailed the business directly early in the morning on March 9thMy email is shown below ---start of email"Please let me know how we can get this timeshare transferred ASAPI am very surprised the the buyer has not already backed out of the purchase due to the delaysThis is now day in the transfer processI signed all documents provided on day 1, so if there is anything else that needs to be signed please forward to me and it will be done immediately.I just spoke to [redacted] and was just told again that all they need to start the transfer is a letter signed by the seller onlyThe documents [redacted] prepares based on the letter will indeed need to be signed by both parties, but we are not at that point yetI am getting this information directly from the [redacted] title change department at [redacted] , #2, #I have personally sold other contracts at this exact resort and this matches what I have done in the past.I completed the attached transfer request letter month ago and forwarded it to [redacted] at TImeshareTransfers.comBased on everything I have been told by [redacted] (several times) and my past experience, this letter simply needs to be sent to them along with payment of the $transfer feeThat fee can be paid by check mailed to the address shown on the letter, or it can be paid by credit card by calling the phone number shown aboveTimeshare Transfers already collected this fee from me, so I do not want to have to pay it again."----end of email The above email was sent to the business at 8am their time zone, so full business days passed and I have not received a response yetI would have allowed for a few more days, but the Revdex.com required my feedback within daysI hope they follow through on their obligation, but that remains to be seen

Our work on this file is completeThe? client was advised that if they receive additional correspondence from the resort they are to fax it to our? office? or scan and email? We will work with the client to ensure their satisfaction but there will be no refund as we have completed the transaction in our system

We were able to locate the supplied documentation from [redacted] ex-wife and we are resubmitting the documents on Thursday of this week

Yes, I did recently forward invoices (this was the second time I did so, as they did not pay them earlierIt 'appears' (unless it is forged) that the deeds for two timeshares in Key West have been assumed by the companySo I will confirm *unless I hear from the resort again [redacted] that this part is complete However, they have never proven that the timeshare in Bermuda (StGeorge's Club) has been transferred and they refuse to 'prove' that they have completed any transaction I submitted all information to your office via this website a day ago with copies of the emails between the company and myself to document I am trying to get them to comply, but they are not doing so, therefore, the complaint remains unresolved UNTIL they can prove they have complied.They gave me a deadline so I gave them the same deadline to prove their honesty

The deeds recorded at the Bureau of Conveyances in Hawaii are NOT correctThey are worthless in terms of me being able to obtain ownership of the timesharesI am disappointed that Timeshare Transfers did not do its job and see the process to the endThey only refunded one Resort Transfer Fee (I paid $600, not $300) and I paid $twice for them to transfer ownership of the titles to the timeshares, not just record a (useless) deedThis process has taken nearly a year thus farIn an email dated 12/31/14, [redacted] stated: "***, Both of your transfers (yours and your sisters) are in processOur office is at half staff this entire week and last week due to the holidaysI would ask for your understanding this time of year and send any inquiry you may have on Monday or Tuesday of next week If there is any complaint with the Revdex.com the accounts will be placed on hold and a lien placed until resolvedThank you for your understanding and please email if you have additional questions." I want the company to do what is either complete this transaction FULLY, or refund ALL of the money I paid as to this point, they have not earned any of it

The clients have been provided with PROOF of delivery of correspondence to the resort? We advise the clients to not speak with the resort due to the misinformation from resort staff? The three below tracking numbers are proof that we have sent, and the resort has received the correspondence.Unless this complaint is closed immediately as resolved by the client they will be in violation of the "cooperation during transfer" clause of their agreement and we will reverse the transfer per the agreement? The client contacting the Revdex.com is inappropriate as we have proof of ongoing communications with the client and the services have been provided in full.If they wish to communicate further they may contact our office via their assigned representative? We are happy to conduct this transfer for this client However, we have received no email correspondence from them from the email address [redacted] for any of our customer service accounts If they wish for us to complete this transfer they must submit the request to [redacted] They must ensure that they have an "S" on the domain name or we will not receive the message We will look forward to assisting this client

We sent email correspondence to the client on Tuesday and again today prior to receiving this complaint The client stated that the emails must have gone to junk mail Both the company and the client apologized for the misunderstanding and we are proceeding cooperatively together The client will close this complaint as resolved Thank you

We process between 6,and 7,transfers each year and several hundred of them are at [redacted] ? We are aware of the process? The seller AND buyer must sign the associated letter? We ask again that [redacted] contact our office directly at [redacted] demonstrating his willingness to sign the forms necessary? Upon receipt of his email we will immediately re-forward the documents to him necessary to finalize the transaction? We look? forward to his cooperation?
