I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, the service from this company was very deficient and required taking assertive steps to get them to respond to simple questions such as, what is the status and why can't you tell me the status of anything, and such I had to resort to being insulting and pesky to get some sort of response, and finally resorted to the official complaint to the Revdex.com to finally really get the attention I requestedBut, again, the company still did NOT do as I requested which was to submit proof that the resorts have indeed accepted the transactions and I am no longer responsible for the timesharesIf I do receive further billing from the resorts, I will reopen the complaint and perhaps take it further if they do not comply with the contract

And, why wasn't this completed in since our contract states it should be completed within days from 4/23/ I've tried to call but never get a return call.

My first notice that the paperwork had been processed was 2-22. This was apparently done sometime in NovemberHad the business merely replied to phone calls and emails to give me an updated status this could have been avoidedThe initial reason that I was directed to this company by an "unknown" buyer who had to back out of the sale due to a loss of a job, is still questionable and appears to be a recurring issue with this vendor

I am rejecting this response because: Representives of *** *** Incof Lexington SC specifically have stated that they have sucessfully executed an exchange of the contract and of the funds from them to Timeshare Transfers.com so they (Timeshare Transfers) could complete the transfer of title of our timeshare to an interested third party namely *** *** *** *** *** has also stated that their former Sales Mgr*** *** has joined *** *** Timeshare Transfers.com title transfer agent so that they could complete this title transfer transactionAt this point in time (Febuary 06th 2016), the transfer of title of our timeshare has not taken placeTo resolve this issue all we want is for Timeshare Transfers.com to legally transfer the title of our timeshare to *** *** *** *** (a Colorado limited liability company) or any other interested third party

I would like to reject the offer of Mediation for complaint ID *** The reason for the rejection is very simple We are not able to negotiate the terms of the escrow as we are simply the holder of the escrow and not the seller We have been clear that there is a path to resolution for this matter in that *** *** must either 1) return the title of the unit they have received to the selling party by signing a deed and having it recorded OR 2) They may accept this title and negotiate a refund or partial refund with the selling party.We only hold escrow so a binding mediation to order the release of escrow that we do not control is not legal The terms of escrow must be followed for release.We encourage *** *** to choose one of the two options we have provided to him as he has the power to resolve this issue He may not request a refund from the seller while still in possession of the product We believe this is a rather cut and dry case.We look forward to hearing from *** *** within the next days as to his desired resolution He may email *** at any time.Thank you

I guess you can file paperwork but it could be rejected. At this time, I need to leave this complaint on the file

We have completed all of our title work We have asked that the seller ensure ALL signatures are made on the title work He and his ex wife are divorced and she has not returned the signed deed to our office We can not be expected to record a deed without all signatures It
is the seller's responsibility to ensure all signatures are on the documents we provide to ensure legal recording

In an email to a Fox News dated 12/15/15, *** *** at Timeshare
Transfers stated he contacted me to alert me that the deeds had been recorded I then checked and the deeds were recorded on 12/2/He DID NOT contact me as he stated He says that since I did not respond, they were refunding my "resort transfer fee" of $ I paid him $in resort transfer fees for the two timeshares
I then called the resort and was told to send the deeds to them for the titles to be transferred This is a duty of the company to earn their $fee, which they seem to have decided not to do Once the deeds prepared by the company were reviewed by the resort, they were found to contain ERRORS/OMISSIONS and are INVALID! It seems I am back to square one and NOTHING has been accomplished of any value by the company This is inexcusable I want the proper deeds prepared, sent and recorded and the timeshares transferred or a complete refund of all fees (less the $I have received)

I received another invoice from the *** Timeshare dated December 10, 2015, proving that the company has not complied with the provisions of their contract even though they have submitted that they had transferred the deedsThe last communication from them again said that the matter was doneThis invoice proves otherwiseI FAXd the invoice to them 10/28/for proof of non-paymentTheir deadline of January 1, is fast approaching with the threat of a return of the deeds to me and a lien on themWhat can you do to intervene and delay that until they complyAlso, where is my complaint published on your site -- I have not found it anywhere
I consider the complaint still active and not even partially completed as they obviously did not pay the fees to *** as they said they would

The client *** *** has title to the deed we were contracted to transfer to him by the seller This client's dispute is with the seller of the property and not with our company Until *** *** RETURNS the original property to the seller the seller cannot authorize the release of
