I am rejecting this response because:  Despite their instructions to have no further correspondence with the resort, we have had contact with the resort and they have no record or knowledge or communication by Timeshare Transfers. We had been told it would take approximately 180 days to complete the transaction.  It is now over a year and the transfer has not been completed.
