Dear Revdex.com,The client has a dispute with the seller of the timeshare. We are not the seller of the timeshare, we are the title company. [redacted] can not receive a refund of escrow while still in possession of the unit he indicates is incorrect. He must transfer the unit back to the seller and the seller must grant the release to [redacted]. You may verify his current and existing ownership with the below information. He cannot use this dispute to receive a refund AND keep the unit he says is incorrect. I am rejecting this response because: Despite their instructions to have no further correspondence with the resort, we have had contact with the resort and they have no record or knowledge or communication by Timeshare Transfers. We had been told it would take approximately 180 days to complete the transaction. It is now over a year and the transfer has not been completed.
