Regarding communications, none of the emails or calls have been proactive on the part of TimeshareTransfersEach response I've received was the result of multiple attempts via email and/or telephone to get information from them.Below is a high level log of the email communications. Dec - Sent details on Timeshare week, Seller info, and Buyer info to TimeshareTransfers.Jan - Emailed TimeshareTransfers inquiring on status of the transfer.Jan - Received an email response from TimeshareTransfers requesting a copy of the old deed.Jan - Emailed TimeshareTransfers a copy of the "Assignment and Assumption Agreement" with an explanation that this is not a deeded resort, so there is no deed for the timeshare.Feb - Called *** to ask if TimeshareTransfers has been in contact to start the transfer processWas told NO.Feb - Emailed Timeshare Transfers inquiring on status of the transfer.Feb - Received email response from Timeshare Transfer stating that they are "waiting on the buyer details".Feb - Emailed TimeshareTransfers the buyer details AGAIN (already sent on 12/23)Also asked TimeshareTransfers to forward the $transfer fee to *** ASAP.Aside from this Revdex.com complaint, my last communication from TimeshareTransfers was on February 9thOver weeks have passed and they have not acknowledged my last emailI have contacted TimeshareTransfers by phone several times, and every time I was told that the person handling the closing was unavailable and would call me backI have never received a return call from *** ***When I do get a response it's a reply to an email I sent a several days prior.I am not complaining about the price of the transferThe point I was making in my original complaint is TimeshareTransfers already collected the $resort transfer fee from meIf they simply give that back to me I'll pay *** directly and finish the transfer on ownI have spoken to the Title Change department at *** and have confirmed that they prepare the necessary transfer documents for the $feeThe documents prepared by *** simply need to be signed by buyer and seller and returned, and the transfer is doneAs mentioned above, there is no deed associated with this particular timeshare resort.I understand that transferring a timeshare can take up to days, but since no deed preparation is necessary to transfer this particular ownership, the timeframe should be much shorterI have been 100% cooperative and responsive to requests from Timeshare TransfersOn every single occasion I have replied back in under hours. I just called the Title Change department for my *** resort (***) and was told that they still have not received any communications from TimeshareTransfers regarding this ownershipThe process was started on 12/and today is 2/days have passed and TimeshareTransfers has not even completed the first step in the transfer processGiven these facts, how is it possible that everything will be done in less than days from start to finish?I am available to speak to TimeshareTransfers at any time at the phone number I've provided many times in the pastWhen I call, I can't make it past the point of leaving a message for somebody to call me backIf TimeshareTransfers would like to speak to me, please call me

The client has filed this complaint in error and has acknowledged that there was a miscommunication concerning the recording and delivery of the deed The client acknowledges that they should have contacted our office prior to filing a complaint to resolve this issue This has been resolved and no complaint should have been filed Thank you

Therefore, PART of the complaint has been satisfied, but they have not completed the transaction as one timeshare remains not transferred
I was threatened by them that if I did not have this declared settled by January 1, they would deed the properties back to me and place a lien for damages caused them by my complaintPlease contact them again for meThank you(TImeshare Transfers emails.txt)

Our office has completed the services for the client If the client is still receiving maintenance fee invoices we are happy to contact the respective resorts to assist them in updating their systems to reflect the new ownership We ask the client to contact their representative at our company directly with specific information so we may continue to assist them Thank you

The client *** *** has title to the deed we were contracted to transfer to him by the seller This client's dispute is with the seller of the property and not with our company Until *** *** RETURNS the original property to the seller the seller cannot authorize the release of
escrow *** *** has been non-cooperative and we have advised him as of yesterday that he has days to return the property to the seller if he wishes for us to request that they release escrow to cancel the transaction.We are not the seller and did our job as the property has been in *** ***'s name since January of *** *** has days to comply with our request or we will assume the transfer is valid and will disburse escrow to the seller and close his file

The deeds recorded at the Bureau of Conveyances in Hawaii are NOT correct They are worthless in terms of me being able to obtain ownership of the timeshares I am disappointed that Timeshare Transfers did not do its job and see the process to the end They only refunded one Resort Transfer Fee (I paid $600, not $300) and I paid $twice for them to transfer ownership of the titles to the timeshares, not just record a (useless) deed This process has taken nearly a year thus far In an email dated 12/31/14, *** *** stated:

Both of your transfers (yours and your sisters) are in process Our office is at half staff this entire week and last week due to the holidays I would ask for your understanding this time of year and send any inquiry you may have on Monday or Tuesday of next week

I want the company to do what is right: either complete this transaction FULLY, or refund ALL of the money I paid as to this point, they have not earned any of it

We sent email correspondence to the client on Tuesday and again today prior to receiving this complaint The client stated that the emails must have gone to junk mail Both the company and the client apologized for the misunderstanding and we are proceeding cooperatively
together The client will close this complaint as resolved Thank you

Despite these violations we have completed our contracted obligations on his account? As we? previously advised *** ***, due to his defamatory actions we are no longer obligated to? service? him as a client any longer? *** *** has received proactive correspondence from our office on the following occasions in alone:2/29/16, 2/5/16, 2/1/16, 1/22/16, 1/21/16, 1/19/16, 1/4/16We have certified mail tracking numbers demonstrating we have successfully contacted *** on multiple occasions on this account
? We have also informed *** *** that his agreement specifies that he must demonstrate cooperation during transfer? This response will be our official request for *** *** to demonstrate cooperation within calendar days or we will administratively close his account as per our agreement.We require his direct correspondence and participation in the process if he is still receiving notices from the resort? This complaint is not appropriate based on our completion of our contractual obligations under the agreement.We ask that *** *** send an email to us at *** indicating that he wishes to cooperate with us? The combative nature of his emails and phone calls has been well documented and despite being in violation of the "cooperation during transfer" portion of his agreement we will still work with him if he demonstrates a willingness to communicate and remain cooperative by sending an email to ***?

We process between 6,and 7,transfers each year and several hundred of them are at ***? We are aware of the process? The seller AND buyer must sign the associated letter? We ask again that *** *** contact our office directly at *** demonstrating his willingness to sign the forms necessary? Upon receipt of his email we will immediately re-forward the documents to him necessary to finalize the transaction? We look? forward to his cooperation? *** ***, please send the email to *** so you may resolve this complaint with the merchant? Thank you
