Disappointed with Delta Sonic
when I signed up for unlimited washes I received a free oil change. I went for my free oil change that actually cost me $10. I refused the engine spray they offered to clean the oil they spilled on my engine. Over the next couple of days I noticed a rather large oil spot where I park my truck and upon further inspection found the really small oil filter they used was spewing oil from the seal. I sent in a comment to Delta Sonic and a rep called me back and basically said they installed the right oil filter and if I want to pursue this issue to take it up with the store where it happened. They lost my business for sure!

Had an excellent experience with Dale from the Transit Road location today. My interior/exterior was done nicely. I have a toddler, so I’m sure it was challenging and it practically looked brand new!

was very satisfied with the job well done and very impressed with the young man Dale he was courteous and honest and made sure I was pleased with my car no 69 It was a pleasure to have a young man care about me and how he took pride in his job which is seldom seen these days. The most I have paid with the least amount of cleaning everI paid $to have minute interior and vinyl done on two different cars/two different daysBoth were unacceptableyears ago, it was less for moreI watched them clean it and it consisted of wiping down the outside and blowing out vents (not sure how thats cleaning the vinyl)

I took my Toyota Sienna minivan there to get a full detail which cost over one hundred and twenty bucksThe car wash left bug guts all over the hoodWhile my van was on the vacuum conveyor belt I repeatedly watched as the employee tried to break the automatic side doors of my vanThe detail neglected to clean the inside of the windshield and then they forgot to return my floor matsI'm not the primary driver of the van so by the time this was brought to my attention and I called Delta Sonic I was relieved when they told me that they had them in the lost and foundHowever, when I returned of the seven floor mats that make up my Sienna's system they had lost all but three of themThe manager was totally unhelpful to my wife and just told her to talk to one of the Jr Associates to fill out a report

We have completed a thorough investigation on this complaint The complainant alleges he waited minutes before he used his horn Our digital video shows that the complainant waited minutes before he actually dangerously lunged his vehicle forward towards the customer’s vehicle ahead of his Our digital video also shows the automatic Car Wash lane was working properly with no other vehicles in line Our District Manager reached out to this customer and offered to meet with him on 4/at 3:to review the complaint details The customer failed to appear to the scheduled meeting

Delta Sonic in Greece charged my card too many timesThey also are horrible at detailing, they just vacuum the inside and spray FebreezeDO NOT TRUST DELTA SONIC

As outlined in my complaint I have both communicated directly with Delta Sonics corporate customer service phone number as well as returning to the original site and speaking with the site manager in the Detail ShopThey proceeded to put the same gentleman back on the job of cleaning my vehicle whom I believe felt insulted and proceeded to leave scratches on my vehicles paint and stains on my interiorI as requested originally would like a complete detail of my vehicle to include stains removed by Delta Sonic as well as the paint scratch repairs to be completed by an independent companyI do not want to deal with Delta Sonic any further especially the Walden Avenue location Thank you

After fully reviewing all the facts in this report and rechecking the matter with our personnel involved, our findings have reinforced our position there is no evidence the damage was caused at Delta Sonic Our findings show that the vehicle experienced these issues upon pulling in to the Detail Shop and beginning to vacuum The symptoms presented themselves prior to any shampooing It is not possible for vacuuming to cause the claimed damage A blown seat fuse is typically the result of a motor malfunction or a short in the wiring If the complainant can provide a statement from the dealership directly relating this damage to the service performed at Delta Sonic, we will certainly assume responsibility for the claim

We have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident that was reported, and fully appreciate the customers concerns Any vehicle in sound condition will safely pass through the Car Wash tunnel The reason a pre-existing condition was referenced is due to the fact that a technical service bulletin has been issued for this make/model vehicle for this specific damage A technical service bulletin is issued by a vehicle manufacturer when there are several occurrences of an unanticipated problem A copy of the bulletin has been attached for review Furthermore, our pre-wash digital video shows the driver side roof molding was lifted prior to entering the Car Wash, making the part more vulnerable to damage In the interest of customer goodwill, and in the event the service at Delta Sonic further aggravated a pre-existing condition, we are willing to offer a repair through Delta Sonic’s Auto Repair Services The complainant can contact our office at ###-###-#### for further information on the repair
