It is the goal of Delta Sonic Carwash Systems to provide excellent customer service to each and every customerWe go to great lengths to ensure each customer is provided goods and / or services above and beyond our customers’ expectations In review of your prior visits to our Crestwood location, it has become quite evident that we are unable to meet your customer expectationsThere have been numerous reports of dissatisfaction and also reports of derogatory comments made to our employee's The Manager on Duty as well as the Detail Shop Supervisor inspected the vehicle after the service on the date in question The Manager and Supervisor each confirmed that the service was performed properly and up to Delta Sonic's standardsAs we have several reports of this complainant making claims to receive free services, we cannot offer a refund at this time

We appreciate the customers concerns and have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident that was reported Our investigation has determined that the damage on the vehicle’s finish could not have been caused as a result of the service performed at Delta Sonic There are no chemical or solvents used in the service that was rendered Our certified repair technician also inspected the vehicle Our repair technician ascertained the markings on the driver door edge would have been caused by wet-sanding-a service used by body shops to remove heavy imperfections by sanding the paint surface The complainant confirmed that prior to the service at Delta Sonic; she had body work performed to the driver side of the vehicle, including the area in question As it appears the origin of this damage was a due to previous repair, we suggest the complainant contact the body shop for resolution Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for the damage in question

Our records indicate a credit was issued on 2/3/to resolve this issue

We appreciate and understand the complainant’s feelings on this matter, but unfortunately must stand behind our assessment that this damage did not occur at Delta Sonic Our investigation and visual inspection by the Site Supervisor indicates the damage in question is not consistent with the service performed at Delta Sonic The complainant also reported to the Site Supervisor that the pre-spray wand came in contact with his vehicle causing the damage however; our digital video shows that the wand does not make contact with the vehicle both times it passes through Furthermore; the Car Wash equipment is so designed that there is no part of it that operates in such a way as to cause the damage in question The equipment is cloth based and could not cause deep scratches to one limited area Although we cannot accept liability on this claim, as a gesture of customer goodwill, we can make arrangements for a complimentary Scratch Repair and Paint TouService at our Detail Shop This service should help remedy the damage in question Please advise our office if this offer is satisfactory and we will make arrangements

We appreciate the customer’s concerns Our Unlimited Car Wash Plan is designed to be used on one vehicle per plan A bar coded sticker is placed on the driver side rear window of the vehicle and the sticker is scanned every time you wash It was discovered that the complainant was abusing the plan by using his sticker on multiple vehicles This is evident by his wash history The complainant laminated the sticker and moved it from vehicle to vehicle Due to the circumstances, the customers plan had to be cancelled We can offer a refund from the date the plan was cancelled on 1/17/through the end of January The refund amount would total $ The complaint can contact our Unlimited Department at ###-###-#### with his credit card information for the refund to be processed

A vehicle, even slightly coated with road dirt or film, will usually obscure most preexisting damage on the finish We realize the first time a person may notice, what they feel is new damage, is while inspecting a vehicle that has just been cleaned It is understandable for any customer to feel that this newly discovered damage may have been caused by some part of the Car Wash procedure or the drying of the finish Since our toweling material and wiping method have been proven safe and reliable, we feel the vehicles damage was incurred by some other means and went unnoticed prior to the services Certainly, if the towels caused the damage in question, there would be an excellent chance the damage would have been repeated in other areas of the vehicle If the claimant feels the claim was not assessed fairly, please contact our office at ###-###-#### to schedule an appointment with our [redacted] to inspect the vehicle at the location where the claim was filed

The WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVERtOOK MY BRAND NEW CAR Threw their car wash and notice damage right awayWhile still on their lot and got a manager and addressed the situation right awayI filled out a paper and left calling in a week later to see what happened I was told to bring the car in so a regional manager to view itUpon meeting with the gentle he said it would be hard to convince them the machine didn't basically saying I took my brand new 40k car and pointed the finger at thewhich is total disrespect to anyonethey agreed upon to fix my car damages and I took to get it fix only to wait two weeks for the check and no check so I called in and they gentleman was rude and told me I was lucky if I got anything and to be happy with the check they were sending me and was rude I even have the later they sent which is rude I also gave them bad reviews on every site and want them to send me the additional money I paid for the fault because of there machines I hjave been a valuable cusomter for years and go their often but will not because of there service DONT GOT TO 159TH AND OAK PARK DELTA SONIC THEY WILL LIE

We fully understand the customers concerns and have carefully considered this complaint In order for a claim to be properly investigated, a video review is necessary Unfortunately, we have no record of the customer coming through the Car Wash in April and the customer cannot produce a receipt At this time, the customer has provided us with three separate potential dates and upon video review, her vehicle is not seen going through the wash Furthermore, had the molding come off during the wash, it would have been found on the floor at some point in the bay It was confirmed that no molding for the customers make and model vehicle was found Without the exact date and time of the service, we cannot properly investigate the claim to determine liability and therefore, cannot offer any monetary reimbursement In the interest of customer goodwill, we can offer $in Delta Sonic gift cards as overcompensation to resolve this claim Please notify our office if this offer is acceptable

Our Unlimited interior plan has only been offered as an introductory rate of which is guaranteed only the first months Please see the attached handout that is given to each customer when they sign into the plan and to which the initial receipt is stapled The customer should be notified days prior to any price increase, which the customer claimed she was not So we then refunded her the difference and let her know that the following month, the increase would stand since she now had proper notification We have never guaranteed a forever rate, and the customer is under no obligation to keep the plan at the increased plan if they would like to opt out of it

We are sorry for any frustration you may have experienced We take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are evaluated properly After the preliminary review, the damage in question does not appear to be consistent with the Car Wash conveyor rail or any equipment within the Car Wash If you feel we have not assessed your claim fairly, please contact our office to set up an appointment with our Area Manager Be assured that Delta Sonic will work hard to resolve all customer problems

We appreciate the customers concerns however; after investigation, it was determined the problem did not occur due to any negligence on the part of Delta SonicThe complainant claims he was rear ended at the entrance of the Car Wash however; there is no evidence of a collision via digital video Furthermore; the claimed damage is on the driver side fender, and is not consistent with being hit from behindAlthough we cannot accept liability for this claim, we would be happy to assist the complainant’s insurance carrier with their investigation

Attached you will find receipts from my yearly maintenance workWhat I am saying if there was anything wrong with my car it would have been noted that there was something wrong with radiator and it wouldn't have passed the NEW YORK STATE INSPECTION

We have attempted to appraise fairly and properly all the information and reports available to us regarding the occurrence of this alleged incident Our investigation has determined that the incident was the fault of another customer who accidentally placed their vehicle in drive and rear ended this customer Each driver is instructed at the entrance of the Car Wash to place their vehicle in neutral Any variation of these instructions can cause the vehicle to collide with another vehicle We can provide the complainants insurance carrier with information on the the party at fault If the complainants insurance carrier denies the request to pursue the party at fault, we would just require a denial letter from the carrier and we would be willing to assist the customer

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience you may have been caused We appreciate your concerns and have carefully considered this complaintAlthough our investigation indicates the damage in question was not caused as a result of the service at Delta Sonic, a letter authorizing a courtesy buff-out/scratch repair service was sent to the complainant on 9/19/ An appointment can be scheduled with Delta Sonic's Detail Shop to have this issue remedied To avoid any misunderstanding, please remember, this service is being offered as a customer courtesy and does not constitute acceptance of liability for any portion of the original claim If this offer is not acceptable, please contact our office to arrange a meeting with our Corporate General Manager

We can understand the customers feelings regarding this incident, however; our investigation of this complaint strongly indicates that the damage was the result of a pre-existing condition Normally the paint finish on a vehicle, if properly applied and in sound condition, will not be affected by the Car Wash or pre-spray process, The only time a problem may occur is when the paint has lost its adhesion creating a peeling, bubbled or flaking condition We have issued a check to the customer in the event the damage was further aggravated at Delta SonicOur correspondence to the customer advised to contact our office to schedule an appointment with our manager to inspect the vehicle and have the claim re-evaluated if they disagree with this decision

Deonte Ford did the detail of my vehicle. He did an extremely excellent job. Very professional ,courteous, but most importantly had a great smile of enjoyment. I recommend for him to receive an extra day of vacation and a raise. By the way, today's date 10-16-19, I had visited the Walden Ave site Cheektowaga, NY one month ago on a Sunday. I will always look forward to detailing my vehicle by him in the future. Please reward Deonte Ford upon the receipt of this review.
