strongly feel the previous damage was the initial cause of the problem.
Although we feel this damage may not have been the direct
result of our negligence, the complainant can return the passes along with an
estimate, as stated in the correspondence they received, to our office and the
claim will be re-evaluated.

Our Unlimited Car Wash Plan is designed to be
used on one vehicle per plan.  A bar
coded sticker is placed on the driver side rear window of the vehicle and the

It was discovered that the complainant was abusing the plan by using his
sticker on multiple vehicles.  This is
evident by his wash history.  The
complainant laminated the sticker and moved it from vehicle to vehicle.  Due to the circumstances, the customers plan
had to be cancelled.  We can offer a
refund from the date the plan was cancelled on 1/17/15 through the end of
January.  The refund amount would total
$5.40.  The complaint can contact our
Unlimited Department at ###-###-#### with his credit card information for the
refund to be processed.

this company offered me a lifetime price of 16.99 the term they used was grandfathered in which clearly means for life or until u cancel. they have since gone up two times in my so called grandfathered price.

[The sticker was placed by an employee on my diver passenger window, also my windows are tinted. There is no possible way to remove a sticker without harming my tint. This way verified by the guys at the car wash. You guys cancelled by plan inappropriately and I want the 12.99 for the month of January back. I will not agree to anything else.]

Uncharitable Behavior
Delta Sonic upper management deplorable. Company representatives rude and verbally abusive to me over a simple non profit charity request application. Experienced unacceptable and accusatory remarks regarding both my character and organization's method of operation. When I asked for a follow up to discipline those involved, a call center "agent" actually hung up on me. A second said my complaint would be forwarded to the owners and someone would "get back to me". One month later, no reply or apology; therefore, it can only be concluded by the silence that they find this an acceptable way to treat an applicant and customer. I have taken my business elsewhere, as I have never had the displeasure of coming across a group more unworthy of my support than they.

A vehicle, even slightly coated with road dirt or film, will
usually obscure most preexisting damage on the finish.  We realize the first time a person may
notice, what they feel is new damage, is while inspecting a vehicle that has
just been cleaned.  It is...

for any customer to feel that this newly discovered damage may have been caused
by some part of the Car Wash procedure or the drying of the finish.
Since our toweling material and wiping method have been
proven safe and reliable, we feel the vehicles damage was incurred by some
other means and went unnoticed prior to the services.  Certainly, if the towels caused the damage in
question, there would be an excellent chance the damage would have been
repeated in other areas of the vehicle.
If the claimant feels the claim was not assessed fairly,

claim was filed.

expectations.   In review of your prior visits to our Crestwood location, it has become quite evident that we are unable to meet your customer expectations. There have been numerous reports of dissatisfaction and also reports of derogatory comments made to our employee's.  The Manager on Duty as well as the Detail Shop Supervisor inspected the vehicle after the service on the date in question.  The Manager and Supervisor each confirmed that the service was performed properly and up to Delta Sonic's standards. As we have several reports of this complainant making claims to receive free services, we cannot offer a refund at this time.

We fully understand the customers concerns and have carefully considered this complaint.  Our preliminary investigation indicates it is highly unlikely the damage in question was a result of the services performed.

We value our customers and give careful consideration to all
customer problems.  We have thoroughly
investigated the circumstances concerning the incident reported and based on
our findings; it appears the damage to the radiator did not occur during the
service at Delta Sonic.  Our equipment is
so designed that it cannot affect a vehicles radiator.   The New York State inspection was completed
4 days prior to the service at Delta Sonic-there is a possibility the check
engine light came in in between the time of the inspection and the service at
Delta Sonic.  If the repair facility can
send documentation stating the damage to the radiator was the direct result of
the service at Delta Sonic, we will certainly assume responsibility for the
claim.

We can understand the customers feelings regarding this incident, however; our investigation of this complaint strongly indicates that the damage was the result of a pre-existing condition.  
Normally the paint finish on a vehicle, if properly applied and in sound condition, will...

not be affected by the Car Wash or pre-spray process,  The only time a problem may occur is when the paint has lost its adhesion creating a peeling, bubbled or flaking condition.  
We have issued a check to the customer in the event the damage was further aggravated at Delta Sonic.
Our correspondence to the customer advised to contact our office to schedule an appointment with our manager to inspect the vehicle and have the claim re-evaluated if they disagree with this decision.

After fully reviewing all the facts in this report and
rechecking the matter with our personnel involved, our findings have reinforced
our position there is no evidence the damage was caused at Delta Sonic. 
Our findings show that...

the vehicle experienced these issues
upon pulling in to the Detail Shop and beginning to vacuum.  The symptoms presented themselves prior to
any shampooing.  It is not possible for
vacuuming to cause the claimed damage.  A
blown seat fuse is typically the result of a motor malfunction or a short in
the wiring.
If the complainant can provide a statement from the
dealership directly relating this damage to the service performed at Delta
Sonic, we will certainly assume responsibility for the claim.

We have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident reported and fully understand the customer's concerns.  
Our investigation of this complaint strongly indicates that the damage in question was the result of a pre-existing condition.  Yellow scratches...

and scuff marks on the mirror housing prior to the service indicate previous damage.  In the event the damage was further aggravated by our service, and in the interest of customer goodwill, the mirror was replaced with a Certified Automotive Parts Association aftermarket part that meets or exceeds OEM standards.  The replacement part was deemed insurance grade.    
To determine if the part is in fact incorrect, we would require an inspection by a licensed insurance adjuster.  The complainant can contact our Auto Repair Services Department at ###-###-#### to schedule an appointment with an adjuster.

The WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER. tOOK MY BRAND NEW 2015 CAR Threw their car wash and notice damage right away. While still on their lot and got a manager and addressed the situation right away. I filled out a paper and left calling in a week later to see what happened I was told to bring the car in so a regional manager to view it. Upon meeting with the gentle he said it would be hard to convince them the machine didn't basically saying I took my brand new 40k car and pointed the finger at the. which is total disrespect to anyone. they agreed upon 350 to fix my car damages and I took to get it fix only to wait two weeks for the check and no check so I called in and they gentleman was rude and told me I was lucky if I got anything and to be happy with the 200 check they were sending me and was rude I even have the later they sent which is rude I also gave them bad reviews on every site and want them to send me the additional money I paid for the fault because of there machines I hjave been a valuable cusomter for 6 years and go their often but will not because of there service DONT GOT TO 159TH AND OAK PARK DELTA SONIC THEY WILL LIE
