We appreciate the customers concerns and have thoroughly
investigated the circumstances concerning the incident that was reported.  Our investigation has determined that the
damage on the vehicle’s finish could not have been caused as a result of the
service performed at...

Delta Sonic.  There
are no chemical or solvents used in the service that was rendered. 
Our certified repair technician also inspected the
vehicle.   Our repair technician ascertained the markings
on the driver door edge would have been caused by wet-sanding-a service used by
body shops to remove heavy imperfections by sanding the paint surface.  The complainant confirmed that prior to the
service at Delta Sonic; she had body work performed to the driver side of the
vehicle, including the area in question.
As it appears the origin of this damage was a due to
previous repair, we suggest the complainant contact the body shop for
resolution.  Unfortunately, we cannot
accept liability for the damage in question.

We have completed a thorough investigation on this complaint. 
The complainant alleges he waited 6 minutes before he used
his horn.  Our digital video shows that
the complainant waited 1.06 minutes before he actually...

vehicle forward towards the customer’s vehicle ahead of his.  Our digital video also shows the automatic
Car Wash lane was working properly with no other vehicles in line.
Our District Manager reached out to this customer and
offered to meet with him on 4/24 at 3:00 to review the complaint details.  The customer failed to appear to the
scheduled meeting.

Delta Sonic in Greece charged my card too many times. They also are horrible at detailing, they just vacuum the inside and spray Febreeze. DO NOT TRUST DELTA SONIC.

They neglect to mention fact that they have workers with hoses pouring directly on cars prior to entering carwash to knock ice off cars.  the worker did not do his job properly and when pouring water on car it got into frame. If ice build up from weather was the problem it would have dented the car inwards. The water from car wash got trapped in door frame and pushed outwards.  The first manager I spoke with agreed with this. He even encouraged me to go forward with a claim when his supervisor said it was not delta sonics fault.
I know of another person that had the exact same type of damage done. Delta sonic sent him A coupon.
I have attached a picture that the manager of delta sonic told me to take to help my claim. It shows the ice he took out of the inside of door frame. 
I do not want coupons for free washes I want the damage fixed.

Delta Sonic's equipment is so designed that there is no part of it that operates in such a way as to cause the damage claimed.  The Car Wash conveyor is only 3 1/4 inches high on the drivers side of the vehicle.   It is not possible for the conveyor to cause damage to the radiator as...

claimed.  We are willing to schedule an appointment for the claimant with our District Manager to view our conveyor system.  The appointment can be scheduled through our office at 1-800-843-5477.

As outlined in my complaint I have both communicated directly with Delta Sonics corporate customer service phone number as well as returning to the original site and speaking with the site manager in the Detail Shop. They proceeded to put the same gentleman back on the job of cleaning my vehicle whom I believe felt insulted and proceeded to leave scratches on my vehicles paint and stains on my interior. I as requested originally would like a complete detail of my vehicle to include stains removed by Delta Sonic as well as the paint scratch repairs to be completed by an independent company. I do not want to deal with Delta Sonic any further especially the Walden Avenue location.

We have attempted to appraise fairly and properly all the information and reports available to us regarding the occurrence of this alleged incident.  Our investigation has determined that the incident was the fault of another customer who accidentally placed their vehicle in drive and rear...

ended this customer.  Each driver is instructed at the entrance of the Car Wash to place their vehicle in neutral.  Any variation of these instructions can cause the vehicle to collide with another vehicle.  
We can provide the complainants insurance carrier with information on the the party at fault.  If the complainants insurance carrier denies the request to pursue the party at fault, we would just require a denial letter from the carrier and we would be willing to assist the customer.

The most I have paid with the least amount of cleaning ever. I paid $69.00 to have 30 minute interior and vinyl done on two different cars/two different days. Both were unacceptable. 2 years ago, it was less for more. I watched them clean it and it consisted of wiping down the outside and blowing out vents (not sure how thats cleaning the vinyl).

We fully understand the customers concerns and have carefully considered this complaint. As per the attached waiver, signed by the customer, "Delta Sonic accepts no responsibility for runs or cracks during the repair process.  Should the chip spread after completion, Delta Sonic will repair,...

or apply repair cost credit toward the replacement of the windshield."  We have issued a refund for the chip repair in the amount of $49.95.  The refund check will be sent directly to the customer and should be received within 7-10 business days.

Our Unlimited interior plan has only been offered as an introductory rate of 9.99 which is guaranteed only the first 2 months.

We appreciate the customers concerns however; after investigation, it was determined the problem did not occur due to any negligence on the part of Delta Sonic.
The complainant claims he was rear ended at the entrance of the Car Wash however; there is no evidence of a collision via digital video.  Furthermore; the claimed damage is on the driver side fender, and is not consistent with being hit from behind.
Although we cannot accept liability for this claim, we would be happy to assist the complainant’s insurance carrier with their investigation.

Attached you will find receipts from my yearly maintenance work. What I am saying if there was anything wrong with my car it would have been noted that there was something wrong with radiator and it wouldn't have passed the NEW YORK STATE INSPECTION.
