I want to thank Daniel Rivera for the great job he did on my car...
He was gracious, thorough and very professional...the interior of my car looked super clean... I didn't have money for a tip...and apologized profusely...

Teagan at the car wash was awesome. Although trying to locate the correct place to put this review was not awesome. Love Delta Sonic NF. Ease of use and customer service is always top of the line rain, shine or snow storm!

I have 2 vehicles...both in perfect condition...a ram pickup and a bmw convertible...I have the unlimited in and out on both vehicles. .the manager at walden/union, Dave, is AWESOME ! I am pretty fussy , especially about streaky windows...this guy makes sure its done right ! also on july 9th, the bmw was egged...I went to see dave...he was off...a young gentleman, I think his name was Matt, was EXCEPTIONAL ! He said he recognized me from being there a lot...he proceeded to put some application on and hand buffed it out, taking his time to make sure he got everything...pretty impressive...and I am hard to please. these guys are awesome !

Great everyone was so pleasant an friendly. Will use it again. Car looked like new, easy to use system. didn take'to long, est time was about right't take.

Was very happy with car wash experience.
Carly was great and wiping down the car.
I go there often to gas up and get the cars
cleaned on the outside.

The inspection receipt does not relate the damage to the service at Delta Sonic If the repair facility can correlate the damage to the radiator to the service at Delta Sonic, we will certainly assume responsibility for the claim

We have re-evaluated the customer's claim Our findings have reinforced our position that the damage in question is not consistent with any of the services provided at Delta Sonic
Delta Sonic's toweling material and wiping method have been proven safe and reliable Our Area Manager also inspected the damage firsthand The damage is limited to the driver side doors The detailers dry a vehicle with a constant motion so certainly, if the damage occurred, the damage would have been repeated on other areas of the vehicle
We appreciate the customers concerns and apologize for any inconvenience, but must stand on our original judgment of denying responsibility for this claim

Twice in the last month, Delta Sonic damaged my car in their car wash The first time they ripped my rear license plate off the carThey gave no apologies, no refund, no coupons, and merely duck-taped the plate to my car The second time they smashed my car into a car ahead of me (multiple times) It took seconds of laying on the horn before they noticed what was happening and shut down the line Again, no apologies, and just an offer to run through again They did give me a claim form to fill out But it took weeks for them to get back to me with a letter that just said contact their customer service department, but gave no contact information When I finally did call the customer service department they said they would have to have someone else handle my call that doesn't come in until 10am(I called at am) Repeated calls after failed to connect me with the person They clearly are not interested in addressing customer complaints

I do not have the estimates They were both faxed to Delta Sonic head quaters I will have to go out and do them again, or maybe Delta Sonic would have them
Please let me no what my next step should beThank you

Hello, the response does not reflect the correct information, the mirror has NEVER been replaced previouslyThe mirror was replaced by Delta Sonic due to their own investigation that it was damaged during a washThe replacement was with an after market mirror that does not match driver side factory mirror, the depth perception, reflection/magnification is too strong and It is dangerous as the entire side is a blind spotThe vehicle is a large truck and at this point the mirror is useless and a dangerI am requesting the mirror be replaced with the correct factory made mirror as it had prior to Delta Sonic damaging it
I Have expressed the same concern on going, also with the same request to simply have the correct part replacedAll paperwork has been forwarded to my attorney at this point Delta Sonic will be held liable for the endangerment it is currently putting myself and family by NOT replacing my mirror with factory OEM partsI am also concerned that when I spoke with Delta Sonic prior to the installation, I was told it would be replaced with the same Ford parts and not an aftermarket parts as it wasI have yet to receive a callback from any of the managers or staff I left a message at Delta Sonic, prior to my complaint

who had it on and leaning on my car with it and scratched in places that was not there when I got my car washed bthe detailed it and then they tried to tell me my car was clean in the inside when it was barely touched because all they did was take out the trash that was on the inside

I was not Satisfied with the NYS inspectionI think they should remove themselves from this business I was there at 3:& did not leave until 5:55pmOnly cars ahead of me, two of which were there for over an hourThe young lady ahead of me complained after an 1/There is a lot more negativity to this experience than I want to writeIt was a customer service JOKEIt was at the Niagara Falls Blvdin Amherst Store

I was VERY unhappyThey did not do a good wash of my car-the carpets were not cleandoor was not cleaned and I did not get a deodorizer-for the price of $it definitely was not worth it

We appreciate the customers concerns and have carefully considered this complaint.Our investigation indicates a gas can came out of the truck bed of the truck in front of the complainant's vehicle Our digital video shows the gas can was caught under the driver side front wheel of the
complainant's vehicle The video confirms the gas can never made contact with the passenger side of the vehicle Furthermore, nothing comes in contact with the passenger side rocker panel during the Car Wash
We have offered to repair the driver side rocker panel The passenger side damage however; is not related to this incident
We would still like to offer to pay for repairs for the driver side damage We are also willing to reimburse the complainant for the time they were unable to utilize the Car Wash plan Please forward an estimate for the driver side damage so that we can move forward with repairs

Delta Sonic’s surveillance video seems doctored due to its
length, degradation of video quality, lack of audio, etcVideo forensics can
determine thatBut this case is about Delta Sonic’s terrible customer service
towards me, in particular: ***’s lack of customer service and inappropriate and discriminatory behavior with me and district
manager, *** ***, and DELTA SONIC management’s failure to follow proper investigation protocol and NOT investigating my case in a fair and UNBIASED manner of ***s
derogatory verbal remarks towards me and failure to abide by the Delta Sonic
employee code of conduct policyI will be willing to meet with a third party
mediator who is not in any way connected or related to Delta Sonic or its
affiliates at the *** *** station building ONLY IF the following three conditions are met for the incident that took place on 4/7/at Delta Sonic, *** **:
1 A FAIR and UNBIASED thorough investigation will
be done by a third party NOT AFFILIATED WITH DELTA SONIC or any of its
affiliates in a reasonably timely mannerI, as well as applicable agencies, will
be given the opportunity to review the investigation done by this third party
2 As a result of the thorough and unbiased
investigation to be done by the third party as described in condition one, proper
disciplinary actions such as a suspension without pay and/or termination of
employment are taken against ***, *** ***, and any other Delta Sonic upper
management personnel who failed to properly address this complaint
3 3. Proper customer service and employee code of
conduct protocols (to be determined by an impartial outside regulatory agency,
etc.) will also be implemented at Delta Sonic to prevent future discriminatory
behavior and terrible customer service by Delta Sonic to its customers
As the Revdex.com has no power to take actions against Delta Sonic,
if condition number one mentioned herewith is not done in a reasonable
timeframe, I will have no choice but to look to government agencies such as the
US Deptof Justice and civil rights groups and attorneys that DO have the
power to properly investigate and resolve this HATE CRIME and discrimination
caseI will also get the media involved to get my voice heard, if Delta Sonic
chooses to unfairly handle my complaintI will also organize a strike, etc
So, what exactly is going to be done by Delta Sonic upper
management to have this incident properly investigated as mentioned in condition
one in a reasonably timely fashion?

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe personnel I talked to on phone told me if the scratch can be felt by nail they cannot remove itSo this is not an acceptable solution.As for the fact the business says that they sweep side to sideThat motion is sort of restrictive in my car because I have a souvenier right on the middle of the dashboard The personnel at the business tried to show me how they do it from side to side and in that motion he ripped out the souvenirThat is a very good indication why the person would have used a vertical motion rather than a side to side motion hence creating the scratchI will accept any form of solution that will get the scratch out of the windscreen.

We appreciate the customers concerns however; after
investigation, it was determined the problem did not occur due to any
negligence on the part of Delta Sonic.
Our records show the customer came to our facility on 11/4/15, and again
on 11/20/15. Video was
reviewed for each
visit and clearly shows that the oil cap was properly replaced each time. We have offered to set up an appointment for
the customer to view the video with the District Manager of our Oil Change
Operations, but the offer was declined.
Although we will not be accepting liability on this claim,
we are still willing to schedule the appointment to view video

PS. Even though no offer was ever made to me at the time of inspection of the truck with the District Manager. The only thing I have in writing is from the last letter from Delta Sonic stating: "Although we cannot pay you for the damage on your vehicle, we would be happy to send you a book of Super Kiss tickets or a certificate for services at our Detail Shop."
You can be sure that I will never in my entire life let any of those kids dry my vehicle again. There were employees on the drivers side drying and on the passenger where the damage is located. The employee could have noticed he scratched it and chose not to say anything afraid he would get in trouble for damaging the vehicle and due to having something on his person he was not supposed to have

Our digital video shows the incident in question was
the
fault of another customer.
Unfortunately, the video request cannot be processed at the location
level and must be requested through our claims office. To date we have not received a video request
from *** *** through our office. If
*** *** contacts our office at ###-###-####, we would be happy to have a
copy of the digital video sent directly to them

Again, we are willing to schedule an appointment with our District Manager to show the complainant how our equipment works and how there is nothing in our operation that could cause the damage in question
