The vehicle pulling to the side is indicative of poor
alignment. It is
highly unlikely that a
collision at less than two miles per hour could affect the vehicles wheel
alignment. It is more likely that road
hazards such as pot holes caused the alignment to be off
Please have the problem diagnosed at an auto repair center,
if the technician deems the wheel alignment could have been affected by the
incident in question, we will reimburse the cost of a wheel alignment

Our records show that our repair coordinator left a message
for the complainant at the phone number provided on 4/25/at 1:pm. A letter was also mailed to the address
provided on 4/25/15. The complainant can
forward an estimate for repair to our office and we
will make repair
arrangements with the chosen facility

This company is totally unprofessional, sending me a letter explaining that I have been already issued a refund back to my credit card from the location of serviceThat was a lieI had to call in atleast more times and explained to the customer service as they wont even listen to me, explaining to me that I have to wait for the refund to be processed back to the credit cardSo the location that served me didn't process it and the letter mentioned that I already have been reimbursedFinally before responding here they issued a check, which is again totally different to the letter that they sent meI am tired of this whole situation and I would like to bring to attention that because of a complete unprofessional job and unprofessional behaviour I am left with a hefty fee of about $to get my windshield replacedFor a chip that was not bigger than an inch, hardly visible, it has grown folds now.

I used to go to delta sonic when I lived closerNow it's a special trip when I want to have the interior cleanedEach time I watch from beginning to endThey never ever do it allDoor jams don't get cleanedWindows are a totally streaky messThey won't wipe the car immediately so it gets spottedNever open the trunk to vacuum itThe price went from $to $Now they do less for more This used to be a good car washNow they suck at what should be fairly straight forward, a clean car

My radiator was cracked on the drivers side, and as I said in my previous statement I just had my regular maintenance completed as well as my inspection and surely if this was a pre -existing problem it would not have passed the New York state inspection.

I will get an estimate from the dealership and I will upload the documentsMy time is very valuable to me and for this incident to happen on the 30th of January and I receive free wash passes on the 9th of February is not acceptable on any basesThe company basically looked at a picture that the manager took and went with the decision stating that there was damages done to my car before the fact and that the car wash isn't responsibleWell I fell as though the company is responsible for my lens falling off and I would like for it to be fixedSending $in car wash coupons is basically a slap in my face and I refuse to accept thatLike I said I have been coming to this car wash for over years and I never had an incident like this occur, and for me to ask for my lens be fixed and I have to go to the third degree with this is not acceptable at allI have been driving around with blue tap holding up my lens since this incidentThe manager Mike did not even offer to assist me with the light until I said I was not driving off this lot with my light exposedI will be contacting my dealership and getting an estimate and forwarding it over and I hope that we can get this resolved immediately.

We value our customers and careful consideration is given to
all customer claims.
Our investigation indicates that there was a heavy
accumulation of ice in the corner of the passenger front door jamb. The ice was not visible
from the outside and
the technician had no way to have known that the door jamb had ice in it. The technician was also not advised prior to
the cleaning not to open the door
As this is something that our technician had no prior
knowledge of and could not have prevented, we have offered to pay one half of
the repair amount as determined by an independent adjuster. The adjuster has determined that the fair and
accurate price to repair is $1,278.88.
Our offer to pay $still remains.
A copy of the appraisal has been attached for review

We have attempted to appraise fairly and properly all the
information and reports available to us regarding the occurrence of the alleged
incident. Our investigation reveals the
pre-spray system was working properly and while the vehicle was
under the
control and direction of the driver, they inadvertently hit the
pre-sprayer.
We feel badly when any damage occurs at our wash, regardless
of the cause. Even though the damage was
not caused as a result of our negligence, in the interest of customer goodwill,
we are willing to offer a courtesy Scratch Repair at our Detail Shop. We are also willing to order a replacement
tail light and have a repair technician with our Repair Department install the
replacement light
We feel this offer is more than fair under the
circumstances. If this offer is
acceptable, the complainant can contact our office to make arrangements for the
Scratch Repair service and tail light replacement

Besides the inspection receipt I also forward a copy of a receipt of work that I had done to my car prior to going through the car wash on the same day; so If there was a leak in my radiator I'm sure repair facility would have noted that when completing the work on my car

I had mirrors taken off my car by this wash, called claims department and waited months before they had my last mirror order they lied and when I went I get it fixes they walk by you over and over like you owe themI stop going to this car wash poor customer serviceWon't make that mistake again

I would like to further add that during my conversation with the site manager I watched him walk away from our conversation towards other employees In this, I observed the site manager motioning with his two hands over his eyebrows, wiping his brows, then later placing his hands down to his sides indicating to me as if he just won a battle of some sorts I did not further my conversation with the site manager due to being so upset with his demeaning talk, telling me, or acting as if he was an expert in vehicle paint
Further more, I have used the car wash several times prior to this incident and never had any issues, or damages caused to my vehicle
It is concerning to me that while I was being giving the lecture by this "site manager" (professor of vehicle paint) that several vehicles drove through the carwash, or even being detailed, consumers pumping gas, or purchasing items, that fixing my vehicle would be an issue The entire time I was being spoken to the business made enough money or repair the damage caused to my vehicle by what I am sure was not meant to happen
All in all, it is not sitting well with me They have offered several car wash coupons, and now $ What they are offering or willing to compensate my with is just shy if what it would be to repair the damage I am willing to contact the local media about this, and I am sure that I would not be the only person that has had issues with the companyOnce again, I thank you for your time, however, all I want is the damages repaired Not another carwash

We appreciate the customer's concerns and have thoroughly investigated the circumstances concerning the incident reported Our findings have reinforced our position that there is no evidence the floor mats were lost at Delta Sonic The Detail Service was performed on 7/22/
The customer reported the claim nearly two weeks later on 8/4/ Our digital video of the service on 7/22/clearly shows there was a total of five mats in the vehicle All five mats were removed, cleaned and later returned to the vehicle per digital video In the interest of customer goodwill, we have offered the customer to choose a set of replacement floor mats from our store stock Due to the fact that we have clear video disproving the customer's claim, we will not offer to purchase the original mats

Please find the attached files which will show the time stamps on the photos vsthe receiptI stand by my statement earlier that I came from home and did not have the scratches on the bumperAlso if you would notice, the deep scratches were not from a mere swipe, it came from a sharp object with direct contact such as the conveyor or a corner postDelta Sonic is an irresponsible corporation that refuses to take responsibility for their negligenceThe manager specifically said, " we have a video that will show everything", but until now, even with the documentation and claim form we placed, neither the manager nor the district manager came forward to show us the video, they just wanted us to set a time to meet them so they can show how they do things in their facility but never addressed the issueThis is totally unacceptable, and this is Delta Sonic's way of proving that they did their part which is a convenient excuseThe amount of correcting their negligence does not match the amount of business we've given them over the years, which shows how Delta Sonic does not have any regard for long-standing customers

Finish the Job I want Delta Sonic to either come and clean the massive oil stains in my driveway or for them to pay for it to be done. I have photos of my driveway

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Spoke to the area manager, he told me there is no way the damage could have been caused when my car was driedHe was not there to see my car go through the wash undamaged and see me leave the lot with my vehicle scratched I know the damage occurred when the female dried my car, I dont know if she did it maliciously or if the towel she used had debrisIf Delta Sonic had a reliable camera system they could have easily viewed my car before and after and seen that the damage was caused thereHe lied and stated the towels are changed regularly, thats a lie I have had my car dried with a dirty towel on more than one occasion, forcing me to go back through the wash.
