Just had derick a*** & jon k*** intall a light into my new pantry (that use to a closet)..The Rodenhiser team came for the install on time, they where very quick, business like and when asked they provided helpful tips on electrical maintenance.Both Jon & Dereck certainly knew their electrical "stuff" Butthe best reason to call the Rodenhiser team is that I can't tell they worked in my home! the place is clean with no disruptions to pets & furniture, didn't even have to vacuum...THIS is the type of service you won't get with other electricians and because of Derick & Jon i'm completely sold on the "Rodenhiser experience"

We chose Rodenhiser to do the installation of *** minisplits Though it was more expensive than installing central air conditioning, the flexibility to heat or cool individual rooms with a very efficient system swayed us to the minisplitsThe MassSave rebates also sealed the deal *** Iand *** *showed up bright and early on the install day They were exceptional installers! They were always concerned with keeping my house clean (YAY!) and doing the job correctly We had a bunch of questions as the install went on and they were courteous and always took the time to patiently answer our questions They had solutions to problems we didn’t know we were creating and at the end of the day, we were so happy with this team of hard workers!!! They had the job done on time even though we delayed them more than a few times with questions about our system and the installation! I would not hesitate to give them a star rating in referring them to other customers When they left, my house was clean, my air conditioners were working like a charm and we had big smiles on our faces Thank you *** I., *** ** and Rodenhiser team! We will have a wonderful summer being cooled and a great winter being warmed up by this new system in our home

Called Rodenhiser for a clogged main drain We were put on an evening emergency call Technician *** ** spent over & 1/hours fixing the problem He explained in detail what he was going to do and continually gave us updates He was incredibly efficient, professional and even had a sense of humor dealing with such a messy situation He took care of every detail to make sure that everything was in good working order We were also quite pleased on how well he cleaned up Would highly recommend Rodenhiser and particularly *** *** service again
