As [redacted] finished up his routine maintenance work on our A/C and turned to leave, I closed the front door and said to my wife, "Man what a nice guy. Rodenhiser sure knows how to get good people." Her reply was, "Yeah, kind of scary." Because every one of the 11 people I have come to deal with from Rodenhiser over the past 2 years during an assessment of my 25 year old A/C and its replacement and maintenance has been exceptional and that includes the techs, salesman, new system designer, installers, secretarial staff who saw me thru the rebate submitting and now [redacted] took was on time, courteous, quiet, neat and thorough, efficient at his job and he took the time to show me a few things about my system. And as he showed me what he was doing to keep my system in good working order I was convinced that I wanted Rodenhiser people back every year to do the needed maintenance. I am likely going to sign on with them to keep my hot water and heating system up and running as well. I guess I was just lucky cause I found Rodenhiser by chance in the yellow pages only after the first 2 companies I called never returned my calls.

Our A/C unit died on the hottest stretch of the summerRodenhiser sent one of their technicians who arrived late in the day to fix our A/C unit [redacted] the technician, was polite, found the problem and fixed it in a very professional manner

Fast, Friendly service Eversource had shut down my furnace on the coldest day of the year The team at Rodenhiser came out inspected my furnace and gave me electric heaters to keep my pipes from freezing The next day (Sunday) a sales rep came out to show me new furnaces, picked on out and the furnace was installed by Monday afternoon All along the way the team was helpful, and continued to support the system after the install Technicians had to come out a couple of times late at night to fix a couple of places where the pipes had frozen Each time the technician was out in less than a couple of hours after my initial phone call

My project is far from complete with Rodenhiser, so this feedback is based solely on phone interactions with their office, and a very comprehensive on-site review from one of their A/C consultants (***). Setting up the appointment was simple — the person on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. A few days before the appointment, I got an email confirmation with a photo of the consultant (nice touch). The consultant arrived exactly on time. He looked over our entire system, inspected everything from the attic to the basement, and explained things in very clear detail. In the end, he provided estimates for a number of options that would fit our needs and also qualify for rebates and benefits. He was very generous with his time, and explained my options very clearly (and candidly) — even dissuading me from one or two needless expenses. I really appreciated that honesty!
