Very competent technicians in plumbing, HVAC and electrical areas Casey A [redacted] in Plumbing, Ed E [redacted] in HVAC and Phil A [redacted] in Electrical all worked in my home recently Each of them was the consummate professional and treated me and my property as they would their own I recommend them enthusiastically and without reservation

I have used Rodenhiser for servicing my ac and heating system for years, and have always been happy with their technicians work [redacted] **, the technician who serviced my furnace units this fall, was outstandingHe did a great job, explained all my options well, and worked efficiently fixing my furnaces' issuesHe worked cleanly as well, and kept my curious cat in mind, keeping necessary doors shut while doing his work to keep the cats safeI would definitely recommend his work

Today [redacted] serviced the furnace which was installed last yearWe have not had the best experience with technicians and were a bit wearyBesides servicing the furnace, he explained the system and answered many questions which we have had for this new systemWe highly recommend [redacted] and will make sure to ask for him next time

I was impressed with Rodenhiser from the beginning [redacted] did a superb job explaining the systems, options, pricing, and services [redacted] and [redacted] did a fantastic installation We selected Rodenhiser from competitive quotes [redacted] was challenging but Rodenhiser executed their scope of the work expeditiously and professionally There were a couple errors in the installation and start up but they were repaired quickly I manage construction projects and issues frequently arise, but the mark of a quality contractor isn't necessarily a flawless installation but instead how they respond when issues do come up My only actual concern regarding Rodenhiser was their price I wish this quality service and installation could have been less expensive but that would not preclude me from hiring them again

Rodenhiser Plumbing responded to my call, met my scheduling needs, arrived on time (with phone call announcing pending arrival), assessed the problem, gave me several options and completed the job expidiently Job well done!

Rodenhiser came to replace my hot water heater after hours We had two technicians come to our house, James P and Mike P They both showed true knowledge and professionalism and spent time, not only doing their job to perfection, but also explaining to us all the details of the job they had performed Every person, from the emergency call crew to the technicians were extremely efficient in every way I would highly recommend Rodenhiser to everyone!

Keith L and Chris R helped us install a new toilet and a new sink in the kitchen Both were very knowledgeable and helpful and courteous Would definitely recommend Rodenheiser in the future Most of our problems have been with products from Lowe's or [redacted] ***, which carry inferior products compared to plumbing specialists

We have always had positive experiences with Rodenhiser (for heating, cooling and plumbing) and our visit from plumber, [redacted] *, was especially excellent, as he was very knowledgable, helpful and supportive We had a challenging situation with our kitchen faucet, specifically getting hot water from our kitchen faucet Joel was extremely patient with my many questions and tried several solutions, keeping in mind my concerns about cost He did everything he could to make the repair affordable, and he provided us with excellent quality appliances ( [redacted] at a very reasonable rateHe also answered many of my questions about several other services I had been considering, including a water filtration system and a new water heater, and explained how I could finance those services with zero percent interest He shared with me what he uses in his own home, which is information I greatly appreciate and value I would highly recommend Rodenhiser and Joel to my family and friends

We needed a plumber to adjust the drain under a new sink top for the bathroomI called one day and the next day they sent [redacted] He was very efficient and explained two options to my husbandHe did the job easily and even took the old sink to discardWe would definately call them again!

Mike Pi [redacted] from Rodenhiser came to my house on an emergency call at night He quickly sized up the problem and responded with a short term solution He then gave me a proposal with multiple options I picked one and he came back a few days later to complete the job I found Mike to be very personable and professional He made other suggestions for me and I look forward to working with him again
