I was impressed with Rodenhiser from the beginning *** did a superb job explaining the systems, options, pricing, and services *** and *** did a fantastic installation We selected Rodenhiser from competitive quotes *** *** was challenging but Rodenhiser executed their scope of the work expeditiously and professionally There were a couple errors in the installation and start up but they were repaired quickly I manage construction projects and issues frequently arise, but the mark of a quality contractor isn't necessarily a flawless installation but instead how they respond when issues do come up My only actual concern regarding Rodenhiser was their price I wish this quality service and installation could have been less expensive but that would not preclude me from hiring them again

This is my 2nd time doing business with RPHfirst with replacing the water heater and 2nd to upgrade the maintenance on my furnaceI choose RHP because of the profession technicians they employ MrBrain M***, is a Professional Technician who performed the work on my furnace, he provided detail explanation on issues that needs to be taken care ofThe job was performed in a timely matterThe only negative issue with RPH is that they are pricey! --- If the cost was not pricey, stars would be giving

Late Friday evening our central air conditioning went outThe temperature and humidity in the house increased quickly and it made for a difficult night sleepingWe called Rodenhiser first thing on Saturday morning (7a) and left a message with their answering serviceWithin an hour we received a call back and a confirmation that a technician could be out by 2pmOur technician, Alex D, showed up a little before 2pmHe was extremely pleasant and introduced himself to my wife and meHe asked what the problem was and then put on protective coverings over his boots before entering our houseAlex spent a few minutes in the basement and then outside with the compressor before he came in with photos and a description of the problemHe assured us that it was absolutely fixable that afternoon and would not require the compressor to be replacedAlex then worked on a series of options with detailed breakdown of expenses so we could choose the solution that was best for usWe selected option 3, which was more than the baseline need, but not a full servicing of the air conditioningAlex then went to work and in about an hour cold air was once again flow our of our ventsIn total, Alex was at our house less than hours and things have been running smooth ever sinceWe have used Rodenhiser in the past for a furnace upgrade and a new water heater and we would absolutely use them againThey are not the cheapest service out there, but they are extremely responsive and A+ customer serviceIt is worth the premium to ensure the job is done right and the first time

*** ** of Rodenhiser serviced our Air Conditioning unit today He arrived and introduced himself, explained what he would be doing, and answered a couple of questions I asked He was extremely courteous, well spoken, and easy to talk toI feel he did an excellent service job on a very hot day! He explained my need to keep the shell of the outside unit a little cleaner and made sure to was clean before he leftI felt very comfortable with *** in our home and would appreciate his service in the future*** *** *** ***

My project is far from complete with Rodenhiser, so this feedback is based solely on phone interactions with their office, and a very comprehensive on-site review from one of their A/C consultants (***)Setting up the appointment was simple — the person on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeableA few days before the appointment, I got an email confirmation with a photo of the consultant (nice touch)The consultant arrived exactly on timeHe looked over our entire system, inspected everything from the attic to the basement, and explained things in very clear detailIn the end, he provided estimates for a number of options that would fit our needs and also qualify for rebates and benefitsHe was very generous with his time, and explained my options very clearly (and candidly) — even dissuading me from one or two needless expensesI really appreciated that honesty!

*** * came out this past weekend for an emergency call to repair our clogged mainHe was very courteous, respectful and explained each step clearly Very positive experience and I would recommend this company easily and without hesitation
