I had seen Rodenhiser trucks all around town and decided to call them for some plumbing issues I had a slow running drain in my tub They suggested snaking the drain and quoted me I agreed and he went upstairs and worked on it for ten minutes or so Called me up to show me some hair that was clogging the drain and so forth and said this was probably the issue That evening my wife started to take a bath and noticed that the drain stopper was no longer working and the next morning I noticed that the drain was still extremely slow as well I called them and they did send the plumber back out the next day and he quoted me $to fix the drain stopper He said it could not have been them that broke it because they never ended up snaking the drain that they just unscrewed the stopper took out some hair and screwed it back on Obviously I was not pleased to get an expensive quote on something that was working the day before they started working on it and even more upset that they

Just had our year old boiler and our year old water heater replaced by ***, [redacted] and [redacted] from RodenhiserThey also installed a ductless heat/air conditioning system with three head unitsThis was a day job These guys put in some long days, especially the first, and did a great jobThey showed up on time each day Their work was very neat and the entire process was very impressiveBeginning with the initial sales visit the guys at Rodenhiser have been top notch This continued through a thorough explanation of the systems and the required maintenanceThey have even taken care of the completion and submission of all rebate paperwork and the inspection scheduling

Matthew M [redacted] serviced my yr old [redacted] system and did an excellent job He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to go and get a new igniter and installed it That saved me about $and avoided a 2nd trip

We contacted Rodenhiser to find an electrician to hang a ceiling light for us They scheduled an appointment for us and the night before called to give us a time window We were also called about an hour before the electrician's arrival [redacted] was prompt, professional and did a perfect job

I want to share a very positive service experience with Will R [redacted] a Rodenhiser HVAC ProfessionalWill arrrived as scheduled, performed the service efficiently, and was courteous and patient explaining what he would be doingHe graciously answered questions about other services provided by his company

Having seen Rodenhiser trucks many times over the years, we contacted them for three reasons: (1) a replacement of a water heater which had a crack in the outer lining, (2) our cold water faucets were delivering only hot water and (3) a washing machine shut-off valve was leaking A plumber came who advised that a new water heater would be in the vicinity of $6, He then directed his attention to our furnace which was next to the water heater and proceeded to state that it was years old, might "go at any time" and we should consider getting a newer efficient one that would be in the vicinity of $10, An appointment was set for someone to come to discuss the new furnace He then fixed the leaking shut-off and gave us a "discount" for buying a yearly service plan; the total paid to him was $ After he left, we contacted another plumber as we felt $6,for a new water heater was a bit excessive This plumber came and advised that we had a " [redacted] ***" water heater
