Matthew and Tyler came in as scheduled early in the morning and by the afternoon they and the electricians had installed two mini-splits and a condenser in our home They were downright pleasant to work with and showed great respect for our outside and inside property And the system is amazing We are so happy to be able to have AC in our house!! and I'm sure we will love the heat in the winter!

Darin, our AC technician, was very knowledgeable and very polite He did an excellent job installing a *** AC/heat ductless unit He spent the time asking my preference for the location of both the inside and the outside units He explained everything he was doing and showed me how to use the remote control for the AC/Heat unit He made sure I was satisfied with the installation and cleaned up after himself before he left The assistant with him was also very polite and courteous Two electricians showed up to connect the unit and they were also very polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything

Very positive experience on a complete installation from Chris R*** (HVAC Specialist) and his crew Tyler R*** and Cory P*** here in Westboro, MA, Chris appeared to be a perfectionist and viewed the installation from a standpoint of an artistHe was also very thorough in explaining the entire process

*** installed our A/C system in November He worked all day was very thorough explaining what he was doing, answering all my questions throughout the day We had heads installed and ensured they all worked (both heating and cooling)He also made sure we knew how to use the system before he left*** came for preventative maintenance in July He was very thorough and courteous I was very satisfied with his workI was so impressed with the service of this company I signed up for their Service Partner Plan to cover HVAC, Plumbing and ElectricalI fully recommend Rodenhiser to anyone

I have been using Rodenhiser for many years There are many men who have come to our home and new condo for various reasons I find them consistently polite, neat and professionalThey are generally punctual and sometimes come early If they are running late, they let me know They are more expensive than other outfits but well worth the extra moneySince I only learned how to post a review here with out having to join something, I have found Mike P to be excellent and very kind We ask for him when possible*** *** did a wonderful jpb here last year, taking time to check and explain our new heating system We recently put in a new thermostat and found that gentleman to be professional with good people skills as well I apologize for not recognizing everyone but I just learned to do this and will try to post reviews in the future

Just had derick a*** & jon k*** intall a light into my new pantry (that use to a closet)..The Rodenhiser team came for the install on time, they where very quick, business like and when asked they provided helpful tips on electrical maintenance.Both Jon & Dereck certainly knew their electrical "stuff" Butthe best reason to call the Rodenhiser team is that I can't tell they worked in my home! the place is clean with no disruptions to pets & furniture, didn't even have to vacuum...THIS is the type of service you won't get with other electricians and because of Derick & Jon i'm completely sold on the "Rodenhiser experience"
