[redacted] came and fixed our central air conditioner compressor unit this week He called to confirm the time and fixed the problem quickly

We have been customers of Rodenhiser Plumbing for over years and have been extremely pleased with the consistent high quality of the service and the personnel Our latest experience was typically satisfying when the tech, [redacted] who came to do the annual A/C maintenance put in a five-hour effort to resolve problems that he detected in his inspection of the system It would have been much easier for him to write up his findings for a later service call, but he insisted on taking care of the repairs immediately That is prime service by any measure

We had a batoilet this morning I called Rodenhiser (I am a plumbing contract customer) and a technician was at my home within hours The toilet was unclogged and tested many times before my technician, [redacted] left He was polite and left the bathroom clean

I set up a service plan for my oil furnace during my first tuwith Rodenhiser in JanuaryLess than weeks later my heating system started acting up, forcing me to do a manual reset at the furnace when I wanted the heat to come onOver the course of the next days Rodenhiser came out times with different technicians trying to diagnose and fix the problemI spent $on a new controller to fix the problem and was given several quotes for thousands of dollars' worth of repair work that was unrelated to the issue they simply couldn't seem to fixI was told during each visit that the problem was solved (which wasn't true) and was even told a few times that it was caused by something done incorrectly during my tu(by Rodenhiser)I missed days of work for these appointments and finally had to call a competitor who diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than hours It turns out that the system was shutting off as a safety feature to prevent build up of CO ente

Called Rodenhiser for a clogged main drain We were put on an evening emergency call Technician [redacted] spent over & 1/hours fixing the problem He explained in detail what he was going to do and continually gave us updates He was incredibly efficient, professional and even had a sense of humor dealing with such a messy situation He took care of every detail to make sure that everything was in good working order We were also quite pleased on how well he cleaned up Would highly recommend Rodenhiser and particularly [redacted] service again

[redacted] was Rodenhisers sales representative we met to discuss replacing my old oil furnace with a new gas furnace He spent hours with me on a Saturday afternoon going over all the options, including the [redacted] program Great guy and covered all my questions I highly recommend him

I would highly recommend Rodenhiser to anyone Our heating system had not been serviced for years, even though we had a contract with another cowhich expires the end of April, and their technician overhauled our furnace and took pic of how bad it was, seeing is believing, and now I plan on using Rodenhiser to replace my old furnace and also air conditioner! My upstairs A/C unit was no longer cooling and it happened on a Saturday night during the hot summer I placed a call to Rodenhiser hoping that they could address my problem The very next day, Sunday, they came out and saved me from another hot and sleepless nightMy technicians name was [redacted] and he could not have been more accommodating He identified the problem right away, took extra time to confirm that the units was working and even explained the problem and answered all my questionsIn all, it was a very pleasant experience I would recommend Rodenhiser and [redacted] to a friend
