Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention Customer states that they did not exceed the posted time limit but received a notice The location has signs located at each entrance and throughout the parking lot stating that there is a minute parking limitProperty management has contracted with Diamond Parking to enforce the rules at this location Our lot checker first logged this customer’s vehicle into his handheld computer at 9:06am on 12/19/The vehicle was then logged again at 1:15pm the same day, for a total of hours and minutes in the lotThat time frame is over the posted limit for parking at the location Given the fact that the customer has no other outstanding issues, we are happy to offer a one-time courtesy voidPlease note that with this explanation of the rules at this particular location, and the circumstances surrounding the incident, no further voids will be given Also, please be advised that on-site property management reserves the right to tow vehicles that they find to be not following the rules Should the vehicle be found breaking the rules, it could be towed away at the owner’s expense Again, we are happy to provide a one-time void in this instance, and there is nothing further the customer need doWe thank you for bringing the issues to our attention and hope to have the chance to service your parking needs in the future

I will return to the lot and look for the photographed signs I still believe they were not in places easily seen by the drivers, as opposed to the passengers I thank you Revdex.com for handling this issue

Hi ***,Thank you very much for your inquiry regarding the Parking Notice that you received while parked at Lot A883 on 4/27. I will be happy to assist you with your questions and help provide a resolution.Our event and self-park lots are cashless, so credit cards are the only method of payment... that is accepted at those lots, so when the guy approached you with the information of either calling 877-647-4707 or visiting www.calltopark.com, that actually was the correct way of making a parking payment. As you can see from the attached picture that we have in the lot that demonstrates the ability to pay for parking.Without seeing the sign, I can understand your decision to be cautious, and when the checker does not see a payment on a vehicle, they will automatically give a Parking Notice in the amount of $43 for No Advanced Payment. When you returned to your vehicle, that is what you discovered.While researching the information provided, I noticed that the Parking Services Department had reduced the $43 down to $12.21 (Which is the posted $10 plus the 9.6% City of Seattle Sales Tax and 12.5% City of Seattle Parking Tax) on 5/4 and had noted that they had emailed you that information. I apologizefor the confusion and the situation and hope that I can provide an explanation.That particular parking lot serves a building that has multiple tenants that each... possess assigned parkingstalls and has contracted Diamond Parking to check the location to ensure that each tenant has availableparking for their customers. [redacted] is another tenant and has assigned parking stalls [redacted] As you can see from thebelow picture, your vehicle was parked in stall [redacted] which is reserved for customers of [redacted] . Becauseof this unauthorized access you were issued a Parking Notice of $43. I do apologize for you not receivingthe Parking Notice, as our checkers are trained to place the envelope under your windshield wiper.Perhaps the wind may have blown the notice from your car or it may have been removed by anotherindividual walking through the lot.
