If Ms *** can respond back with the parking notice number and license plate of the vehicle in question we would be glad to review and respond to her complaint

Hi ***, Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Parking Notice *** that you received while parked in the International District. I have reviewed the situation and wanted to explain why the Parking Notice was given. Diamond Parking has been asked to provide paid parking as
well as to assist the tenants of the building to ensure that their customers have places to park in the garage by enforcing a two hour time limit. To achieve this, we have placed multiple two hour parking signs throughout the garage and placed two pay stations that are designed to create a free two hour parking receipt that will be displayed in the car’s dash so that our Parking Lot Checker can verify the time. Because the checker did not see the parking receipt, you were given a Parking Notice.I apologize for the pay station not being operational. If that occurs in the future, please contact us at 206-284-and we will take immediate action to fix the station and take the appropriate information to prevent you from getting a Parking Notice. We have placed signage by each pay station that guides the customer to the steps to get the free two hour parking (Specifically selecting Option on the station’s menu) and we have placed signage at each elevator bank and entrance to remind customers of the three steps (Park, Pay, and Display) necessary to avoid a Parking Notice. I have attached examples of these pictures.Understandably, if the pay station was not operational and you were unable to acquire the parking receipt, this is not your fault, so I have voided the Parking Notice and you will not be responsible for any payment.Thank you for your patronage and we will look forward to your future visits to both the Pacific Rim and to Diamond Parking! Thanks,Paul M***Operations ManagerDiamond Parking ServiceSeattle Self-Park Division

We have looked into this complaint and want to apologize on the many issues around getting this resolved. It is clear that it was our intention to waive this ticket as the customer showed proof of payment. It looks like there were several opportunities for us to rectify this and each one was
missed.Upon receipt of this complaint we have voided the notice. We will utilize this as an opportunity to redirect some of our training efforts. Please once again accept our apologies as to how many misses this one request endured. We hold our team highly accountable to quick and efficient responses with a high level of customer service.*** ***General ManagerParking Services***

Diamond Parking in Anchorage utilizes various options for payment of parking fees They include an electronic pay station on most of the locations, and all locations utilize the Call to Park, C2P, system that allows payment by phone or smartphone app This location only utilizes the C2P
system for payment The instructions and rates are posted on the sign pole facing the boat launch; additional signage posted throughout the location where vehicles park.A review of our systems relative to this case indicates that the parking notice was issued at 13:and the payment through the C2P system posted at 13:The difference between the customer stated times is simply a delay in the capture of the information from the customer and the pushing of the information to our system Our lot checkers are not stationary they are roving and perform compliance checks and customer service based on a routing schedule presented daily It is most probable that the customer was already with his boat at the time the checker arrived on the lot for the compliance check A review of all voicemails and emails did not show that the local office was contacted with regards to this incident before this notice from the Revdex.com The procedure for handling involves verification of payment then the voiding of the parking notice Our office can review all payments made through the C2P system for verification There have been times when customers may have inverted numbers or not entered a license plate, and we have been able to confirm payment by the last four digits of the card used for payment; parking notices are voided when payment confirmed Customers have also emailed supporting documents showing payment also resulting in the voiding of parking notices. The parking notice referenced, ***, was located along with the payment verification in the C2P reports The parking notice was voided today, June 23, 2017. Cliff B***Operations Manager, Anchorage

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***

In reviewing the complaint I see that license plate *** originally registered to *** *** has been issued parking notices between 3/31/and 7/17/for failure to pay for parking at several of our locations in Spokane. We do not do a new title search every time a vehicle has an
outstanding parking notice so all communications went to the original vehicle owner on fileWith this latest communication with *** regarding notice *** we did a new title search on the vehicle and updated our records accordingly.I am sure this has been frustrating to *** and we apologize for any inconvenience*** can rest assured that all communications going forward will go to her daughter, ***

Hello *** Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Parking Notice *** that you received while parked at Broadway Ave. I have reviewed the situation and wanted to explain why the Parking Notice was given. While parked at this location on March 22nd, the required permit
for monthly parking was not displayed from the rear view mirror or drivers side dashboard (see below image with date and time stamp). Due to this being a first occurrence we have voided out the notice. At times the notice that you receive can go missing, fly off from the windshield wiper or any other unexplained reason which will then alert your through our collection process that parking may be owedI do apologize that your received collection letters without any response to your hand written appeal. I will follow up with Parking Services to assure that we are being diligent and timely in our responses.Thank you so muchTheresa S*** / Operations Manager

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.Customer states that they have received multiple notice fees after paying for parkingCustomer also states that they have spoken to management repeatedly regarding the situation. In researching the vehicle and notice information, several issues have
been foundAccording to our information, customer has only spoken with call center representativesNo contact was made with this location’s management office in BellevueThe first we are hearing about it is through the Revdex.com contact. We have ascertained that multiple notices have been written for the vehicle for two main reasons:Payment made, but either customer or employee entered license plate incorrectly in payment systemCustomer’s license plate includes both the letter “O” and the number “0.” Incorrect entering of these characters results in no payment showing up.We are reviewing the proper processes and procedures with our employees to ensure this type of mistake does not continue to happenNon-payment by the customer prior to the notice being received (payment made after notice issued), or no payment made.We are more than happy to wipe the slate clean for this vehicle and remove any fees associated with itHowever, going forward, the customer must understand that payment must be made prior to leaving the vehicle in the parking lotAny issues with paying need to be resolved prior to leaving the vehicleAny inability to pay does not mean the vehicle can just be left on siteIn case of any future incidents, the customer is more than welcome to contact the management office for the lot directly, so that the issue can be resolved in a prompt manner.Again, we are happy to provide the voids in this instance, and there is nothing further the customer need do at this timeWe thank you for bringing the issue to our attention and hope to have the chance to service your parking needs in the future.Todd K*** Operations Manager DPS Eastside Operations NE 8th St, Suite Bellevue, WA office: (425) 462-fax: (425) 462-

I am happy to help resolve this situationAs a onetime courtesy, we have reduced the Parking Notice to the amount owed for parking in the facility for two daysThe amount that will be owed is $The daily rate is $plus taxesBelow are photos of your plate number that was taken at the
facility while our staff was monitoring the facilityBoth of these photos are date and time stampedYou can visit our website to make the payments on line for the two parking notices at www.diamondparking.com or you can call 206-729-and make a payment over the phoneWe will look forward to you being a future customer of Diamond Parking and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns

Aloha *** *** ***, We appreciate you contacting us regarding your parking noticeIt’s unfortunate that you received a legitimate notice for being parked over the time limit at the Henry Street Shops and did not see the terms and conditions of the parking location when you entered
or exited the parking lot. The location is not “Paid Parking” therefor a payment rate per hour is not available. Your concern with marking each stall minutes is valuable feedback; we will forward your concern on to the property owner’s. Diamond Parking does not send employees to residences and denies accountability to your statement of “an employee” going to your property. To the right are the signs located at the property. Again, we appreciate you contacting us and we have voided the notice as a one-time exception, and will refund your $payment. A check for the reimbursed $payment will be made to the following: ** *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** *** Shall you need further assistance please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Hello ***Thank you for your inquiry regarding the Parking Notice *** that you received while parked at the Sundance Cinema There are two lots (WUand WU09) at this location that are side by side You were parked in WUand paid for WUwhich is why you received a
notice From your correspondence that you sent us, we are now reviewing our signage on these locations to make sure we deliver a clear and concise message on making payments for these locations to avoid confusion in the future Your notice has been voided from the system and you have a zero balance.I also reviewed our email system and was not able to locate an email sent from *** or by the reference numbers When we do receive emails an auto-generated email will be delivered to the customer stating we will respond within 48-business hours I have our IT department researching to see if we have an error so we can avoid this from occurring in the future The letter you received was from our “in-house” collections and will not affect your credit It is our process to collect any outstanding balances.I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for being a Diamond Parker!TheresaTheresa S*** / Operations ManagerParking Services*** *** *** **

Mr***,, I have been forwarded the complaint pertaining to the above referenced case number for review and responseI was able to trace your parking notice back to our contracted location at Sylvester Street, Olympia, WA Based on your explanation in your complaint, we have
reviewed the current signage at the location and there is no signage stating to pay for specific stalls at this locationYour suggestion to add signage to the East entrance is valid and we will be placing more signage at this location to minimize confusion to other customersI apologize for the misunderstanding you had with the signage at our parking lotI would like to note that this is a privately owned parking lot and is not considered free parkingThe Call to Park payment system we have in place asks for a license plate numberThis location is not paid by stall, however, we are planning to have this lot restriped in the near future to define the parking stalls more clearlyThank you for your suggestions, and once again we apologize for the inconvenience you were causedPlease contact our office directly at 253-383-if you have questions or concernsSincerely, DIAMOND PARKING SERVICES Sheila I*** City Manager, Tacoma/ Olympia

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.Customer states that they did not know the lot was private and that they could not park there. The location has signs located at each entrance and throughout the parking lot stating which businesses the lot is for and for how long a customer can
park Property management has contracted with Diamond Parking to enforce the rules at this location.Upon reviewing the notice information, the picture taken of the vehicle clearly shows a sign at the front of the stall the vehicle is in when it received the parking noticeWhy that sign, as well as the ones at the entrances, was not seen by the customer is unknown.Given the fact that the customer has no other outstanding issues, we are happy to offer a one-time courtesy voidPlease note that with this explanation of the rules at this particular location, and the circumstances surrounding the incident, no further voids will be givenAgain, we are happy to provide a one-time void in this instance, and there is nothing further the customer need doWe thank you for bringing the issues to our attention and hope to have the chance to service your parking needs in the future. Thank you very much for your inquiry regarding Parking Notice *** and the helpful dataI willbe happy to help resolve this situation.Based on the data that you provided (Stall and OrderNumber ***) I was able to find the receipt fromthat dayAs you purchased your receipt at 9:AM
and thechecker wrote the Parking Notice at 11:AM, I have voidedthe Parking Notice and you will not be required to make anypayment
Additionally, I wanted to explain why the Parking Notice waswritten so you can avoid this in the futureAt this particularlot, the receipts must be placed face up on the dash so theChecker can easily verify proof of paymentAs you can seefrom this picture, on that day the receipt was not visible onyour dash, so the checker wrote you a Parking Notice for “NoAdvanced Payment”Please also note that if you have a validreason to dispute (such as in this case) the Parking Notice, please feel free to either [email protected] or by calling *** ***Either of these ways will provide a quicker resolution.Thank you very much for being aDiamond Parking customer and if youever need any help, please feel free tocontact me!
