Dear Mr***Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I have reviewed your original appeal which our Customer Service team had responded to you on October 23rd, stating that they had provided you with a courtesy reduction to $10.00. This location utilizes Electronic
Chalking which will tell the checkers the period of time in which a vehicle is parked in said location. Your vehicle was first seen at 9:46am which would have expired at 11:46am. Your notice was given at 1:13pm. You may have left the *** parking lot and returned again causing the confusion. Mr. [redacted],I have been forwarded the complaint pertaining to the above referenced case number for review and response.I was able to trace your parking notice back to our contracted location at 13th & Pacific in Tacoma, WA 98402.  Based on your explanation in your complaint we have reviewed...

the online payment system and we were able to find your payment. We have contacted the support center to see what happened as our equipment is supposed to prevent us from issuing notices for paid stalls. We will also be working with our vendor to change the system to require license plate numbers information be entered with the payment instead of just the stall numbers which will prevent this from happening in the future.When you called the Diamond Parking customer service center they were able to look up your notice and payment right away. Customer states that they did not exceed the posted time limit but received a notice.
The location has signs located at each entrance and throughout the parking lot stating that there is a 90 minute parking limit. Property management has...

contracted with Diamond Parking to enforce the rules at this location.
Our lot checker first logged this customer’s vehicle into his handheld computer at 9:06am on 12/19/2016. The vehicle was then logged again at 1:15pm the same day, for a total of 4 hours and 9 minutes in the lot. That time frame is over the posted limit for parking at the location.
Given the fact that the customer has no other outstanding issues, we are happy to offer a one-time courtesy void. Please note that with this explanation of the rules at this particular location, and the circumstances surrounding the incident, no further voids will be given.
Also, please be advised that on-site property management reserves the right to tow vehicles that they find to be not following the rules.  Should the vehicle be found breaking the rules, it could be towed away at the owner’s expense.
Again, we are happy to provide a one-time void in this instance, and there is nothing further the customer need do. We thank you for bringing the issues to our attention and hope to have the chance to service your parking needs in the future.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:Dear Revdex.com,I am writing because I marked that I was satisfied with the resolution of the complaint that I filed against Diamond Parking  Compliant number [redacted] and it is not resolved.  I was happy with their response that they would look into the case and in good faith I sent them the information they requested (citation number and car license plate).  I also noted that I was satisfied IF they reviewed the case and responded to me.  I have heard nothing since I sent them the information.  Not even confirmation that they received it.   I would like to reopen the case.  They are not acting in good faith.  Please let me know if I need to resubmit the case or if this email effectively reopens it.Thank you.

I agree it may be difficult to notice the pay station if you enter through the resident elevator from the retail level. I will add new signage near the residence elevators to address visitors parking requirements. I understand you did not see the pay here signs and have voided the Parking Notice #[redacted] from July 20, 2015 and [redacted] from August 21, 2015. of the vehicle, so frequently the original listing of the vehicle make may not match the vehicle description of on the Parking Notice.
Based on the information provided it looks like the employee issuing the Parking Notice must have captured the license information incorrectly. To make matters worse when the vehicle owner contacted us to we failed to handle the complaint in a professional manner. We apologize for the way the situation was handled and the inconvenience. We have voided out the Parking Notice and consider the matter closed.

representative just didn’t finish the void process.  I apologize for that and have spoken to the representative so that they will be more careful in the future.The second person you spoke to should have offered the refund and I apologize for that.  That representative has been made aware of our policy for the highest level of customer satisfaction.As I stated in the earlier part of this email.  The charges have been refunded.  Again, we apologize for the frustration around this experience.

This parking notice was issued for no advance payment. Below is a picture taken of the vehicle at the time the parking notice was issued. As the picture depicts, the vehicle that received a parking notice parked directly in front of signage indicating Authorized Parking Only. In addition, this lot...

is equipped with a 16 foot tall pole with a double sided Park Here/Pay Here sign that is 5 foot tall and 3 feet wide attached to the top of the pole. The location is also equipped with an Electronic Pay Machine Located directly underneath the above mentioned Park Here/Pay Here sign. We also have signage for “Call2Park”, which displays a phone number for customers to call to pay by credit card if they prefer not to use the electronic pay machine. These parking rules are posted throughout the lot in our Terms and Conditions signage. Below is a picture of the above mentioned signage and electronic pay machine. There is no prior history for the vehicle involved and therefore, as a courtesy, we have voided this parking notice. We will now consider this matter closed.
