Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
Customer states that they received a parking notice while in an unmarked parking lot.
Diamond Parking operates a paid monthly parking by permit only lot at this location. Signage is posted at each entrance, as well as throughout the lot, specifically stating that the lot is “permit parking only.”
We have reached out to the parker via the contact information contained in this complaint and the individual states they did not pay the notice fee. However, the notice is showing that it has been paid in our records. We will note this as voided, and as soon as the individual who paid comes forward, we will offer a one-time courtesy refund.
Again, we thank you for bringing the issue to our attention and hope to have the chance to service your parking needs in the future.

Hi [redacted],Thank you for your inquiry regarding Parking Notice [redacted] that was issued on December 4, 2016.  I have reviewed the situation and am happy to resolve your concern.Regarding the Parking Notice, I can see that you had paid for your parking to cover the two hours from 12:40 PM until...

2:40 PM and you had properly displayed the receipt on your dash.  When our checker visited the lot at around 3 PM, the vehicle was still parked and had not added any additional time, so the checker wrote the Overtime Parking Notice at 3:01 PM because the vehicle exceeded the allowed  time period that expired at 2:40 PM.I have attached both the picture of the receipt that was displayed on your dash as well as the report that demonstrates that there were no additional purchases for the credit card that ends in [redacted].  That particular parking lot is popular for the Ride the [redacted] attraction, so I know that some customers may pay for parking at the physical pay station and then add time via the Call to Park app.  There were no purchases with the credit card ending in [redacted] for that day via the Call to Park app.Regarding your written disputes on 12/7 and 1/17, I apologize as we do not have any record of either communication.  I checked with the Parking Services department and you do have the correct physical address.  For the future, I would recommend that you use email to contact the Parking Services team to eliminate any chance of lost mail.  Their email address is [redacted].With this being your first Parking Notice with Diamond Parking and with your attempt to contact us, I will void this Parking Notice as a one-time courtesy and you will not be responsible for any payments.  Thank you for being a Diamond Parking customer and with our multiple ways of paying and adding time for your parking needs, I hope to see you in our lots in the future!Thanks,Paul M[redacted]

possess assigned parkingstalls and has contracted Diamond Parking to check the location to ensure that each tenant has availableparking for their customers. I read that you visited your doctor at the [redacted] whichhas stalls [redacted], and [redacted] available for its patients. I have included a picture of stall ** below.[redacted] is another tenant and has assigned parking stalls [redacted] As you can see from thebelow picture, your vehicle was parked in stall [redacted] which is reserved for customers of [redacted]. Becauseof this unauthorized access you were issued a Parking Notice of $43. I do apologize for you not receivingthe Parking Notice, as our checkers are trained to place the envelope under your windshield wiper.Perhaps the wind may have blown the notice from your car or it may have been removed by anotherindividual walking through the lot. When we do not receive a payment for the Parking Notice, we sendout a reminder correspondence which is what you first received from us on or around July 19th.As this is your first Parking Notice with Diamond Parking, I see that the Parking Services department hadreduced the $43 down to $15 due to the Unauthorized Access of the [redacted] stall, howeverbecause of all the confusion surrounding this situation, especially us recording an incorrect phonenumber in which to call you back on August 3rd, I have voided out the Parking Notice and you will not beresponsible for any payments.
