homeownerShe asked me about water testingI told her I had it done months ago and now have purified waterShe asked me for the name of the Company She then asked me what was my lowest electric bill, after answering her She stated I'll call you in about weeks for another environmental surveyI reminded her that the turkey in my case is complimentary and it states that after this survey, voucher would be sent

MrA*** was extremely professionalHe was very punctual and always willing to answer any questions about the job
I was given very wise tips on how to transport the water systemHe stressed how important it was not to lose the plug for the systemAlso made sure I understood how to properly dispose of the salt water so my grass would not be ruined
I would give MrA*** stars but it only allowed me to do He's a great serviceman who I HIGHLY recommend for any intstall/uninstall job You can tell he takes pride and 100% ownership of his work

Lied to over and over againScam companyTell you anything to get the sale
Sales rep came to our home and misled us and lied to us as to what his product would do for us
On 02/07/a sales rep by the name of Edwin came to our home representing Florida Energy Water and AirHe basically told us our water was not good enough to drinkHe claimed if we purchased a water system from this company our water would be as pure as bottled water, we would use much less soap in our washer and would feel much cleaner coming out of the shower as the water would be much purerHe performed a test to show us how bad our water was, a test that took about 10-minutesAfter showing us how terrible our water was, he put a filter on our kitchen faucet and did same test and showed us how great our water could be if we just bought his system
We agreed to purchase the system that night We completed the paperworkHe put both, mine and my GF's names on the paperwork because we both lived there

He was very polite and helpfulRobert did what he needed to do in a timely manner

We relied on the local Tampa office for our water system and have been extremely pleased We were given a competitive price, the system was installed the next day and their followup has been second to none

Scott came on time & was very nice & helpful in answering my questionsHe was efficient & fast in repairing my RainsoftShowing me what he had to replace, & whyHe said it would now work like it should, but if I had any problem not to hesitate to call them

The complaint is against Rainssoft and third party financial person Foundation FinanceAfter speaking with the Revdex.com of Wisconsin and Foundation Finance both parties and myself have decided this was for the Florida Revdex.com on Advertisement of Rainsoft productThe problem started shortly after receiving the product on March 9th The sales person Fred S*** did is presentation on the product which yellow water was noticeHe did the test on the water and stated " you all need the water system to correct the problem and that the chemicals in the water was bad"I guess Rainsoft train their employees only how to sale their products and not telling the customers the truthInstead of MrS*** telling us that we only needed Resin and bleach to clear our waterHe sold us a product we did not needMrS*** failed to disclose very important importa

These guys came in and were very professionalThey'd did a great job and explained everything to us

We were promised a rebate never received, and after numerous attempts to the office to get our final inspection done, hasn't happened
We were promised a $Rebate if we up grading to the ton seer Rheem A/CNever received! We have made numerous attempts to Katrina, Jerryca and Mananger Dan C*** about having the final inspection for the CountySpent the full day waiting for the Inspector to show up and they DID NOT ! Made calls to Dan C*** that if things weren't done as promised that we would be contacting the Revdex.comWe gave Dan a week to get things done, which he did not do! So now we are contacting you the Revdex.com, to help us get things accomplishedPlease us with this matter!

Rainsoft don't care or consider customers.Just interested in the sale even if they have to ruin your credit with unreasonable and ridiculous inquirys
