Abysmally poor customer service!
On 5-24-I had my annual water system service that included a yr service to change the filtration mediumThe day was terribly storm, and, in my opinion, should have been rescheduledHowever, the tech arrived anyway, and after he was finished said "it would have gone quicker, but I didn't have a funnel with me, so I had to re-load the medium by hand
As they charge by the hour, this affected my bill in a negative way! I started calling about this issue on 6/19, and have called them x to date, I have received one missed call at the end of 6/I called again 2x on 6/and was assured it would be contacted by 1:30PMWas never contacted
This has been a HUGE waaste of my time waiting for phone calls...I will be going elsewhere for service

Was professional and made sure to answer any questionHe explained everything so I understood what was happening Then left insturction in writting as well

MrA*** was extremely professionalHe was very punctual and always willing to answer any questions about the job
I was given very wise tips on how to transport the water systemHe stressed how important it was not to lose the plug for the systemAlso made sure I understood how to properly dispose of the salt water so my grass would not be ruined
I would give MrA*** stars but it only allowed me to do He's a great serviceman who I HIGHLY recommend for any intstall/uninstall job You can tell he takes pride and 100% ownership of his work

Two year ago I by a rain soft ecseries water treatment system from Florida energy water & air by discovery marketing & distributing bout two mouth in I started to see my water bill is getting extremely high I just move into my home so I cut back an my water uses it didn't make a different mouth pass its the same I call a *** to do a leak check they told me that my water system was leaking water 24/i call florida energy water & air they came and thay fax it they
told me that it appears that the board on the unit failed allowing water to run from the drain 24/i filed a case with consumer affaires division trying to get them to take the equipment back an refound me back my money becuse it was two mouths after I by the equipment I stared to having problem on june I recive a mail from anthony gregory dept of public safety division of consumer affair its a copy of the latter that they recive from florida energy water & air stated it appears that the board on the un

Devin was super helpful and buried our system so it is barely noticeable behind our shrubs! We completely trust FL Energy Water and Air and highly recommend their water purification and treatment machines!

They had a salesman come to our house and give us a demonstration of a Rain Soft water treatment systemThe demo made our well smell and taste greatWe went for the lifetime warranty on the product for about $8600, were told we would never have to pay for service of the productWe signed up for itWith months the system did not work, the sulfur smell was back, we had a service tech come out, with a Rain Soft rep, they said we needed a chlorinating tank, which they installedThey told us to use Clorox bleach in it and if that didn't work, we would have to switch to chlorine, it didn't and we had to switchThen it stopped working after about weeks, of course we have to call them again for service, that is when we got the instructions for the chlorinating tank, we have to keep it fullThen we have had to keep calling them every month or two sinceWe received a call at the year mark, to schedule annual maintenance, I asked if there was a charge for this, they said yesApparently, after one year, we have to pay the labor on the system, the parts are no chargeNot exactly what we are told from the startDefinitely would not recommend these people to anyoneI think they scammed us

I had a catastrophic failure of my water treatment system that was due to an issue with the original installationTony and his partner was at my house within hrs of the time I called customer serviceThey not only repaired the system, they made it better than originalAs far as the company goes, they didn't argue or try to make excusesThey didn't even check to see if it was under warrantyThey accepted the responsibility and made it rightI don't think you can ask more than that from a companyI highly recommend Florida Water and Energy

I would just like to complement Florida water and energy specifically Jean who is a member of their staffHe came to my house and worked on an electrical system that was giving us problemsHe was very professional, knowledgeable, and customer service orientedWhen I commented on what a great job he did he replied with "he tries to treat every home like it's his own and what kind of job he would want if he was a homeowner." I highly recommend Florida water energy for your air conditioning in water purification systems needs and ask for Jean to do the work

homeownerShe asked me about water testingI told her I had it done months ago and now have purified waterShe asked me for the name of the Company She then asked me what was my lowest electric bill, after answering her She stated I'll call you in about weeks for another environmental surveyI reminded her that the turkey in my case is complimentary and it states that after this survey, voucher would be sent

Improperly operating system after they serviced the equipmentDamage to property
On 7/12/Scott with Energy Air came to our home to service our Rain Soft systemScott was great and explained and showed me every thing he did and replacedWe left for vacation on the morning of the 13th and returned on the evening of the 16thWhen the garage opened up there was water and ceiling material all over the placeI quickly found that the pipes connecting to the system were all disconnectedI reconnected them and checked for leaksNone foundThe system back flushed early Monday morning and woke us at 3:30amthe pipes had blown apart againI bypassed the system as I've been instructed to do by Energy Air in the pastCalled them Monday morning and they said a manager would call meNo call was receivedI called again Tuesday morning and they scheduled for a field manager to come out and take picturesA field manager showed up and and took some pictures but offered no help as to fi

Equipment was installed wrong, causing a waste of water and plumbing bills

I've owned a Rain Soft water softeners from Florida Energy Water since The company services the product very wellTheir technicians are very professional and knowledgeableThe only complain that that since installing the drain hose into the ground, it never worked correctlyThe technician said that I needed to pay extra to have it reroutedI remember that I was still under warranty in this unit (I own two.) when the house came out by itselfNow the water back flows to the groundI think that Rain Soft should've corrected it as a courtesy or with a discount since the unit is barely years old and it had the problem since installationFor this reason I am only giving Rain Soft only stars instead of The worker nonetheless was professional and punctual, called before arrival, and was very thorough and careful as he worked with the unit
