Scott came on time & was very nice & helpful in answering my questionsHe was efficient & fast in repairing my RainsoftShowing me what he had to replace, & whyHe said it would now work like it should, but if I had any problem not to hesitate to call them
We were promised a rebate never received, and after numerous attempts to the office to get our final inspection done, hasn't happened
We were promised a $Rebate if we up grading to the ton seer Rheem A/CNever received! We have made numerous attempts to Katrina, Jerryca and Mananger Dan C*** about having the final inspection for the CountySpent the full day waiting for the Inspector to show up and they DID NOT ! Made calls to Dan C*** that if things weren't done as promised that we would be contacting the Revdex.comWe gave Dan a week to get things done, which he did not do! So now we are contacting you the Revdex.com, to help us get things accomplishedPlease us with this matter!

We relied on the local Tampa office for our water system and have been extremely pleased We were given a competitive price, the system was installed the next day and their followup has been second to none
Rainsoft don't care or consider customers.Just interested in the sale even if they have to ruin your credit with unreasonable and ridiculous inquirys

Having health issues do due their Company replacing the Venting system and Air Conditioner in our home

I have been having chest pains, constant coughing and breathing issuesSince they replaced the duct work and venting and Air Conditioner systems When the men were here to change the duct work, they left the air on so it would cool the attic spaceWell the blown insulation in the attic was then being sucked into the venting system and the A/C unitWhich in turn blew insulation through out the homeThey sent Stanley Steamer to clean the vents and the carpetThey really should have been replaced everythingWe have made numerous attempts to reach Jason S*** and Dan C*** to get this situations rectified? I have been to my Doctor to try and figure out what is going on? They did a ekg to see if there was a heart issue, they have taken x-rays? Dereliction of duty
I hired this company to remove and reinstall my solar panels, because I replaced my roof
The reinstall was so awful it was almost laughableIt looks like they tossed them up there and walked offThe panels are loose and crooked and it is leaking a tremendous amount of water all over my new roofGallons and gallons of water per minuteThe panels are pipes are sliding down off my roofI have never seen any job done more unprofessionalI have had to bypass the panels rendering them useless
They are evasive on the phone and wont return callsThey are not taking responsibility for the work or lack of work rather
We have had Rain Soft systems over the past years and would not live one day without itThis is one of the best things we have ever done for our home and children
Sold new water system to an year old lady when her water system worked and did not need replacing $and she lives on $a month
On 6/1/a rep for Florida Water and Air came by ***'s home and installed a new water system and she paid with her discover card Her daughter called to cancel the transaction, but was told she was too late to cancel
I would like to commend the tech that came out to our house in Winter Garden and conducted a service and repairs on our water filtration systemHis name is Brian and he did a great jobHe kept us in the loop and explained fully what had gone wrong with our system and what needed to be repairedHe was very honest and provided us with great serviceI would also like to say that MrP*** , our customer service representative , was also very attentive and worked with us and his manager to offer us solutionsHe is always happy and pleasant to speak with

The installation was not complete, the company failed to complete the installation until once they said they had a new team that can do a better job They apologized, took responsibility and said they will fix the incomplete installation
In May of 2016, we had major malfunctioning of the unit where it hasn't been working From then until now, they have failed to repair the AC They sent over different people who admitted, they did not know what was wrong with the unit and failed to fix it
They came approximately once per week even though the problem existed for over months They would make appointments to come by and almost never show up when they said they were coming If they did show up, they would be late
