I read some reviews and wish I had of before dealing with this businessWe moved down here last September and got a house and bought new appliances from Home Depot and we had an sales person state we needed to have a water test done because the water was different here in Florida and I agree with the person that done a review stating if a sales person at Home Depot comes up to you about a water test run the other way
We mistaking listened to the sales repthat Home Depot sent out from Florida Energy Water & Air and then they sent out two guys the next day to install the Rain Soft water system and didn't finish it were to come back and the next time a different guy came out to finish it and didn't get done and said all was fine until they could come out and finish it and during the night there was a leak and it flooded the kitchen floors, bowed the bottom of the cabinets out and warped the doors and the water even rain through the floors out into the carport

I purchased the system mths ago for approx4K which I found out after is significantly overpriced I was told that I had a one year warranty on parts and labor and a lifetime warranty on parts The labor charge after the one year would be $per half hourMy only other out of pocket cost would be the salt for the system on top of my monthly finance amount which is per month Within the first year a part had to be replaced I then found out that there is an annual repair they do to the system that is out of pocket I take care of replacing the salt but I find that every year the system starts to put out hard water and I have to pay out of pocket to have a tech come diagnose because the system although it is electric does not have a diagnostic feature I again feel the water very hard and I was never given the years worth of test strips which are listed in the ma

We later discovered that Joshs brother had just finished training and it was his first unsupervised install
After the installation we noticed the main tank was way too far away from the wall (approximate feet)
The company sent someone back to move it closer, they failed to put adequate support under the tank and it has been leaning ever since
A few of weeks ago we called them out for a service, we asked if they could straighten the tank as it had been leaning for over a year,
The engineer said he had packed something under the tank but he did not have the materials to fix properly so someone would be in touch soon to finish the repair

I had the best experience with this provider of Rainsoft products First, the products are wonderful Second, the installer, Jean, was wonderful Third, Florida Energy is wonderful and could not have been more helpful Very easy system to use and Jean answered all my questions honestly I have used this company for my a/c and now my mother is complaining it's too cold! Do not listen to the negative comments online They score high with ***, Revdex.com and *** (I use them as well) Highly recommend

Paid for repairs to my water softener system still not working properly They were like oh well giggling and said next apt would be 10/31/
They came out on 10/23/2017, which they were supposed to come out the Friday previous 10/20/ For which I didn't complain even though I took off work to be home The tech made repairs supposedly on the 23rd with used parts as stated in his invoice, unacceptable The tech left parts off of my equipment, when I contacted him he stated the parts weren't necessary and could keep them if I wanted, unacceptable(this is all in his texting by the way.) The installation was not complete, the company failed to complete the installation until once they said they had a new team that can do a better job They apologized, took responsibility and said they will fix the incomplete installation
In May of 2016, we had major malfunctioning of the unit where it hasn't been working From then until now, they have failed to repair the AC They sent over different people who admitted, they did not know what was wrong with the unit and failed to fix it
They came approximately once per week even though the problem existed for over months They would make appointments to come by and almost never show up when they said they were coming If they did show up, they would be late
We called numerous times to the office, specifically the service manager who began ignoring our phone calls even
